Over the last two years i have received consistent, professional service from shiloh automotive. I have had several oil changes, complete four wheel break job, electrical work and collision repair completed. All diagnosis has been accurate, the work completed when they indicated, as well as having the work done right the first time. Personally, I could not ask for more from an auto repair shop.

Do not recommend at all. He over charges for services that we’re not asked for. The issue that was initially taken for was never fixed. Receipts were never provided either.

Recently went to change my cars oil and repair my front bumper... staff members were all very knowledgeable and the pricing was extremely convinient!!! There was several people ahead of me waiting to get their vehicles worked on, but they still managed to get the job done on mine much earlier than other places I’ve been to before. So quick back story on my truck, it had been giving me steering problems. It was at the point that I was thinking to I sell it on my own, trade it in or hold on to it for a little while longer. It finally screemed for attention so I took it in to the guys at Shiloh. I appreciate that they took the time to explain that I had different options to choose from. A couple detailed emails later we had a battle plan and ran with it. Oh Im also a truck driver so all this was going on while Im hundreds of miles a way. Having a mechanic that is open, transparent, honest and GOOD is rare. And this is one of the few places you can find one. One month later my truck is still running great! Thanks Shiloh!

Shiloh Automotive is my preferred place to go for repairing my vehicle I trust them and Ive known him for years he always does excellent work for me and I recommend him highly. He recently resolved a problem where another entity had left something disconnected while installing a car stereo antenna.. he rapidly found the problem and resolved it at a reasonable chargewhile I waited.

Shiloh is a business that I trust and depend on when it comes to the care of my vehicles. I’ve had extensive work done for two Toyota Corollas. One was a full restoration and the finished product was like new and unrecognizable from the day I dropped it off. The second car was involved in a major car accident with structural and frame damage. The insurance adjusters claimed it would be a total loss and Shiloh was able to salvage and restore it to its prior state by welding the frame. To say that the work done here is honest and top level is an understatement. I’ve known the shop owner for almost 15 years and can testify to his expert knowledge of cars and how to run a first class operation.

Got my disc brakes fixed at Shiloh Automotive, the work was scheduled and completed on the same day service was excellent would strongly recommend.

I had a pretty bad experience with the owner Romeo Uribe and his manager Josh. I took my car for an oil pump replacement and several other things came up that needed to be replaced which is understandable because my car is a 1999. I had no issues with that. The owner however seemed to strongly dislike my questions about the process. He charged more labor than what the job really was probably to cover the money he didnt make selling me parts. He also blamed me for them taking long to finish the job because it took a few days for the parts to be delivered to me. In reality, they didnt even touch my car for the first 2 weeks and no one would ever call me to communicate anything. I was the one that would call. It felt like he disliked that I know about mechanics and that I asked questions about the job. The reason I took the car is because I have no space or time to work on it myself. His manager Josh does not know a single thing about auto repairs or cars in general. I honestly dont know what he is doing there. All he was doing when I was there to pick up my car, was making unnecessary comments to me. He said something like, You want to open your hood to make sure your engine is there?.Mr. Uribe always bragged about making money instead of actually talking about the job with my car. He even told me how much he pays his mechanic. Totally irrelevant from anything we ever talked about. Overall a bad experience and will not return to this shop. People that dont know any better probably fall for his traps and think his prices are fair. I know I learned from this and will never make the same mistake again.Reply to owner:The only reason I am spending more time with this is to defend myself against your lies. I dont know why you claim I was disrespectful. I never disrespected you. I always called you sir and would always talk to you in a good way. You are the one that screamed at me over the phone and hung up on me when I was asking you questions. Remember that? There was even a time when I was at your shop that you demanded for me to pay you a portion. I was willing to work with you but with a receipt for my payment and you didnt want to provide me a receipt. You wanted to give me a business card with $500 written on it to represent the $500 I was going to pay you. That is not professional at all. Then you got on your phone and supposedly called your brother the cop. I guess you were trying to intimidate me even though I wasnt doing anything illegal. I understand the car needed work and that things came up as the mechanic disassembled but dont lie and say that I took you cheap low quality parts. Almost everything I bought is AC Delco which is OEM for GM. I did not buy a single low quality part. Maybe you should take off that sign of AC Delco you have at your shop if you think their stuff is cheap and low quality. Also, of course I left the shop spinning my tires. How else do tires make a car move? And why would you record me? That is weird.It doesnt matter if Josh has a degree. He might be able to coordinate fleet repairs but he does not know anything about cars. In order to manage a mechanic shop, it is crucial to know how to do the work. Another thing, the car had the plates expired since September 2018 not a whole year because I was not using it due to the repairs I needed to get done to it. In regards to the exhaust on the car, you are wrong when you say it has none. It has an exhaust called SLP Loudmouth. It is a loud exhaust and it does not bother me to know you think it is annoying. I literally cant believe you mentioned that I like death metal. How is that something that matters here? And yes the mechanic is very knowledgeable and does good work. Besides him, there is nothing else I was impressed with in regards to doing business with you. Another claim of yours is that the car had rat feces. That is a straight up lie.
