My boyfriend tried to put a review on here and they somehow had it removed so I am leaving it for him. We brought the truck here to have the air conditioning fix . When we got it back we noticed there were charges on the bill for things that had been ordered as well as labor on the parts that weren’t even in yet. How do you charge labor for something that’s not even in yet? They charge $2600 and the second we drove off the lot it failed. Took it back again, wanted to charge more money. It again broke and we had it towed there. Again parts of the AC weren’t working and they wanted to charge more money. Completely fed up with this place, we took it elsewhere and they are charging us $200 to replace everything and it’s entirety. It is absolutely a scam mechanic. Buyer beware!

After calling 5 different garages to quote a price on replacing the 02 sensor on my car. Largo auto center were not only the ones to give me the best quote.The receptionist was very friendly, understanding and helpful.I was informed that the price they quoted was just an estimate and should it end up being more that she would call me before any work was carried out true to her word I received a phone call confirming the 02 sensor was bad and did I want to continue. This was very much appreciated.When I picked the car up and went to pay, would you believe it, the price I was quoted was the price I paid! No hidden fees or sales tax tacked on after the fact.Largo auto center was respectful, kind and professional.I would definitely use them in the future

If youre tired of getting ripped off by dealers and big chains for your car maintenance needs, then you need to visit Largo Auto Center. Treva runs the office like a drill sergeant and Joe is the most honest, reliable mechanic Ive ever met. Their work ethic is a joy to witness. I needed brake pads for my 10 year old car, Tire Kingdom quoted $252.17. Joe did the job in a timely manner and charged $124.12. Joes main concern is the safety of his customers, so he checks your vehicle out thoroughly even if youre only getting an oil change. Thanks to Mayor Woody Brown for recommending this business to me, Ill never go anyplace else.

I am a regular customer of theirs and last year they put a starter. On Christmas eve, my car wouldnt start and I thought it was due to a faulty starter. I had my car towed to them and they agreed that if it was the starter they would replace it free (even though it was no longer under warrantee). Turned out, it was just the pick clip connecting the wire to the starter that had broken. They fixed it for me. They are wonderful and honest people who go out of their way for their customers, thank you!

Reputable auto shop. The owner, Joe, didnt try to nickel and dime my girlfriend when she took her car in. Gave it to her straight that he wouldnt invest $5 into fixing it so we just got her a new ride. If youre looking for an honest shop in largo, this is it. Parking is a little precarious but thats how most places are in the largo area. I will definitely be using this business for the upcoming maintenance ill need on my car.

I had just recently moved here and had a power steering issue with my car and was without a good mechanic. Read a ton of recommendations and Largo Auto Center and Joe came up often so gave it a chance and glad I did. The receptionist Treva who is great called first thing in the morning and said they had a cancellation and were able to take a look much sooner than expected. Had the parts on the way and it was only 8:30 am. Was ready to be picked up about 2 the same afternoon. Joe ran me through everything that was done and went over something that I need to keep an eye on. Absolutely no pressure to take care of it that day which most places would try. He found a nail in one of the tires and even gave me guidance oh how to handle that issue at a tire place. Honest, fair, hard working and great customer service. I can’t speak more highly of this place. They just made a customer for life and would highly recommend.

I am giving this place 5 stars only because there is not 10 on here. This place is exceptional! I am proud to say that I have a mechanic. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He explained in detail of what was needed. I learned so much today about my car. The receptionist was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable while I was waiting. Service was fast and they have great prices! Very affordable and professional. It is never a good feeling when you go out to your car and it wont start but you both turned my day around. I have been a client of Largo Auto for years, not only for me personally, but for my companys fleet. Joe (master mechanic) is by far the most honest person I have ever met. His knowledge and work ethics are exceptional. He will never suggest fixing something that he doesnt truly believe is necessary - not common these days. If I could give higher ratings, I would. If youre looking for an honest mechanic who provides quality service, definitely recommend you consider Largo Auto & Joe Luciano. And theyre open at 7am to accommodate early drop-offs for those of us who work.

I shopped around before finding this diamond in the rough. With all the great reviews and many recommendations I decided to find out for myself. I am beyond glad I did! Treva is so warm and welcoming, had so much patience with my rambunctious 4 year old while I was getting an estimate done. For all the work I needed done I was offered a great price within my budget! Also were able to make an appointment for a few days later. Thats not even the best part guys! The true test was the work done, and Im a beyound happy customer! I went to largo auto center after not being able to get in with my regular mechanic and was very impressed with the service! I had joe replace the clutch in my car and he got me done in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. I will be a return customer and would recommend joe to anyone looking for a new mechanic.

I understand the work that is behind most of the repairs he has done for me, and the price is always 100% fair and honest. He uses high quality parts that he does not mark up, and the prices are close if not dead on with online prices in terms of parts. They stand by their work, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He has looked at both of my cars multiple times, and I love the fact I dont get nickeled and dimed for every little thing. I wasnt able to afford a repair once after having him look at it, and I wasnt charged any kind of Diagnostic fee like other places I have been to! This place will serve you well.
