I had an appointment at a different place 5 days out. After I found out about Jeepsters, I went there, bought a winch, and they installed the winch and fixed my lighting in just a couple hours, same day. I also just ordered LED lights for my Jeep. Mike researched all possibilities and came up with the most cost effective solution with great quality lights. Bill is the owner and is always involved and makes sure the work is top quality. Came in this morning to look at new side steps for our 2021 Wrangler, walked out 30 minutes later with the side steps and gas cap cover installed.. James was very courteous and knowledgeable with recommendations for upgrading wheels, tires, lift kit, etc. We definitely will be back, anyone who owns a Jeep should check this place out.

Paid $$ for wrangler lift, they didnt tighten one side caliper bolts causing one to break off. They denied causing it. Check their work before leaving!

I asked them to check a bimini top I bought online that didnt fit right. They immediately checked it out and told me it was an inferior top. So, I purchased a Smitty Built from them and Bill and his mechanic immediately removed the inferior top and installed the new, which I thought would happen the next day. As it turns out the one they installed was perfect for 2002 Wrangler X and Ive no issues since. Bill, Mike and his mechanic are great and I would recommend them to any Jeep owner. I will definitely do business with em in the future.

Bill Coll is one of the best mechanics and people Ive meet in Florida. He continues (3yrs after I moved from the state and no longer a paying customer) to spend his time answering my questions and digging through old records to help me keep my Jeep on the road. These Guys are Awesome!! I went there last week to put on BW Flares and he was the BEST price in the Bay Area so I drove from Tampa. Well worth the drive. While I was there I asked him to check on a noise that I had for some time but I had been to 3 other shops and they fixed it but it always came back. I discovered Jeepsters at a really inopportune moment - Id been looking to have some work done on my JKU for some time, but had no luck with a couple of other Tampa area places I contacted. I was actually a week from moving out of town when I got the Jeepsters flyer in the mail and decided to give them a call. I’m very glad I did - Mike and Bill found time to fit me in and did an astounding job on my Jeep - lift kit, wheels, tires, and new bumper work. I guess you could say I came for the lift kit deal and stayed for new bumpers, too!There are often great mechanics out there who never seem to really know Jeeps, or great Jeep people who are often not-so-great mechanics. The team at Jeepsters really can do it all – total pros. I was not only surprised by how fair/competitive their pricing was, but how willing they were to talk over options without ever making me feel like I was being cajoled or upsold. I came to realize these guys just really, really love Jeeps, and they want yours to look the way you imagine it should look. No BS, no phony endorsement, just the opinion of a very satisfied customer. If I end up back in the Tampa area I’d be glad to do business with them again.The only “negative” is the attention my Jeep gets now. No joke, I went from a stock JKU (well, one with a nice Gobi rack I installed) to one with 35’s, Mayhem Warrior wheels, a 2.5 lift, and bumpers that look rad as hell. It’s almost getting tired hearing people tell me “nice Jeep” every time I’m at the gas station. Almost.

Needed a roll cage welded in. Called them, said sure we can do it. I borrowed a trailer, towed it down there. It runs, but no tags, for off use only. Get there, guy says, no we cant do it. I said, you said on the phone you could do it no problem. He says, oh I thought it was a bolt in one! Total waste of time.Turns out the only things they do is buy wrecks off craigslist and throw bolt ons on them and put them out front for sale, and bolt on lift kits on customer jeeps that anyone could do in their driveway.

I had a declining issue with suspension troubles on my daughters 2000 Wrangler, on recommendation from a neighbor ended up over at Jeepsters, Im buying him a case of beer or bottle of Crown for an amazing reference! In only a few days they resolved the issues, professionally discussed the issues in terms we could understand and most importantly to me, didnt try and replace things or perform work on the vehicle just to make $. It was clear they cared about hitting only the items that would solve the issue, and knew exactly what it would take. It has been a long time where I trusted a 3rd party agency to really give me the 100% straight truth, honesty is priceless out there today and so is competency. So in short we have found our go to place for suspension work, they also have a wide array of cool Jeep stuff in the showroom, several cool looking Jeeps out front for sale, huge array of stuff on their site and competent people on staff to put it in if you dont want to get dirty! Was quoted 1250$ for installation only of a lift kit with no alignment. Yeah, great deal. Owner was short, didnt offer any other products that he could do cheaper even though he carries many manufacturers. I guess they are too busy doing their restoration to want to do business with me. Look elsewhere in the jeep community if you want help. Took four days and never returned a call, responded to email only with his ridiculous quote.

I was a new arrival to the Florida area and was starting a new job which involved driving to different counties. My Jeeps brakes were not working correctly- stuck caliper. Being new to the area, I was weary about who entrust with my Jeep. I read some of Jeepsters reviews and felt confident about bringing my Jeep to Bill. What I didnt expect was how wonderful Bill and the staff at Jeepsters would be. Bill was awesome in accommodating my need to get the car in on short-notice (given that my new job was starting the next day). He checked the Jeep out, felt the brakes and lines were ok and that the issue may resolve itself. He explained the issue, said to wait to see if it occurred again and explained what to do if it did. Although I offered to pay him for his time, Bill did not charge me. Bill and Jeepsters will be the only place I take my Jeep for service. Thank you Bill.
