What can I say. Thought transmission was going out. I called and Nelson answered. I did not know my options but he calmly explained what to expect and how much. After all he contacted a wrecker and within hr i was at the business and they quickly took vehicle in. After much discussion they repaired what was the cause and even though it took them little longer, they price that I was quoted was extremely reasonable. The best part they were honest and that alone has made me a customer for life. They quoted me AC replacement and I will be back. Great service and professional help! Hard to find good business like this but the whole staff is 100%. Thank you!

Great experience! I called and made an appointment to be seen right away the next day first thing in the morning. When I arrived, Nelson was very helpful and accommodating at the front desk. My car got pulled into the bay within 10 mins of arriving. Mechanic also took the time to explain what else was wrong with car after running a diagnostic test. This place seems knowledgeable of their business and I would definitely recommend based off their professionalism and time spent at location.

After 3 tries at 3 other shops this shop found the problems in my car within 15 minutes . They walked me through the problem, showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a reasonable time. The price was good and there were no extra fees or inflated costs. I would recommend this shop for all your needs.

I brought my truck to have them replace a bad starter.Then agreed to fix an oil leak and the brake booster. It eventually became a tune up there were parts that took days to get there. After two weeks there was a problem that theres no power to the distributor said they needed more time. Had to take my truck back home because it was getting too expensive and it was taking too long. I brought in a semi working truck. And left with a non running truck. But at the very least they towed my vehicle with no extra charge.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Overall they were not able to fix my car. Cost for things kept adding up and at a ridiculous price; they seemed like they were guessing and in the process, they kept coming up with new costs. The initial problem was NEVER fixed. They kept my car for about a month and dared to say they lost time and manpower keeping my car there with them. In my opinion, they are far from being excellent in the job they do.

I was recently in Laredo from Dallas, my car was leaking water, which I thought was just a hose that needed replacing. Fortunately for me, I was passing by, on my way to another mechanics shop, so I decided to stop by ATL instead. I spoke to Miguel, and he took care of the problem. It turns out I needed a water pump. Highly recommend this auto shop. The general manager was excellent and responsive through email and phone. Diagnostic was free and fast. Replaced and fixed my cars a/c leak with all new part, and the best part of it all, was that the job was done within 2 hours.

Thought i was gonna have to spend an arm and a leg the cost was way less then expected. After i left i brought my truck back because of my tires and they took their time to resolve my issue.
