If I could give them .10 stars I would. This company is awesome. The customer service is incredible. I have purchased several things from them for my Suzuki outboard and they have all arrived on time and were the exact item I needed. I sent them an email with a question about a trim switch and Sydnie replied almost immediately. They went above and beyond what I would consider good service. They answered all my questions and were very responsive (an extremely rare quality in any company now a days).

These guys are beyond awesome, I am 5000 miles from them and they had the parts no dealer out here had in stock. They even went above and beyond to make sure and get them in the mail fast ( even though there pickup had already came for the day) .Will 10000% be using them in the future......hopefully not at the 2 day air rate 🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely amazed at the customer service I received. Called to verify part stock before placing an order online since I had an extensive list of parts I needed. I was greeted by Sydnie and she took a list of the part numbers I needed and even checked the stock while I waited on the phone, this is how you earn repeat customers. Sydnie was knowledgeable, courteous and quick. Both of my local Suzuki Marine dealers are not nearly as helpful and I absolutely hate going to them. Precision Marine should open a shop in Lafayette, La and send Sydnie to manage the place, she is super squared away. Thanks for the excellent service!

I would not recommend using them. Just got through a terrible experience on a job I paid them to perform. First they charged for work that I didn’t need nor requested. Then after I get my boat back first trip out my fuel gauge, water pressure gauge and my bottom machine are all off line. All of those items where working fine and not part of the original work order. It’s worth mentioning they where paid to install a new jack plate and rewire the running lights and the live well pump and install a new fuel filter behind the manifold. They took it upon themselves to do a tune up which I already did including anodes back in June.Paid them anyway for the tuneup just wanted to get my boat back and leave.When I returned the boat they basically tried to blame me for everything. Even claiming their was no fuel in the boat. Which wasn’t true their was 2/3 of a tank.My recommendation is to find another service shop and avoid these guys. They won’t account for themselves. Frankly I could barley get their manager to call me back. Which was pointless cause when you do talk to him he won’t account for anything. If you ask him a question he avoids the answer.I had purchased this motor from them about 10 years ago. I’ve always taken this boat to them. I’ll never do business with them again.

Bought a Suzuki low pressure fuel pump and ended up we didnt need it because it was a electrical issue.. Sent it back and precision marine charged a 20% restocking fee for a item that weighed less than a pound.. The only company Ive ever experienced that actually charged a restocking fee.. never again!!!!!

Great customer service. Precision Marine always has what we need in stock.We purchased a Power pole, minn Kota trolling motor, and had out Plat form welded through Precision. The best in town.Definitely recommend for any parts or services.

Finding a good shop is hard enough. Finding a shop who won’t sell you unnecessary services/ items for your boat is another hard thing. Precision marine went above and beyond my expectations on updating and upgrading my worldcat. From wiring upgrades to updates all the way to new bilge pumps and fuel senders. Precision Marine worked on my motors. Trae and Eric did a fantastic job. They found the problem and repaired and replaced the parts needed to get me back on track! They are very attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend this business as a solid location to get your outboard motor repaired and/or maintained.

Great experience and fast shipping. Ordered gear oil and a pump. Forgot to order the drain plug gasket and they sent one anyway. Can’t beat that.

First, this place TWICE gave me an estimate for two different things (a switch panel fabrication and then wire repair work involving that panel) and both times the estimate was 100% LESS than the actual cost - and neither time did they bother to call me and tell me before they did the work.Horrible customer service, they don’t tell the truth, everything takes 5x longer than they estimate, and they even BROKE my brand new locker because they lost the key!This place is terrible - avoid at all costs.Mike Dobson

I spent several months shopping around for a marine service that would provide both a quality and affordable re-power for my Sea Cat. I chose Precision Marine. I have been taking my boat here for years and was always satisfied with the work and the time it took to complete the work. However this last time I was told they were about 3 weeks behind and to drop it off near the end of June. I had a simple issue with my motor that needed to be serviced and the mechanic told me no problem, it should be about a week until they got to my boat. It was 3 weeks after I dropped the boat off that I finally got it back and it took them no more than 2 hours to repair the issue that I had to wait 3 weeks for. I am disappointed in the service from Precision Marine.

Robert with Precision Marine has been mechanic for my 1992 Suzuki 150 for nearly 16 years now. With his extensive knowledge and expertise he has managed to provide with a reliable motor for every one of those years. No matter what the problem was, Robert diagnosed it and fixed it. Sometimes, he would even provide me with quality used parts to save me money when he could. Recently, he finally talked me into moving into the 21 century with a new 4 stroke (2015 Suzuki 175) and Im glad he did. Most owner operated marine maintenance shops are dedication to excellent customer service. The difference that makes Precision Marine stand out above the others is that Robert and his employees actually know what theyre talking about. His knowledge coupled with his personal concern with any of my maintenance issues is the reason why I will travel to Largo FL. from Clermont, FL for any issues I cant handle at home. Suzuki is a great marine motor, and Precision Marine is a great shop. Theyre also very reasonable (They wont be undersold)with their mail order parts. Im a fireman, so I know a little about a lot of stuff. So trust me when I say, Precision Marine is the place to go for all your Suzuki Outboard needs.

I’ve been going to Precision Marine for about 10 years. My father and I had a 99 225 2 stroke at the time and Robert started doing work on it after my previous dealer closed their doors. I wasn’t happy with the engine and was shopping for a new one, determined to get another brand. Robert told me how good the new 4 strokes were and there was no comparison to the older 2 stroke. I valued his opinion and the work he had done for me in the past, so I purchased a new 2006 DF250 from him based on his recommendation. It has been a great engine and is still running strong at over 900 hours.I recently partnered with a buddy on a new inshore boat and we are purchasing another engine/setup (DF115) from Robert. Precision Marine is great to work with as evidenced with my continued patronage. It is a huge peace of mind to be able to take your boat to a business and know that you aren’t going to get ripped off and things will be done right.I have appreciated the way Robert has treated me over the years and especially valued how he treated my Dad when he was around. Great guy, no bull, treats you like a friend.

Robert is the about the most honest guy in the business. I owe him $40 in fact, from the last service. I order all my parts thru him, noone gets it cheaper. If you dont like using sea tow, this is where you go.

I needed new lower units for my DF300 Suzukis. At the time there was a shortage available in the states with only 1 showing in all of north america. I had contacted Robert because I saw his online ebay listings. I personally have sold over $5,000,000 in sales on ebay so I understand the comittment to customer service that a business needs to be successful online.Robert was able to source me a second lower unit from another dealers stock. Within 2 weeks my boat was back online. As a comparison I priced them with two local dealers and was told 3-4 months until the parts came in.Very satisified wish they were local to me
