This Caliber Collision was by far THE BEST experience I have had with any body shop. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure my new Dodge Journey looked and felt exactly as it did before I was sideswiped on the Veterans Expressway. They worked with my insurance directly as I was out of the country. They kept me informed via text messages regarding every step that was being taken to fix my vehicle. I trust and will recommend this business any day of the week!!!

It took a long time for my car to be ready. And when I went to get my car there were many lights on on the dashboard. brake light, ABS light and it was on the tire light saying my tire was low. the manager told me to leave the car one more day to fix the dashboard lights problem. but when I got my car on Saturday I noticed that the lights were still on. And my tire is lowering more.

As it goes, when it rains it pours. My husband’s vehicle was being repaired by Dustin, when I also had a fender bender. Dustin did a fantastic job on both vehicles. I can not thank him enough! I fully recommend caliber and Dustin, both vehicles look brand new.

Caliber collision in Largo Florida did a great job with the repair of my car. I had front end damage after an accident and they did a great job with all the repair work. They frequently called or texted with updates I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. If you need auto body repair I highly recommend caliber collision in Largo.

I have used caliber collision twice. The first was the body shop where my insurance towed my car after it was hit. They did a great job repairing (8K worth damages), and I have no issues two years later. Recently, I took it there after a fender bender. They quoted me fairly and were able to do a repair that another shop was charging 10x the amount for. I also appreciate how professional the staff was. Dustin worked on my car and was incredibly helpful and kind.

Inspection was hurried and after not receiving the emailed estimate we reached out several times to be told they had the wrong phone number. After confirming the phone number but not discussing email address they sent the email….They must have had the email all along.We then called to set an appointment and we were told to bring it the next day(Tuesday). We asked if we could drop it on Thursday because it would be easier to manage one car down and we’re told they couldn’t take it on Thursday, bring it on Wednesday.Every stepOf the way we had to call about completion date etc.A text was sent saying it would be done Friday so we called confirming that. Called again Friday mid day and finally received a call at 4:30 Friday saying it was done.We are just used to communication coming from the business and us not having to ask to do business with them.The work is great and we are happy with that.

I can’t undo original rating - would like to undo it if anyone can assist: the GM Kieth corrected the broken headlight from accident and had orange peel in paint removed in a very quick and timely manner after I left review because neither was originally done - thank you Kieth!,,, I will be using them in near future to have additional body work done. They also have a beyond phenomenal relationship with Enterprise and that made life super easy. Vanessa at the front desk went out of her way and even used her personal car to give me a ride home in addition to all the work she does alone at the desk and always being very helpful when I called. Would suggest that they don’t assign a vehicle to someone who is on week vacation though.

I stopped in and talked to Dustin about getting a quote on a,couple trim piece clips for,my,front bumper. Instead,of a high quote, he said just bring the parts and I will do for,free. After he opened bumper up, it needed more work,that initially thought. He made,specialized brackets and still,dis the job for free! Great guy and great place to do,business. The dealer wanted over $400 for the,same job100% recommend!

This a a review of the communication, not the repair. I got 2 estimates for bumper repair as I was paying out of pocket. When I called in to make the appointment I said I wanted the bare minimum repair. When I was dropping off my car I told the rep I wanted the lighter version of the repair. When I picked up my car it looked great and was the maximum cost repair. That was a $900 difference and a bit of a shell-shock to deal with after the fact. Not sure how I could have been clearer.

Customer service and work quality both excellent.

A great place for my bumper paint and repair. After I was rear ended in a an accident my insurance recommended Caliber and I was able to get in quickly. They are friendly from the receptionist to the manager. I was happy with the work and when the place who peer washes the cars messed up my hoods paint job they made an appointment with me to come back and get the entire hood repaired for free. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend.

Have been looking for a new place to get my car serviced in the Seminole/Largo area and Caliber Collision did not let me down. Was easily able to walk in and discuss what needed to be done with the GM Keith. He was respectful and got me the top notch parts I needed for my Volkswagen GTI. From the very first phone call everyone was so nice and helpful. They even arranged for the rental car company to bring the car to the shop as well as arranged the pick up when my car was ready. Overall a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with both Vanessa and Dustin. It bothers me that I have to leave a negative review after they both went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately it only takes one person to ruin your experience and in this case it was the GM Keith. (I only know his name because I found his card, not because he ever introduces himself or cares to share his name). I went to caliber because my insurance company recommended the location. If you are referred to the location be aware that the GM has zero customer service skills, let alone social skills. If you have no choice but to go insist on working with Dustin!

I went in yesterday to get an estimate to repair some minor damage to the paint on my vehicle and they were able to fix the problem on the spot for no charge. The manager even came out to buff out the scratches himself! The girl up front was very helpful and polite. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided there. Good morning,I want to tell you about a awesome experience I had this morning at Caliber Collision of Largo in the Tampa Region. I had the pleasure of meet a man who is honest and very ethical. His honesty and care for me and my family through his actions was totally amazing. I brought my 2001 Grand Marques for an estimate this morning. The front end was total destroyed, fluid leaking and only one head light functioning. I had been driving this unsafe vehicle because I felt I had no other options since the insurance company of the at fault driver told me I wasn’t eligible for a rental car at this point. In stepped this amazing gentlemen named Christian. After accessing the damage, he explained to me the proper procedure to get me and my family out of this vehicle that was dangerous and could possibly cause more hardship for my family. Putting aside all else to do the right thing is a thing I don’t see to often. This man bring integrity and ethics to a world with so many cut throat forces. These guys and gals are wonderful. I work out of my car. Security. They helped me move all my stuff, and my thrift store finds, into my rental. I received my car back good as new. This is for certain, since its the first hit Ive received since buying my car. I actually had 2 people hit me, both times I was parked, in a 2 week period, lol! Say la vie 😁

What to even say? As if being in an accident isn’t bad enough, having your car returned by the insurance-recommended repair shop in substandard condition, even the layman’s eye, definitely makes it worse. Days after the vehicle was returned, I took my car to the dealership to be notified that parts of the front end were held on by zip ties. Now I’m responsible for overhauling the repairs the RIGHT way. Spare yourself additional pain from an accident and go ELSEWHERE. Will be notifying my insurance company.

My rating wasnt actually for Caliber Collision themselves. I came to this business to meet a Insurance adjustor- i was stopped at a red light and was rear-ended my his customer, so I had to go to this establishment to get a insurance adjustment on my car.

Work was done sooner than expected and everything was a good experience. Friendly, fast and efficient. Would recommend.

Had an appointment at this location for a Gieco agent to give me an estimate. Receptionist was very friendly and everyone had a smile. Liked the fact that they had a kid area with different toys to entertain them. Gieco agent was very nice and explained everything to me. I was in and out in probably 10 to 15 minutes.

My fiancé’s truck was in their shop for 5 weeks, he was told multiple times within that 5 weeks that his truck would be ready and wasn’t. He picked his truck up on 11/14 and realized as soon as he pulled out of the parking lot that it wasn’t, his front tires hit his front bumper, things on the passenger side is spaced differently then on the driver side, and his steering wheel is very lose, we never had any major issues, or his tires constantly rubbing like this before they “fixed it” he called them the very next morning and told them the issues and they refused to fix them claiming “they fixed it to it’s pre accident condition” they allowed him to leave their shop KNOWING his truck was not safe to drive, putting him and anybody else on the road in danger, they claimed MULTIPLE times that they fixed the tire clearance issue, which obviously isn’t true. No mechanic that knows what they’re doing would deem his vehicle safe to drive, Take you’re vehicle ANYWHERE but here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone when the work eventually got close to being done it wasnt half bad but I had to go back 3 times for different things they didnt fix or did very badly. The idiots even forgot to plug in my headlights... the guy that worked on my car was a real jackass and first time meeting him I was cursed at. Just avoid the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

These guys are amazing. Took in my sons car for some body work after hurricane Irma and not only was the work impeccable, they were FAST. We did have a hiccup that was unrelated to the work itself, but they have gone above and beyond to make this right to the point where I feel completely satisfied with the resolution and its not even worth mentioning what happened. Just know, if there is an issue, they will resolve it. Nobody and no business is perfect - unfortunate things happen - but, how a place handles the resolution can make or break a reputation and these guys made sure we would be repeat customers. Above and beyond - I cant say it enough. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

If you like being treated like dirt, poor quality workmanship, and throwing away money, this is the place for you. The insurance company brought my daughters accord here for a small not at fault fender bender, and it has been nothing but a nighmare. Our advisor Christian would never return calls, the repairs took 3 times as long as promised because they somehow couldn’t figure out what parts were needed (this is a Honda Accord not a rare Pagani), and I had to bring the car back a second time because the lights were not properly connected after the repair. Additionally the car was returned with the lock sticker on the driver side door complete scratched off, which the shop completely denies.

What a class operation!! The Staff are so knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. And to top it off, my car was ready in 2 days LESS, that we were Promised! Highly reccommended!

The level of employee incompetence at this location is astounding. My car was released by an intern mistake to an auto auction holding location.Several items were stolen from my car-and one item in my car was tied to the outside of my car to hold the bumper on.When I tried communicating my distress at having my car removed with no phone call or communication of any kind, no one had answers for me-Caliber blamed Geico and Geico blamed Caliber for releasing the vehicle by mistake.The agent from Geico (I have his name but would prefer not to release) actually began yelling at me on the phone when I was sobbing at the auto auction, telling me I should be grateful that he called me when he was done for the day and that he didnt understand why I was so upset and told me there was nothing he could do.The branch manager at Caliber never returned my calls when I sought answers.The Geico agent did end up helping me later, I will not dispute that he did help after this fiasco, but at that point I was so distressed and sick over what Caliber and Geico had done with me car. And Geico did reimburse me for the items that were stolen. For that, I give one star.However, I recommend not taking your car to this location-it is a Geico preferred location-which it should not be. Take your car anywhere else.

Nothing but excuses and delays. Promises a manager will call back that day, but never will. Repairs have been delayed 5 times due to severe incompetence. As of the latest delay, I’m told they forgot to order parts which were clearly listed on the original quote from the insurance adjuster. If anyone is wondering how they have such good “reviews from around the web” ie outside of google, it’s because these sites are paid services they use, that ask about your satisfaction level, and if good, as for a review, otherwise you aren’t able to post a review. They use this to game the system and fake their rating. Cant get a single call back. Stay away.

The employees at Caliber Collision in Largo florida are extremely unprofessional and lack communication skills. My car has been in their possession since October 09, 2018 and it is now November 09,2018. I have repeatedly called trying to get an answer as to when it would be ready and they either dont answer the phone or when they do they cant give me a straight answer. I called Monday and asked to speak to the manager and was told they would call me back that day, it is now Friday and still no call back. At this point I would rather personally pick my car up in the condition it is in and take it to another location of my choice. Do not go to this place for your car repair. I will only be going to Crown collision from now on. They at least repaired my car properly and offered a rental car when they new it was going to take a while to fix.

While getting a damage appraisal with Geico after an accident, Vanessa walked out and held an umbrella for me & my four month old daughter so that we did not have to stand in the hot sun while the damage was assessed. Horrible customer service. No one contacted my son about his car. It was ready and we didnt even know. He doesnt know about insurance etc. Im no expert but i can tell where work was done! Completely disappointed. I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.
