My experience with Recycle Sales was not positive. I have been involved with motorcycles since I was a kid. I contacted Brian about the Z1 900 on his website and asked about the condition and history. I requested more detailed pictures and asked specific questions to get me a feel for the condition of the bike. The words used to describe the bike to me were that is was Superior and Pristine and the best Z1 we have ever had. Once I was convinced that this bike was in excellent condition Brian and I agreed on a price we could both be comfortable with. I told him I would be at the shop with a Cashiers Check the following day between 11 and 12 noon to pick it up. To make a long story short the bike was not in the condition that I was told. The bike wasnt even clean, every where I touched was filthy. The exhaust system was missing the bolts to hold the mufflers in place. The rear wheel which I had specifically inquired about was scratched very deeply to the point of needing replacement. The controls for the turn signals etc were old and dated, even the headlight was cracked. I could go on about the condition of the bike but will end it here. It could be the kind of bike he spoke of after spending a bunch of money on it. I was not happy to have driven over 850 miles round trip for nothing. I felt very misled. I told Brian I was passing on the bike. His comment was that he was tickled that he got to keep it. This bike was over sold to me and way over priced in my opinion.
Please make sure that you thoroughly check out your bike before you buy. The bike I bought in which they said was perfectly fine and that I paid $10,500 for come to find out had been in a accident. The rear brake line wasnt working and the front main headlight (Victory Vision) was out. Also the dealer never registered the bike. The title still was in the previous owners name. I had to mail the title to motor vehicles because they had to check to see if the bike was stolen which took eight weeks then the pandemic hit and all the states motor vehicles aclosed down. It cost me another $780 to get the damage fixed from the accident.ect.The bike is still not on the road ☹️☹️
Bought a 2001 Yamaha Vstar. The guys at Re-Cycle sales are fantastic. They were polite and very patient while I test drove and checked out several bikes. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy good bikes at a reasonable price with great customer service.
This review is due to the sales associate that was helping us. My husband and I saw one of their bikes online and came in to view it. The sales person seemed annoyed we were there and put little effort in showing us anything. He sat back ad made half hearted and sarcastic responses. I would never come back here due to his poor salesmanship. We truly were ready to walk out with the bike that day, but he obviously wasnt interested in selling us anything.
Recycle is where I have bought two awesome motorcycles. Very satisfied with customer service, great guys all around. If I decide on buying another bike, I will come back here.....Thanks Guys.
Good place to buy motorcycles. However, at the moment they was sold out on the ones I wanted. They have to restock.
I bought a 2001 Kawasaki Drifter here. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. The process was easy. While I was there there were some regulars who were kind of hanging out and talking about motorcycles. They were quick to include me in their conversation and made me feel even more comfortable about my purchase. If your in the market to buy a new to you bike, this is the place to go. All kinds of bikes at all kinds of price points.
Where to begin? First, they were a great help in getting me the financing I needed. Very simple process and was done in 24 hours total. Then, because of all the stuff going on at the time, they brought the bike to me, dropped it off and I was off and running. Other then little things, bike was in the exact shape presented and runs even better then imagined. And the look, lordy I love the look of the old CBs but with modern touches.
Re-cycles sales does NOT put their customer first. I recently purchased a bike that they assured me was “road ready” and met the safety standards. The first day, I put oil in it. It didn’t have a leak. A week later, I put more oil. The throttle was high, but that is a minor issue. I figured that I just needed a new air filter and tune-up. I personally went in the shop and asked for the works because I didn’t believe the bike was secure nor met the safety standards. The brakes were decent, but I felt as it the bike was going to through me at times. The mechanic said it will be $450 dollars and told me to give my information to the salesman upfront to call me when filters come in. Two days went by and I called the shop. The salesman picked up the phone and said the order has not arrived. I waited an additional four days before I called again. I was informed that the order was still not in and I don’t need to call the shop anymore, they will call me.Remember I stated that I was putting in oil weekly, but didn’t have a leak? I located the problem. The oil line was covered in black tape. I unraveled it and the line was sliced through. The black tape wrapped around to past/inside the metal covering; therefore, a mechanic had access to it. So....I went up to the shop with a gentleman to inquire about them fixing my bike as well as the overlooked oil line. I inquired about the safety issue with the salesman. He was quick to dismiss my claim and I displayed a picture of proof. Also, the salesman claim to have called me to say to bring in my bike. “What a coincidence?” I checked my missed phone log, but didn’t see a call. Then, o asked if he left a message. He stayed that he doesn’t leave messages. I asked, “What business calls a paying client but doesn’t leave a message?” He replied, “That’s how I always do it.”As a result to Re-cycle Sales Poor Customer service and lack of safety concern for their clients, I asked my boyfriend to locate another motorcycle shop. I placed a review on Re-cycle Dales Facebook and two days later, I get a phone call from the salesman. I did miss the call because I was in meetings. The salesman called me from a (469) number instead from the company’s number which begins with a (214). At the time I was returning the phone call, I didn’t know it was the salesman from Re-Cycle Sales. The conversation:A: Morning. Did someone call A**** from this number?S: Yeah. This is S#####.A: S##### who?S: S##### from Re-Cycles.A: Oh.S: Why dos you leave a bad review on Facebook?A: Bad Review?S: My boss said it was a bad review.A: I left a review with facts and evidence. (Then he interrupted and started raising his voice.)S: All because I didn’t leave a voicemail message? I did call you.A: It’s more than just that and I’m not going to argue with you.....(he hung up on my face.)I’ve never asked for a discount or tried to see “what I can get.” I simply wanted Re-Cycle sales to take ownership for not fully inspecting the bike for SAFETY, look at the bike, hear my concern, return a phone call and leave a message and display customer service. Neither was done; hence, the bike is being maintained elsewhere.Note: I have phone call logs, receipts of purchased oils and pictures to support my claim.
So great Wade and I took the Sign lol
This is the place to buy used a bike. Mr. Brian & staff are some great guys. Great selections from from big wheel customs to sport bikes. All bikes are serviced before being sold. Easy financing. Some of the cleanest bikes in the DFW.They know there stuff when it comes to motorcycles. I did, so should you....
I purchased a GSXR 1000 from Re-Cycle Sales. I received exceptional customer service from both the owner Brian, sales representative Steacy and the mechanic Snow. Steacy is a knowledgeable business professional and walked me through the entire process of purchasing my bike. The owner Brian was transparent, fair and consistent throughout my entire purchase and answered any questions I had. I’m very pleased and happy with my bike, the service I received and the follow up questions answered before and afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and the potential of purchasing another bike from them. I haven’t had any issues with my GSXR 1000 and the GSXR’s beauty is a perfect match with mine! Very pleased.
Brian was extremely helpful getting the 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000 we had been looking at. The process was easy and painless. There was no hassling or going back and forth. Really friendly and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Will go back for our next purchase.
Had a broad collection at competitive and FAIR prices.
Great experience! Re-Cycle was efficient and dealt honestly on the FJR1300ES. Was a great experience, will go there first on my next bike for sure. you will not be disappointed.

Great experience and great group of people. Went there to look at one bike and left with another! Would buy another bike ANYDAY from Brian and team.
Wanted a bike in a certain color with certain accessories already on it. Got all that and so much more picked up a fully dressed 09 vtx1300 for so cheap. They get it all done fast and work with you. Guy that runs it did it all and i am impressed. Check them out if you want honesty and a good deal.

Overall really good prices. Matt is excellent to work with. They paid for all repairs that I found while riding the bike back to Corpus last month with no questions asked. Would buy from them again.
Awesome service. Great relaxed atmosphere to shop in. I never felt pressured and I never felt talked down to. We had fun buying out Spyders!!
Excellent experience! I bought my Concours 14 from Brian at Re-Cycle and could not be happier. Great prices and honest sales people. The bikes are in super condition and they can get you what your looking for if they dont have it in stock. Will absolutely purchase another bike from them.
Sold a bike out from underneath me. Corresponded by email for 4 days with Brian on how to make a payment on a bike I wanted to buy. Tried calling. Tried making down payments. Wouldn’t take my money. On the 5th day he sold the bike to someone else! Waste of time.
Super cool store, friendly staff!
I cant stand dealing with car salesmen and motorcycle salesmen, but Brian at Re-Cycle Sales is a rare breath of fresh air. None of the usual back-and-forth negotiation; Brian gave me his best out-the-door price from the start and it was $1,000-plus below the next best price I got from competing dealers. Highly, highly recommended.
Cool owner great prices that you will not find anywhere else in Dallas. They were closing when I went to check out the Hayabusa and the owner was trusting enough to let me enter the warehouse alone and check out any bike that I may have seen on the website
Really awesome place the staff very friendly.will go back again
Good selection of used bikes. with a laid back staff. I bought my Harley Davidson Vrod here. Highly recommend checking them out.

First time to be visiting. Very nice place and motorcycles. Now we are headed to FLORIDA. Thank u Brian and Karen for inviting me to go with yall . Im already having a great time.
I had an awesome experience with re-cycle sales! I had picked a motorcycle off of their website late on a Saturday night, and got there Tuesday morning ready to make the purchase, and found that it had been shipped out early that previous Saturday. The owner Brian saw that i really had my heart set on that paticular motorcycle and sent his guys to pick it back up for me and had it there and ready to ride that same day! They were super friendly, very professional, and just all out good people. They had the best prices i had found, and took care of me better than anywhere else would have. I will be going back to them for all my motorcycle related buisness from this day forth. A very special thanks to Brian, Matt, and Snow. You guys Rock!SincerleyKris M01 Intruder Volusia
Friendly people but would never buy/trade here again. Traded in my custom CBR1000 + cash for a Hayabusa (the type of bike I have wanted for awhile). When I picked it up to ride it home, the shift linkage CAME APART when pulling in to the gas station. Their mechanic fixed that, no biggie. Decide to give it another go and after having it slightly over a month, it has needed new sprockets, a chain, new tail light harness (apparently the brakes didnt work but it passed inspection, imagine that...) new fuel pump assembly and the oil was jet black. Roughly $1,000+ later, the bike is in operable condition. Buyer beware in my opinion.
I liked this place I went there to get my bike repaired but they dont do that however the do have a crazy selection of used motorcycles if I were in the market for another bike I would definitely go there to buy it
