On a road trip from Oregon to New Mexico my bike broke down in Valencia California,look for the Harley dealership closest to me didn’t like the reviews so I kept checking found a Antelope Valley Harley Davidson great reviews so I decided to take my bike there and I certainly wasn’t disappointed.Got my bike right in worked for three days to find the problem with the rear and wobbly got me fixed and back on the road unbelievable service department kept me updated ken in the service department is awesome.One happy rider!!!PSFeel like Ron the owner became my best friend while I was there overseen all my problems With my bike and was very much involved the entire way awesome thank you and your team antelope Valley Harley Davidson!!!!

Ive had my 04 Ultra Classic serviced all over the country and at many dealers in Canada. AVHD is not the closest dealer to my home, but they are the best. Great service. Friendly staff. Ive never been disappointed in the work that theyve performed. And Ive never felt that I was being overcharged or hustled. This is a first class motorcycle shop. A special shout out to Alexis who stays on top of all of the details, and John, the mechanic, who caught a major safety issue on my bike that another dealer missed. Eternally grateful for helping keep my bike upright on the road.

Do not sign up for the driving school. i signed up and was sent home because i didnt know how to properly drive one. thats why Im in the school to learn its your job to teach me if I dont know how to drive one, not just send me home. they also refused to give me a refund and said That I can book private lessons for $100 an hour which is just ridiculous. i have to pay $100 an hour because you didnt properly teach me the first time. do not sign up save your money

Upon entering the H-D shop I felt a You dont know how blessed you are to be in this place kind of vibe. After a few moments I met with an H-D representative who allowed me to make an appointment to repair an oil leak & replace the piston rings on my H-D in 4 weeks.1 month later I arrived with, still in the package Genuine H-D cylinder replacement gaskets in hand. I then paid the estimated repair & replacement cost up front & left.Later that day the associate called & advised me that only the rocker box gaskets needed replacement & that bylmy bike would be ready shortly.. I reminded the associate that I also paid to have the cylinder gaskets & piston rings removed & replaced. The reply was Not gonna happen (or words to that effect).I was given a refund for labor not performed & sent home, gaskets in hand. But at least my bike wasnt leaking oil.

Love our new helmets! Too bad we had to go elsewhere to buy them since the two ladies working that day in the apparel department were less than accommodating and somewhat condescendingly rude. Didnt know these were 3 in 1 wearable which makes them extra cool! Yeah we werent told anything about them at all. Internet informed me, maybe they didnt know anything about them at all. Other than that, love this place.

This has to be the best dealership in the world. I rode my bike 337 miles to get repaired. I have a dealership 3 miles from my house and can’t trust them. I bought my bike here in 2017 from Tom . A. Having purchased a neon Harley Davidson clock from on line vendor, the clock after three years stopped working. I was at Lancaster Harley Davidson one day checking up on a service issue and stopped by the location where Sue was working and where there were several other clocks similar to mine on display and discussed the possibility of what may be the issue with my clock with Sue. She indicated that she would follow up with a representative of the clock manufacturer when she attends a Harley Davidson seminar in Arizona and would get back to me. She did just that and got back to me in just a couple days. The representative advised Sue what the issue may be and gave to Sue the part believed to be the issue which she passed on to me and which resolved my issue. I remain genuinely thankful to Sue for pursing the resolution on a product that was not even purchased from her store and appreciate the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism I receive each time I visit Lancaster Harley Davidson.

Oil and battery called said my shifter stripped but I had a replacement I did myself just late August and get my bike back its just fine no problem??? Ill be going over it my self in the morning.Next morning one of the owners call and after texting with Ken the part in question was the back part of the shifter. Not the front parts I had replaced myself. The vice crush is holding and if it becomes loose Ill be less sceptical. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to fully talking to what the problem they found and the video of it. Thanks again.

Big thanks to Don in parts for being really helpful and patient. I was shopping for slip mufflers for a touring model and he really went the extra mile by taking the time to actually start bikes on the showroom floor so I could hear the various exhausts. I was here for the Help for Heroes function. I like to try and support the local Fire Department and other first responders. The food was great and the people are very friendly. There are lots of motorcycles and ways to upgrade your ride available. I will definitely be back again.

Great customer service! I was looking at jackets and vests for my boyfriend and the gal who helped me was very knowledgeable about them. She had no issue with me calling my local shop to see if they had the same item (due to traveling and luggage reasons). I was worried about sizing due to my boyfriend being Tall and the owner tried the vest on for me to see how it would fit a taller guy (the vest not being in Tall size) and he gave me some advice for it as well.Thank you for being helpful and welcoming!
