So impressed with the service and system they have in place. The crew has so members and David, one of their employees, provided all info with professionalism and was so attentive! Their manager is on top of their game!

Fast and courteous service. The only thing I HATE is their use of air impact tools to re-attach the wheels! Those things not only make it difficult to remove the wheel in an emergency, but Ive had to replace stripped wheel bolts because of it!! I think they should re-attach the bolts using a torque wrench!!!

Great customer service. It does not matter how early or late you visit the location. The employees always seem to be happy.

Unlike 99.99% of places in Laredo these guys valued my time. My appointment was at 9AM and my car was pulled in at 9AM to begin the work. Having been in the business before, these guys were professional in every sense of the word. My 4 tires were mounted, balanced, and installed in about 25 minutes. Not the fastest Ive ever seen but very respectable. Also, they used an actual torque wrench to set the torque! Hats off gentlemen!!! The way it SHOULD be! The tire dressing was a nice touch too, very good idea to whomever decided to do that. My only criticism...no seat covers. I literally had my car detailed the Monday prior to my Friday appointment.They say you can judge a business on how they handle a complaint or problem. I noticed when I got home I was missing a center cap off my wheel. I called them the next day to see if they had it, I even understood that it could have popped off due to no fault of theirs and was prepared to go to the dealer to get a new one. The staff member took my information, and without me asking, offered to order a replacement. I would highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for fast quality service.

Awful service and awful time management. I called beforehand and they promised to be done in an hour and it took four! One thing though the men who were working on the car were incredibly fast it’s just the lazy people in the front. Honestly anywhere else would be better.

I always get excellent service when I go. Their tires are pretty affordable. If youre tight on cash they can find something to Fit your needs. The only downside is that if you are in a rush you need to be there early in the morning. Because a lot of other people also like going there. Other than that I cant find any fault with the service. If I do Ill update my review.

Great, It was packed and I have to wait for service but they had the tires I wanted and they were changed fast at a great price with a warranty. Go early and make sure they put your name and phone correctly in their schedule.

The service here is great, the crew is fast and very nice and greet you with a smile. The guys go up to your vehicle if youre early and they offer good affordable prices. They also look for the tires all around at other places if they dont have them. They usually take 3- 5 days if they are shipped. So overall its the best.

I was offered a $100 rebate for purchasing 4 new tires. After the sale and install I found out that I was only going to receive $50 in rebate. The rebate form was given to me by Leo and highlighted with the $100 rebate. This is just bad business to lure people into buying a product.

I have purchased 4 4 tire sets for 3 cars in10 years from this company and they have always stood behind their products, their service, and their promises. From Laredo to Ft.Worth, Texas, they have helped me get back on the road.

The times that I have done business with this place, I have been extremely satisfied. The personnel who works there is very professional, respectful, and attentive. It is a business in which one feels welcomed, contrary to other establishments in Laredo who see the customer as a nuisance. All of the times that I have dealt with its employees, I have wished there were more like them in places like restaurants, fast food businesses, Lowes and Home Depot here in Laredo. Hope Discount tire continues employing people like them.

I ordered 4 tires, and they came over the weekend. The place was full of people, and it doesnt matter if you have an appointment. I had an appointment and i had to wait for over 15 minutes in a line. My son told them we had an appointment, and they said it is first come, first serve. They could work on their customer service. The auto service was quick. The waiting room was full.

On time.Tech advised tire-pressure sensor broke when replacing tire and replaced at no cost.

Bought great tires at good price. They honored a discount that competition had. Lots of employees working. The bad thing is they left two of my tires a little loose and I had to tighten it myself. Next time I replace my tires I will check more competition options before I buy here.

Get warranty and the backing of a national chain behind your wheel or tire investment. The guys here will work with you and get you on your way.

Have being a customer for discount tires for many years . Have always received excellent service till I purchase tires for my 2011 Toyota Camry .Unfortunately I have being Thur a really unpleasant experience getting my tires balanced correctly since day one . Discount Tire has always accepted the fact that the tires are not balanced ones they pull the tires off and double check with their balancing equipment . I had to take my vehicle many times to have them re balance and try and correct the mistake . After taking my car in twice on the third time the rep decided to offer me a new set of tires thinking that the first original tires they installed where bad and his crew was not doing anything wrong on balancing my tires . I accepted his offer and took a chance on another set of tires hoping that the new set will solve the balancing issue we were having . I leave with the new set with hopes that the balance issue has being corrected know that we have another set of tires and new balance . Surprise problem still their ! At This Time I really feel very unpleasant with all the trouble they have put me thru . I decided not to go back anymore and take the car to another shop explaining my experience with discount tire on the balancing of my new tires . Well come to find out that Discount Tire was not balancing my tires right all this time being that there are 2 different ways of balancing a tire . The other shop simply took that step and was able to take care of my problem on the first time they balanced my tires . I invested a great deal of time with discount tire trying to get a service that I paid for and never did get it done right at all . I am sorry to say this but I really did not expect this type of turn out with a company like Discount tire . I surely do not recommend that you get your tires balanced with this store . I still have an open claim with this store on my refund of the services they were not able to provide as a company .

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and I was offered water while waiting in line. All I needed was to repaire my tire, and the man asked to go outside so we could look at my car. As we were outside he was giving me tips and advice on my car and telling me a lot about my tires! I really appreciated that, I didnt get a name from him but I felt well taken care of. He told me itd take about an hour to fix, (it was a busy) I did wait the promised time, and I was on my way! I will definitely be a returning customer !
