I had my 2009 Toyota Venza detailed here yesterday and when I came to pick up my car it looked BRAND NEW! My cars every nook and cranny was cleaned both interior and exterior. Even under the hood! I bought a Chevy Cobalt SS in July of 2014 from Auto Traders. A walked onto the lot saw the car and was hooked. Joe and Norm did everything possible to make me the happiest customer. Since owning the car Ive had no issues whatsoever. They do simple things like new tires, new brakes and other simple things that make you confident that the car your are buying will last a long time. Joe was my salesman and he was very nice. Purchased an 05 Cadillac. Within the first two weeks the car started missing, leaking oil and leaking coolant. Joe was very nice and the car was taken to their mechanic (directly behind the dealer) The coils and water pump were replaced. The oil leak was blown off as no big deal. I took their word for it. I then was out of the country for 4 months. Only 7 thousand miles (but yes 11 months) later I have been given a whopping repair bill of $4503.00. This after 719.00 for an alternator. (who knows how much the coils and water pump that had to be replaced were) I need a front engine cover reseal 1649.00 transmission cooler lines 619.46 (still leaking coolant), Power steering pressure line 398.65 and a power steering rack 1015.66. The leak in the car is oil, coolant and power steering fluid. It has ruined the driveway and has cost me another amount to continually put oil into this car from the beginning. I have also had the car to another mechanic previously who stated that the struts are going bad.Norm whom is the president of the company according to his response within my Better Business Bureau complaint, in the beginning when I asked for the car to be fixed two weeks after purchase was very very rude. I told him I was sold a lemon and he shouted at me. When I called him last week he just suggested I get another mechanic because the price was too high and had never heard of prices being that high etc. etc. My car went to Kelly Cadillac to certified mechanics who know what they are doing. He acted like they didnt.Meanwhile I called the attorney general. Im screwed because my car is older than a 2011 and yes I signed an as is contract. The problem is that I tried to address this problem within the 3 month warranty and within the 30 day return policy.So basically I have 3/4 or more of the value of this car in repairsAuto Traders is sneaky and shady and clearly knows how to get around the used lemon laws. I was even warned by the dealer right beside them but didnt believe it because I thought they were just trying to get my business. Litigation is being considered if I have ANY rights at all.

I was in town on vacation from Utah. When I mentioned to a friend that I was looking for a Jeep, he recommended I talk to Matt. During the week, Matt sent me a handful of cars to look at, and when I found one that really interested me, he negotiated a wholesale price with the dealer and drove to New Jersey, checked it out, and brought it to Lancaster for me. Picking up the car was a breeze... no surprises, no pricing gimmicks, easy transaction, and now we have a beautiful car. I can’t recommend AutoTraders Intl enough.

Got a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero from auto traders a bit over a year ago. I was treated very respectfully and honestly. Had no issues with car for over 10 months, Until some normal things needed replaced. The intake manifold gasket went after 11 months, which is very common on GM 3.4 V6 engines. Other then normal maintenance the car has been reliable, is in great shape, and I love it! would surely come back again when the time comes for another car.

One comment I read was a young man stating he made a mistake and judged the company before they got a chance to fix things. By far the most reputable dealer I have ever bought from. I found them to be fair and honest and even very generous. I bought a VW Jetta and I love it. 3 weeks after buying it I did get a check engine light and even though it was not covered by warranty they had me come in and fix it for free. The after sale service I received really proved to me what great people they are. I did read some bad reviews but unfortunately the world is full of cry babies, and no one can make everyone happy. I usually dont write reviews but these guys were so great I felt I owed it to them. I will always go back to them in the future and will send all my friends.

This dealership was unprofessional and shady. I drove 2 hours to this dealer and found a car I was very interested in. the Sales Rep told me the car was being worked on, he would call me the next morning and let me know when it would be ready. I never received a call. Several days later, I called him, he said the car was still being worked on, I asked about other cars, he said, this would be the best car for you. I never received a call back. When I called to ask for the General Manager, he was not available. I asked for the GMs name, the person who answered the phone, Jon, he very reluctantly told me the GMs first name is Joe but would not give me his last name. I was wondering what he was trying to hide.....extremely unprofessional and shady.

I bought two cars from here. One was a 2004 Pontiac GTO, and the other a 1998 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28.First was the GTO and the experience was good through the whole transaction. Car ran beautifully and shifted well. The price was slightly high, but they claimed it was inspected by the on site mechanic and it was all good to go. They had a clean accident history so the deal was set.Second was the Camaro. Same deal ran nicely, high priced but again claimed clean accident history and deal was done.All sounds well but this is when the storm worsens. as the list below will detail,1. I drove the GTO off the lot and not 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Took it back they said oh yeah we will fix it They had it for 2 days, I got it back and the same deal. I asked what was going on and they told me they didnt know what to do....Ok its a used car fine I took to my shops and discovered the following.1. It was in an accident and the BCM or Body control module thought the car was damaged. The structural damage was obvious under neath the car. SO IN NO WAY DID THE ON SITE MECHANICS NOT NOTICE THIS.2. The GTO key was broken from the begining and they said we can look into another key with no response. So long story short the GTO was wrecked, had a bad key which prevented me from driving the car once the FOB died and it wouldnt start and they would not honor anything they said they would.Camaro nightmare.1. Again check engine light on 10 miles down the road. I should have learned my lesson, but hey I thought maybe it was the GTO. NOPE this too was a lemon.2. Again on the lift exposed body, and frame damage that NO WAY ANY MECHANIC WOULD MISS. To the point in needing a whole body alignment which was a major, MAJOR expense.All in all over 5 thousand in repairs to both vehicles in which we put less than 1,500 miles on. To top all of that off the would not answer my emails about anything.Buyers beware they are some serious crooks in there that mask the business with the Twin Pine name which is a shame.

Sometimes people are quick to get online and make a bad statement before giving the company a chance to fix things and here you out. I made that mistake with AutoTrader in Epherta. Joe, Im sorry I didnt give you a chance to explain to me, little did I know you had no idea what was going on. You reached out to me WHOLE HEARTED and VERY SENCER. Your number one priority was to make sure my family had I had the right car, safe and reliable. Thanks Joe. I greatly apprechiate all Your help and very sorry for the lack of communication and for jumping the gun.
