A few months ago I had an oil cooler replaced. They did an incomplete job( in my opinion) I came back, showed them why and they wouldnt take care of the problem unless I paid hundreds more. I had to go somewhere else and they finished the job for 100 dollars. If Sames Ford owner wants to respond for me to call and talk with him thats ok. JUST NOTICED THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE TO ANYONE. IS THAT A LACK OF CARING WHAT HAPPENS??

Service Department is always booked, no appointments available and no loaner cars guaranteed. So if your car needs to be worked on your Carless, mind you, they promise these services when you are sold the warranty for repairs.Also, sales man (Oscar Martinez) lacks customer service skills, he didn’t introduce himself and didn’t offer water although we were with him for hours when when he closed our deal on a new car.
I was at, Sames Ford, Honda section. I had the most knowledgeable not to mention beautiful ❤️ young lady attended me. Laurie Mata, was the sales representative. Laurie did an excellent job in filling in all the gaps in looking for a car. Laurie hooked me up with a great Honda Accord sport.
The staff did a great job understanding the needs of my family, and went above and beyond to ensure the best option for our budget.
I have always taken my truck to sames quick lane for my trucks oil chang. Never have problems. But my truck never gets washed after the oil change like they say they will have it washed. So I always end up having to tell them to wash my truck after I am ready to leave. This last time I took my truck for the oil change I have someone else pickup my truck and again it was not washed. They never fail.
Can’t thank Mr. Oscar Martinez enough for his service and patience. Very knowledgeable and kept great communication with us throughout the entire process. Glad we stopped by their weekend event. Got a great deal!

Very bad service my was there for a month and 20 days and when I got it by the next day it broke down. And now is back again and has 8 days and I call and body is there to attend me.
I called Sames Auto today because I wanted more information about the sale they will be having this weekend. The receptionist was rude and I couldn’t understand her. She said before she transferred me “no escucha, ya casi le gritó.” Very rude lady. The salesman was very kind and he explained everything, but sadly they won’t be getting my business. We had the money at hand to take a car out but knowing they have staff like her, it’s sad. I work in customer service and I know how to treat my customers. I have never disrespected or been rude to a customer.
Was there almost 4 hours to get an oil change and done it through the quick lane. Also they said back brakes needed to be changed so no problem I got them done as well but 4 hours is crazy when at another shop had the oil changed, fluids flushed and changed spark plugs in lesser time. Why is that?

6 weeks to try fixing the breaks on a 2011 Edge, no loaner car offered, not fixed yet, “with a maybe by next week” and now being told that after replacing two parts a third one is needed for $1,000.00 USD + labor?Is this the guessing game at my senior citizen’s sister expense, of a retired teacher’s salary and the gain of Sames Ford?No wonder smart people go all the way to San Antonio to buy their cars. Only us loyal supporters of local businesses have to put up with this level of incompetence.Cannot believe Sames Motor does not have competent management that supervises their service team and questions them and their mechanics for not being able to fix breaks, of all things IN SIX WEEKS ! ! !With all the computer technology and trainings of today, Sames Ford Company of Laredo cannot do a break job timely and affordable “only in Laredo”.

A week ago, I had my trucks brake peddle sink to the floor even though the brake fluid level was fine. Being that they were closed for Labor day, I was there at 8am Tuesday and spoke Joe Bedolla who was very courteous opened a service ticket and he advised that I would be contacted later that day to setup the appointment. I got a call later that day and the appointment was setup for Friday morning at 8am, so I scheduled the tow truck service for Thursday afternoon. Called Friday morning and Mr. Bedolla was out and would not be in till Monday. At 5pm I called again after not having received any updates and was told they were working on it, that the tech would give me a call back, but he never did call. Today Monday I call to get an update and Mr. Bedolla is still out, and will not be back till tomorrow, but was told they are still working on the truck with no details, just that they are working on it. I was advised that Mr. Bedolla can provide details when he gets back tomorrow. How is it possible that my vehicle was not passed on to another service rep? It’s bad enough I have to deal with the frustration of breaks that almost got me into a car wreck, blue screen backup camera and a vibrating steering wheel when it did brake. I would have appreciated another service rep calling me to advise on my vehicle in Mr. Bedolla’s absence.

So I have to give props when props are deserved. I had called Manuel Meme Palacios III a couple months ago about a vehicle he had at one of his lots. He really helped me out and got me the best price possible. And now for the best part. The vehicle had a hood cover that was torn and at the time of the sale Meme told me that he would get it fixed. As many of us know that salesmen will sometimes say anything to get the sale. I took my vehicle to the dealership to get another part repaired that was under warranty and it took about 2 months to get that part. So here we are 2 months after the sale and I contacted Meme to see if he still stuck by his word and get that hood cover replaced like he told me when he sold me the vehicle. I got my vehicle back from the dealership and got my warranty part repaired and the hood cover that Meme promised to get me. That right there is great customer service. Thank you Meme for keeping your word even though you made the sale 2 months ago. For those that might be on the fence and looking for a great and accountable car salesman, look no further cause Meme is your guy.
Worst dealership in Laredo Tx don’t recommend it after two years of having my car I find out it was repair because of the previous owner had an accident when they sold the car they didn’t mention it was a repair car if they would off told me I wouldn’t of bought the car.. they should of made me sign a form or at least they should off mention it to me. As a nationwide freight driver... Always ending up in Laredo. Sames Ford is the one dealership that I dont mind coming back to. Theyre the friendliest dealership, out of dozens I go to. And no matter how busy they are they get me in and out just about as fast as they can. Its another thing I actually like about coming to Laredo. It helps to offset that long drive down here. And when I needed a spare part for the van, they had it at a very reasonable price.
Saw a truck for sale on the website, went to the dealership, the price was way higher! tried to stiff out of 4k on taxes twice! this is a bad dealership! donot go! I have proof!!!!
Freindly but had van in for front door lock replacement and horn.Niether got fixed.Door lock is not adjusted right.Passenger door lock is flush when locked and works perfect .Drivers door locked is the first pic its not adjusted right.But if you use the key manually it will open.And shut took the kid all day to put in a horn fixture and put in a new door lock wrong.Not happy at all.

I brought my truck here for an intermittent issue and was warmly greeted and felt right at home while they quickly brought my truck to the repair bay. This dealership is organized and has it together! Everyone I dealt with was very polite and extremely respectful. Being the only Ford dealer in town sometimes leads to a sense that they can do and act as they please because the customer has no choice. Not so here. They had my vehicle all day and simply couldn’t duplicate the issue and so charged me nothing. I can’t say enough good things about Sames Ford’s Service Department not because they looked at my vehicle for free, but because this is the place you would want to bring your vehicle in for service.

One of the best ford dealerships in Texas. Have bought many vehicles there. Service ok not the best but ok but will sell you stuff you don’t need like air filters but still better than most. Certainly best in Texas as far as Ford goes.

My dad bought my brother a brand new mustang for his graduation last year. Everything was great until we were asked to get it serviced. A few days after the oil change the rear view mirror just fell and the windshield cracked. When we took it to the dealership we spoke to the service manager and he claimed it was tampered with and we agreed. It looked tampered with. When we agreed he continued telling us how it was probably my brother who had tampered with it even though he willing,y admitted that the only way to take the rear view mirror was with a special tool that only they have (mechanics). He also said his employees are highly trained and thats why it HAD to have been my brother to have done the damage himself (with a tool we dont have? I seriously doubt) Personally I dont see why someone would break their own mirror. Anyway. We were promised a call from the general manager to speak to him about the problem and its been weeks now. They charged us for the fix and didnt allow us to file a claim and we never heard from the general manager. We honestly think it was tampered with at the service department. Its safe to say we will be taking our business elsewhere and no longer going to purchase the SUV my dad promised me for this year or the truck he wanted. Our money is not worth our vehicles being damaged. Think twice before you buy here.

I was greeted immediately upon driving into the service area where the manager, Oscar Gonzalez, requested an explanation of what was wrong (very simple issue I had identified incorrectly) and said they would take care of it immediately. The technicians reviewed the cars performance, and I was pleasantly surprised when, in a very short time, Mr. Gonzalez returned to advise me that my car was ready. I strongly recommend Sames Motor Company in Laredo TX, and my sales agent Mr. Miguel Aguiar, I have made car purchases before and as a woman most of the time I have never been able to make or get a good deal, Normally I run into pushy sales people. The experience was so good, I recommended my sister to go to Sames with Mr. Aguiar ...so make story short.BEST EXPERIENCE EVER... I wasnt 100% sure if I wanted to buy or not... but I did love the look of the new Explorer. I bought a Ford Explorer and my sister bought a Ford Edge from Mr. Aguiar 3 weeks later.Mr. Aguiar is very professional and very patient, not pushy, he allowed me to decide and gave me options and time to think. Patient, well I had my 12 year old and 15 year old doing TIk TOk and he didnt seem to mind their craziness.I am very happy with my purchase and so is my sister :)

Great service. My car was fixed quickly. The only reason I am not giving this the full five stars is because my phone charging cable was stolen by one of the employees. I understand there are signs stating that the company is not responsible for any items. Well, I took everything out of my vehicle, but I forgot my charger. Sure enough, it was stolen. Desperate times calls for desperate measures, I guess.
I needed the transmission serviced and needed the brakes checked, so took it to Quick Lane, part of Sames. My truck was ready about 4 1/2 hours after I took it in. The detailed receipt listed services performed on the transmission and fees connected to disposal, work done on the brakes, and the name of the technician who performed them. Also, checks were done on the battery and tires at no charge. I have no complaints about the quality of the work performed or time needed to complete the work.
I purchased my vehicle in March of 2018 the salesman told us it had several features that we liked. When we picked up our car it did not have the feature we wanted and it was missing the spare tire. They told me that they would order the tire for me. I went back and asked for my spare tire and they told me that they didnt know anything about it. They were rude and no customer service what so ever. My salesman dropped the ball and blamed someone else.

I have been taking my car for service since I bought it. The very first time I took it, the tires were rotated. The tire technician, or should I just say tire person, seemed to have used the impact wrench deliberately on my alloy wheels leaving them dinged and scratched. I relayed this to the service manager who offered nothing in reply. I told him that the only reason that I will continue to take it there is to have the maintenance on file. At the last visit, I told the young lady at the counter that the vehicle had a recall for an issue with the door trim. The oil was changed, and I was promptly charged for it. I was told that the recall is taken care of at the main building and not at this bay. I was told that I would be called for an appointment. That was about two months ago. Still waiting!
Excellent service at the quicklane, Valerie the service advisor does such an excellent job. She constantly keeps me up to date on my service. Charlie the manager, is always aware of whats going on, and assures great customer service. Always a great experience at the service center.

I need to work lower my payment and had to sell my truck. They really helped me out! Had a situation with my car, called Mr. Daniel Carranza and he set up an appointment for me to take my car in for service the following day. Took the car in to get fixed, was told a certain time and the car was out before. When it comes to customer service I never hesitate to call sames as they alway help me out with any problems i have with my car or truck. Really recommend this place

Today my husband spoke with supposedly the General Manager named Cesar on San Dario. This person acted so unprofessional, at the begining of the call my husband let the receptionist who answered he needed to speak to someone who spoke Spanish. So this person again the General Manager Cesar told him he was not going to speak to him in spanish at all. So then my husband tells him about an application we had submitted a few days ago. So the manager asks him what he is looking for and, and he said a ford flex fully loaded to trade in our 2011 ford flex. Then the manager Cesar tells him sir your asking for too much the payment on the 2019 ford flex is in $850. He was being so rude and, making seem like we could not afford a 2019 SUV.

Update March2018.My parents needed to upgrade their vehicle and we went to a dealership on the loop. Horrible trade in value, barely wanted to give us incentives, it seemed like the usual Laredo dealership. Headed over to Sames, right off the bat they were giving me 4K more for my trade in and all of the incentives available. I was in and out with a new vehicle at a great price in 3 hours. Thanks to Leo and the team at Sames! 👍Mr. Bedolla at the service department took care of an issue on my Ford Explorer. The battery went out and it was replaced being that it was under warranty. I also told him about an issue with the door panel. He ordered the part and I took it back later so that it could be installed. Now my vehicle is complete again.Thanks.

I dropped off my truck at Quicklane the staff, as always, was friendly and eager to help. My truck was ready within the agreed upon time and everything was done to my satisfaction. I used to take my vehicles out of town for service mistakenly thinking that I would get better service, but the staff at Sames is just as good or better than anything I experienced out of town.
