The staff is great and professional great deals for service through Groupon but, the owner I believe he is the owner, is rude. Everyone else is nice and professional, this is the second time Ive used them and both times immediately upon arrival without knowing who I am, he always has an attitude. I still would recommend them, if youre sensitive and going to take his attitude personal then I wouldnt use them, unless both times I went he was having a bad day.

Charlie is the best around town! Ive lived here for 15 years and so has my father and there is the low grade shops or you could come here where my family and friends get there tires and rims from, anything from a patch on a tire or a used tire with 90% tried still on it that you need YOU WILL NOT FINED A BETTER PLACE HEAR ME OUT LOURD FAMILY IF YOUR READING THIS all my familys vehicles are not the newest or nicest but some of them are and we all come here, you will see soon as you talk with them you will know your in great hands and if anything ever goes wrong they have your back never a argument, this is my Rock of a tire place a dare you to find better here and risk money... my word is bond and I wouldnt post for this place unless I knew you all are in good hands so go try it out and leave a comment for me to because i love to see a smaller place do great and better them a money hungry garage lol

The man at the front desk was very kind and patient. He clearly explained how long everything would take for the alignment and oil change. He even went above and beyond by giving me a few discounts. The business has amazing customer service.I felt like I was in great hands here. It can be scary sometimes as a woman going to a mechanic shop because they try to upsell or lie about the maintenance required for your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic shop.

Ive personally had two tires plugged through C.P. Tires they hold up great no issues and they even checked all other tires that I had concern with. They are a fast and honest company that have beyond reasonable pricing compared to competitors around town. With out a doubt will be back not only for the quality work but the customer service is amazing as well.

I wanted to wait a bit before posting to ensure my review wasnt premature but its been about 10 days so now is as good a time as any. Finding a decent mechanic that isnt going to charge you an arm and a leg or in some cases, overprice the job is rare so I wanted to take the time to articulate my referral. A few weeks ago I heard some gurgling from my dashboard after my car was turned off, after driving. Initially I thought some air was caught in the radiator but the car ran okay. After making an appointment to get an oil change (found a Living Social deal that beat all the local competitors) I drove over to the shop. On my way there my vehicle was overheating. The mechanic was super helpful and they even took the liberty of cleaning the engine and parts (not standard but I had to wait a bit due to only one mechanic on sight - its a small mom & pop type shop). This extra courtesy was greatly appreciated and was generous. I asked them to look @ my overheating issue and they found issues. The owner and the mechanic both communicated well and updated me as the worked on the car. The prices (yes I price checked it) were again, better than local competitors and the work - well its been 10 days and my car is working perfectly. They ensured to prioritize the repair as I explained I had to pick up my son from the airport and needed my vehicle. Honestly, this is going to my new mechanic moving forward. The owner is amazing and the mechanic was thoughtful and did great work. Their prices are highly competitive and they are reliable. If you dont have local mechanic shop - this is my recommendation. I had 4 wheel Alinement done on my G 37 s on July 29th 2021. The steering wheel off center so I went back was told that I need to make an appointment. so I made one for the next day. the date was 27th of September 2021. I was directed to the office manager who without looking at the paper work or my car told me the alignment is only grantee for a 30 days and could have hit something on the road. Please dont waste your time or money by having your car serviced this garage.

I met with Charlie the owner. I knew I needed back break pads. Turns out I needed front and back and rotors. Well we all know how that goes normally! Bought a new set of wheels and tires for a brand new 2020 kia forte. Charged me for an alignment that was supposed to be free for purchasing the wheels and tires, as their printed flyer said. Did not mention anything about needing adapter rings for the wheels and everything wobbled and caused vibrations in the steering wheel. Did not balance the wheels correctly either. Had to pay another shop to fix the incorrect balancing. Witnessed them trying to remove locking wheel lugs on another car that had stock wheels on it and they did not have the correct tools to do so either. Got everything fixed at a different, reputable shop.Reply to your comment- so when I show you my receipt then what? It was about a month ago. Are you going to refund the cost of alignment and rebalance?This was definitely you, check the pics for the proof.DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!

It took me 90 minutes to drive there from Spring Hill. I pull up to the shop and the whole crew came out since they werent busy. I wanted new rims for my 1995 Yukon. They didnt have my size so the owner said want if we paint your old ones? The old ones had been on the truck for 14 years and they were chipping off paint. They took me in and was done in 90 minutes and even restored my headlights. They went out of the way to make me happy with there service. I would come back but to far to drive

Not too many honest mechanics anymore. I went in assuming I needed brakes front and rear. They took a look at my car, determined I didn’t need brake pads at all. But could use new front rotors. Cut me a great deal and was in and out within 45 minutes. Great service and honesty goes a long way in my book. Fantastic job gentleman!

Found this place on Groupon for wheel alignment. Very quick and easy. Joe hooked me up and I was out in like 15 min. I drive for Uber Eats and put a lot of miles on my car, so I’m sure I’ll need something done soon and would come here again.

I called c&p Tire and Auto looking for a couple used tires for the front of my truck they sell wholesale to buy tentative time they were very friendly and very helpful I did not purchase my tires there but they did give me some good information👌

I would highly recommend! Shop was reasonably priced, staff was kind and efficient and Joe went above and beyond to help me out in a bind when my previous collision shop put me in a bind. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for any future needs! They made me a life long customer!

My car needed a wheel alignment desperately. They helped me schedule an appointment and I came in this morning at 10am and was out by 11! (Keep in mind a wheel alignment does usually take about an hour at least) C & P Tires did a fantastic job with my wheel alignment! My car is driving like it’s brand new again and I couldn’t be happier. I received great service from this business. I had an all wheel alignment and headlight restoration. The work was completed quickly, I was given cold bottled watch and a nice souvenir cup during my wait. They explained the work that was needed and performed plus I was treated with great respect.

Tried this place out from a Groupon, must say I am pleased with the service. I did kind of have to make an effort to get someone to talk to me (female?)..... But they did what I needed them to do and got a heads up for some things to consider down the road. They were super fast (within 20 minutes). The best part I was able to get an appointment for first thing on a Saturday. This place is open 7 days a week, so that makes them super convenient. Will be back to get new tires and try em out again.

I had a great experience here..I was going to a large chain prior to finding C&P after searching all over for someone I could trust with my car because I knew something was wrong and the large chain kept saying everything was ok and they tried to sell me other things that were not necessary. I orginally bought a groupon coupon for brake pad service here at CP Tires. However I some unexpected problem prior to my arrival. I ended up.towing the car in. Joseph checked the car out and discover one of the calipers was leaking so he had to order one. Since I was leaving town, I.did not need the car for a while. The guys at CP Tire took.vare of the brake pads, caliper and.made sure everything was working as it should be and at a reasonable cost. Thanks Joseph and Joe. Charlie and the crew at C & P Tires did an EXCELLENT job on my SUV. Id call around looking for pricing and C & P blew the others outta the water. He told me what two tires an alignment with front and back breaks cost, and I asked him if he was joking. Legit place. He was half the price of what everyone else was charging (but did more work). $40 for a tire another place was charging $120 for the exact same one!! Its a ride from Brandon but with the exceptional service and value it well worth the trip.

I had new tires installed by C&P tires about a year ago. The service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and a year later the tires are holding up just fine. Nothing but nice things to say about this place!

I was amazed by the service I got here. I was like this is a tire shop? It was the best priced, best quality and best service in town. Plus I was in a beautiful environment with A/C and an ice cold bottle of water and was in and out of there in no time. I recommend you go here if you need tires.

I had them put on four new tires and align my truck. They didnt even balance the tires correctly. I took it back to them because it was shaking and they said it was a mechanical issue. I took my truck to a mechanic and they just balanced the tires and now its fine. They wouldnt compensate me for anything. Worst company ever. The company google reply is a LIE. I called and went up to their shop with the receipt after they posted the google reply. They didnt reimburse me a penny.
