If I could give these folks 7 stars, I would! It’s been said, that we truly see the value of someone’s character when they have nothing to gain. While working with a neighboring dealership, I needed to have a mechanic check out the quality of a used car that I was about to purchase. Justin was beyond professional & truly cared about not only assisting me but educating me (even refusing payment for the service rendered). He and his equally astute mechanic, Alex, throughly examined my car. As a female, I not only felt informed but empowered by their kind & thoughtful approach. This place was one of best auto shops ive seen. Im from out of town and Justin took real good care of me. He didnt try to upsale me and dealt with problem i had. I would recommend M&J to anyone that needs a good auto shop.

These guys are top-notch for services listed! I had a blowout in the middle of the night and left a note on my dash with my towed car in their lot; prompt service the next day with beautiful competitive pricing! I had to utilize their services almost ten months later for a bent rim also brought after hours and bent back on a weekend, they remembered me when I called ahead and gave my car’s information (having never met me in person)! When I came to pick it up, they gave me a great price on the fix with info on where to get replacement wheels that won’t break the bank. Will keep them in my auto shop recs!

My daughter drove past a deep culvert and it broke the clips off the bumper. She needed to get it fixed as she had to drive an hour away to get home. Our friends recommended them. They squeezed her into their busy schedule and fixed it for her. They really are a great place that goes out of their way to help you out. It’s so hard to find a fair and talented mechanic these days but I now have a new mechanic they have earned my business and loyalty.

My rear bumper took some damage and I couldnt drive above 30 mph without it flapping around.M&J squeezsd me in between services, repaired my car in less than an hour and called me promptly to let me know it was ready for pickup. They were kind, professional and made sure I had an understanding of my options. 10/10 will use them again!

M&J Automotive Repairs is awesome! I was visiting from Atlanta, when my Juke quit on me. AAA towed it to M&J 12/26. I thought it was bad gas, Justin was concerned it was the fuel pump--expensive fix. Justin called today w/good news--the mass air flow disconnected & simply needed to be reconnected. Justin said No charge, it was a quick, easy fix.He also advised of a possible serious problem, saying they dont carry the part & to take it to the dealer when I get home. He suggested, it might be time to replace my car. After talking w/my brother & another friend, they assured me Justin gave me good advice.Its unnerving to have car trouble, especially far from home, but I am so grateful my car was towed to M&J. I wish I had a repair shop like them back home. They are the best!!

I had an accident on the Howard Franklin and had to get towed by AAA. AAA suggested M&J. I had no prior experience with them, but I agreed. The guys at M&J were awesome from the start, ordered the part we needed, kept us informed, and came in under the quote. In a situation where an unscrupulous mechanic could have made a huge profit off of this, M&J was honest and understanding. What a breath of fresh air!! Give them your business and you wont be sorry.

I was referred here after a minor accident yesterday. It was after hours and I had never been here. The accident resulted in one of my tires unable to turn and therefore my car undrivable. The tow had to leave my car in their parking lot and call in the morning. I was scared and nervous of what the damage would be. These guys were so wonderful in the morning. They called and said they would assess and call me before doing anything. They really handled my nerves well and called me shortly with exactly what the parts and labor would cost. They were clear and consistent. They even called around to find the best prices for the parts needed. I found real comfort in their honest practices. As a young, single woman I am always nervous when dealing with car repair. I recommend M & J without a doubt. I am so thankful to them for taking care of me.

I took my Suzuki Aerio to have new motor mounts installed at M&J in Largo and the Guys were able to work on it for me. They were helpful, friendly and competent. All work was done to my satisfaction and in a reasonable amount of time.

I will never go back here. I was charged $15 to have a brake light put in. I already had the bulb but thats what they charged for labor to put the bulb in. I didnt mind paying but I think that was a slightly high price.
