The humidor at the original location always had the humidity set PERFECTLY! It was even better than the local cigar shops. Now that they’ve moved into a new location it’s like the owner forgot about humidity control for the humidor. You can still buy great cigars, but they’re going to be dry and brittle and fall apart when you cut them if you can’t let them sit in your personal humidor for a while. I’m incredibly disappointed

Bruce and the other man were so very helpful to everyone even persons on the phone. They went out of the way to meet ours and their needs. They even checked other ABC Stores on the computer. The store is neat and clean. Thank you for great teamwork 💜.

I truly believe in customer service and this place lacking from it. I walked in there and they were watching me like I was going to steal something. No greet and hi or can I help you with anything in that nature. The prices are high and they seem to discriminate. Ill bring my business somewhere else.

Its really a shame I have to give this location only 2 stars because I genuinely love ABC and this one is closest to where I live. Theyve got decent selection and fair prices. I enjoy their rewards program and they send out awesome coupons on the regular. Im a gold member, so I get occasional access to their vault which is nice, too. Generally, the staff is extremely polite and helpful.So heres the bad - Ariana. Ive had 3 total experiences with this employee. Each experience being more negative than the last. Shes extremely unwelcoming and has a short, annoyed tone in her speech (if she bothers acknowledging you at all). Any attempts Ive made to be friendly with her have been met with mhms and yeah, uh huhs. She never asks if I have ABC rewards and when I sarcastically asked her one time, do you no longer ask about rewards she said yes. As a former employee, I know that this is an utter lie. Im almost positive management would be disappointed to hear that she said this to a customer.Today was the last straw. In my usual attempt to be friendly, I asked how she was doing and she literally rolled her eyes at me. She. Rolled. Her. Eyes. At. Me.ABC, this girl isnt doing you any favors. She needs serious coaching and disciplinary action or perhaps she needs to be cut loose. As much as I love the company and its convenient location, Im going to have to consider shopping elsewhere.

What I love most about this particular ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is its great location, huge selection, competitive pricing and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bonus points for handicap parking, automatic door and pick up and delivery services. Oh and this Old Tom Horan, which Im told is exclusive to ABC, is major yummers.

I love this ABC! Absolutely the best. The staff is awesome and makes you feel like you are part of the family. They remember the products you frequently get, always makes sure they have them, etc. My fiance and I frequently go there and their humidor selection is awesome as well. They are following all guidelines during Covid to keep us safe also, FYI Highly recommend them!

The staff at ABC is, and always has been; friendly and professional. I have been coming to the Eastbay store for years now and it has always been a fantastic experience. There selection of beers is unmatched, their prices are terrific; and their customer service is exceptional. I cant recommend this store any higher, truly. If you want/need liquor or beer, this is THE BEST PLACE to go, bar none!!

This store always has the best specials and its usually a little something for everyone no matter what your poison is. The prices are great and they have a good selection. One of my favorite liquor stores because with their specials I can always pick up something new to me to try out.

Staff here are knowledgeable and friendly as long as you arent nasty to them. Getting in out of the parking lot can be difficult if the light is red, people tend to be jerks and wont let you out. Plenty of parking and a great selection. Closest ABC to Clearwater Beach.

This is my second best wine/liquor store in the area, the first being Total Wine. They have a good selection of both wine and liquors at reasonable prices and, for the most part, knowledgeable and helpful staff.They also have a walk-in humidor which is ALWAYS a plus!!!My two primary complaints- firstly the store layout leaves much to be desired. There is little rhyme or reason to how everything is organized and laid out.My second complaint is with their rewards program. Very high milestones to reach for very little reward. They should take better care of their regular customers.

This place has everything you need! Even stuff you never knew existed! The staff is super friendly and chill and will help you make the right selection if you are unsure. They even have a walk in humidor with some pretty awesome cigars to go scope out. The beer selection (the main reason I go here) is pretty big and I can always find something to quench my thirst! Always cold and ready to go! Great little selection of charcuterie yummies if you are stuck in a pinch and need to grab a few things. Overall stop in and check it out next time you are driving by!

Staff were very rude. Had ten minutes til close and just intended to quickly grab beer but were reminded 3 times that we only had ten minutes... then staff tried to get us to sign up for rewards program and my boyfriend said “I thought we didn’t have time” and staff literally kicked him out of the store... smh never coming back

Great selection. Easy to find location. Amazing deals compared to ANYWHERE in the area selling liquor, wine and beer. I cant speak for the cigars as I come for the booze but Im willing to bet the experience on price, selection and availability on their cigars is comparable to their alcohol products. I recommend ABC to everyone seeking great deals on liquor.

As a liquor store, its part for the course. But they have an astonishingly well-stacked humidor that is kept at proper humidity and temperature levels. The cigar selection is impressive considering it is a liquor store and the cigar prices are at or below an actual cigar store.

Been going here for almost 2 years, which is when I moved to Florida. The staff is great, and this store has an awesome selection/variety. The prices are reasonable also.

This place is a joke! I’m 34 years old I handed the manager Julien my Colorado ID and he told me that he could not sell beer to me because he was not able to scan my ID. He told me if someone else wanted to they could but he was not going to! I gave him a Government issue ID and he just made me feel like it had nothing to do with my ID and he was just being racist! I even showed him a picture of my old ID just so he could see that obviously it is a real document. I feel humiliated!!!!

Great staff here at this store they all will assist you with any questions you have. They have just about every liquor you can think of and even have a huge humidor. Awesome prices on everything and when it is around the holidays best time to buy some sample packs.

This is a good location.Theyve got an acceptable selection of cigars. Its not exactly a high class location, but it always clean and prices are moderate.

They dont carry peach brandy, have to go to TOtal wine and more by country side mall - that place carries about everything,and if they dont have it, they order it for you.

Great for boxes. But alcohol is bad for all of us in the short and long run. Lets not deny the truth. It is sad to see poor people shopping for booze when they should be spending money on so many other things.

Typical ABC Liquor store set up. Large, brightly lit store with a huge variety of alcoholic beverages as well as mixers, chasers, sodas, juices, ice, and anything else you might need to make the perfect drink. Also has a cigar closet (although Im not a smoker so Idk the quality/variety available) and sells cigarettes and other tobacco products as well. The ONLY problem I have is the employees (with the exception of 1) constantly ask for my 14 year old daughters ID along with mine, which she doesnt have due to her young age and while I understand theyre trying to protect themselves, youd think the cashiers would recognize us after a while and realize shes my underage daughter and the alcohol purchased is not now, nor has it ever been, for her.

Has a good selection of product, from maple bourbon to rot-gut vodka. Prices are pretty good, but cant compare to the beer prices at Walmart a couple blocks south. Overall, if you wanna see some parking lot drama, and grab a fifth, this is your place to shop. Staff is pleasant too.
