I cant say enough good things about how wonderful the entire staff at Carpet Mart was to work with during our carpet selection and installation process. Shane was extremely helpful as was the warehouse manager who even went so far as to take the massive roll of the carpet we had chosen and open the warehouse door so we could see it in all natural light! Eric did a great job of installing the carpet and all the way around we couldnt be happier!!

Worked with Mike Brenner on selecting area rugs for our family room, dining room and Hall. My wife and I looked at every rug in the lineup and we went back and forth. I kept mind apologizing to Mike because we couldnt make up our minds but he was both encouraging and patient. We got the rugs home and we love all of them. They are great quality and we get many compliments. The prices were tremendous. Definitely appreciated Mikes help!

When i walked in the store I was greeted immediately and asked if I could be helped. After i told him I was looking for an area rug, another guy sitting at the counter said you called that one to the guy helping me. If it werent for the kindness of the salesman helping me and the look of embarrassment on his face at the comment, I would have walked out the door.The guy who helped me, James, I believe, couldnt have been more accommodating and helpful. He gave me options and showed me the areas I could check out. He checked back with me and I decided on a rug. He wrapped it, checked me out and delivered it to my car. He did everything right.I know i walked in the door with only 40 minutes before they closed but I thought that was a really rude comment ..or maybe selling area rugs is a waste of their time? I dont know. I was there for 15 minutes and spent 350 bucks. I was out the door well before closing time. Despite my salesmans top notch service, I left with a sour taste for Carpet Mart.

Its nice to walk in a store and have someone there to immediately assist you! Their prices and selection are very good. Wait time for your products though not so good, and we had some issues with the installer showing up earlier, and since we couldnt pick up our phones while we were at work we had to reschedule for 3 weeks later!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My tile arrived on time and not a single piece was damaged. My salesman Mike was on top of all details. They kept me informed of my orders progress and contacted me when each item arrived.

EDIT: they did come out and fix their job. But it should not have taken 2 months and a one star review to get their attention... my father is happy with the repair job.These guys did a terrible job at my father’s condo. When he called to complain, no one got back to him. Then they had the audacity to harass him demanding their money! Then someone came out to take pictures, promised to get his best guy on it, and then refused to return any phone calls for the last 2 months. If you have stairs, don’t trust these people to do a competent job, you will be very disappointed.

Absolutely will do business with them again. Everyone was professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with!

I was in the store today. I was looking for flooring for my bedroom. As I walked in there was several people at the desk. Not 1 person even said hello. I walked back to the wood flooring and looked around for about 15/20 minutes. Not one person came near me. When I was walking out again not one person said a word. Was it because I was by myself an didnt think I was worth the time. Seems most of your good reviews are from men or couples.

I found ceramic tiles with photographically applied glazes, one matched a linen wall paper.The staff was helpful. And the prices were decent. Absolute worst customer service, ordered flooring for our downstairs, credit card was charged for the full amount and paid the 35.00$ for the measurement. Scheduled the installation date, then received a call from Joe the sales person that the roll of flooring I chose is 5 feet short so we need to choose another floor covering. Went back to the store, chose a flooring that we were told is readily available and agreed to the increase of 250.00$ in price to keep the installation date. Recieved a call from Joe today telling me the new floor I chose wont be available until March. He also told me there is a similar flooring in stock, but the cost would be approximately 800.00$ more. I have decided to have the charge taken off my card, will go to another flooring store....one where the sales person has knowledge of what is available and the cost doesnt increase with every call.
