My Santa Fe looks like new. Not only did they repair the damage to the outside, they detailed the inside too. My vehicle looks like the day I bought it. Fantastic job.
This was my second experience coming here as my first experience was good going through MY INSURANCE. This was out of my pocket - so clearly we were treated differently. We only need a bumper and bumper cover painted. 3 weeks to complete the process and I had to keep calling to get information. When we dropped off the parts we purchased - we were told that the cover was the wrong part - which we would not have known as this is not our day to day job dealing with car parts. We put in the VIN and ordered and the company sent the wrong item. So they offered to order the correct one and add X amount to our bill. FINE! We dropped off the truck to be completed and when they went to put on the bumper AFTER PAINTING IT they realized it did not fit.. (Wouldnt you think you would check that first???) So we scrambled to find yet another part to fit due to the company sending it wrong to us. And we had to run about to find one and wasted another week. I ended up with 3 bumpers in my possession. All while no one said oops sorry or nothing. They yelled at me as if it were my fault and said I should have known.. WHAT?? That is your job - you all do this daily it is your expertise not mine. I am the customer. so after driving to Brandon to get another bumper and dropping it off on a Saturday we waited 3 days to get it completed - only because we called to updates. And then we were told they added an addition charge to our bill for paint supplies because they had painted the wrong bumper -- IM SORRY WHAT!! I am being charged for your mistake.. HA -- I suggest NOT using them for anything out of your own pocket as they push you aside -- if you go through your insurance you are treated much different. And when we arrived to pickup the truck finally - both Sherrie and Dave who I had dealt with for 3 weeks ignored me totally as if they had no idea who I was - never apologized for the delays inconvenience or nothing... HORRIBLE absolutely horrible. Dont you know the customer is always right. First rule when you deal with Customer service. Always take the high road and have empathy. Good luck to you all. I was charged so much just to paint a bumper and a cover - just saying. Should have gone elsewhere - live and learn

Dealing with insurance companies after an accident is stressful enough, and the level of service and communication I received from Dayton Andrews made this entire process less stressful. Someone always answered the phone, always answered my questions without having to call me back, and even helped me out by having someone from enterprise come pick my rental back up from Dayton Andrews location when my car was ready vs me dropping it off and figuring out a way to get to Dayton Andrews. The repairs to my car look flawless and they even gave me a full exterior clean. I highly recommend this company! I hope I am a never in a position to have my car repaired after and accident again, BUT if i am i am 100% coming back here. Special thanks to the entire staff at Dayton Andrews!
My husband used them to have body work done and was going through our insurance as a claim.he dropped the vehicle off on 1/2/17.they told him 2 1/2 weeks and should be completed. So when the time came we called,they told him another week was needed due to some issues they ran into.no problem, understandable, things happen.however these issues they ran into were never communicated to us at all.anyway this went on for over a month,they would say when it would be ready,we would call when the time came but not ready . They tell us another date, said they only had to assemble it now.they call the day of and tell my husband they caught his battery on fire and the truck wasnt ready..AGAIN.so now Im pissed.i call the insurance adjuster and get them involved. Needless to say after that everything went quite quickly. We got the vehicle back 2/10/17..worst company ever.no communication skills or customer service skills..
I cant say enough good things about Sherry and the crew at Dayton Andrews Collision.They saved me a lot of heart ache after I had my truck at another well known dealer in Tampa for some collision work.I had my truck towed out of there shop and sent to Dayton Andrews for an evaluation of the other shops work.Sherry and the crew inspected my truck and found almost 5K in improper paint and repairs. They also found that the truck had a bent axel and was out of alignment even though the other shop assured me that my truck was aligned and drove perfectly.After Dayton Andrews got done repairing my truck properly I could not be happier. It looks and drives like the day I bought it new.There level of expertise and willingness to communicate through the entire process is second to none!Thank you for a great job!
My car was recently damaged in an accident with a pickup truck. I get my car insurance through Progressive and this is one of the places that they recommended my car be taken to. Repairs took about 5 days for what at least appeared to be relatively minor damages. The woman I spoke to at the desk (I dont remember her name) was extremely friendly and walked me out to my car. I let out an audible gasp seeing my 18 year old car looking as close to brand new as a 2000 Acura TL can. They cleaned the car inside and out, even put a little mat in the car to keep it clean while they worked inside. The woman that lead me to the car patiently waited while I checked the inside and stayed there to make sure I drove out alright. Wonderful customer service and beautiful work.
