I had wanted to use Boulevard Flooring for a while since I was renovating my house. Everytime I came they were nice & pleasant to talk to. I was happy with them especially since I used to work in the flooring world. When we decided to sell our house I was happy to go with them. They were able to give me good options with reasonable prices. The job was done quickly with no snags. I cant wait to renovate my new house & to use them again. I definitely recommend them over Home Depot. (I worked there for a little, so I can vouch for their service.)

I am so pleased with my carpet I purchased from them. I had an issue with the seem tape coming apart just 3 1/2 years after installation so I called them and they sent out a installer and repaired it with in a week with no hassles. I would definitely recommend them for flooring Thank You so much.

Great place for your tile and hard flooring needs. Very friendly and knoligable sales lady and home servey rep. They helped us make or mind up by explaining the dos and donts. Even scheduled us an appointment because we were that impressed. The installers Waun and Pablo and helper really did a excellent job. Advised us and did a EXCELLENT show room type job for or home. Better than expected and WORK with us every step of the way. Even with us in the house. We have had a great experience with Boulevard Flooring. We wanted a locally owned business and a reputation for quality work. As anyone with experience and an eye for quality knows, you get what you pay for. So we were not concerned so much about saving a few dollars on our installation, but getting quality work that would be attractive and long-lasting. We could not be happier!Georgia helped us in the showroom, and was very quick to understand what we were looking for and point us in the right direction. Then Mike met us at home for measurement and estimating, and was very helpful with further recommendations about the install. We set a date, and the installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. Not only did they finish quickly, but the installation was flawless. I have been in construction my entire life and I am not easy to please when it comes to work Ive done myself in the past, but this was top notch workmanship. Francisco did a great job, and left the house completely clean and neat.We had two rooms done in a medium quality laminate, and had custom base installed as well. It looks great, and we couldnt have asked for more. A first-rate local business.

Great showroom and the owner knows his stuff. A great place to visit of you are in the flooring market.Sure beats the big box hassle.

We have used Boulevard Flooring in 2 different homes. One for carpet and the other for tile. We are very pleased with each job. They have a rather large selection of flooring, all different from what you find at hardware chain stores and for a great price! I definitely recommend them.

Boulevard Flooring Emporium went above and beyond all my expectations and I couldnt be happier with the outcome!! Mike, Ella, and Sue were all so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They gave us a great deal and ordered our materials right away. The installers were very respectful and hard working. They were patient with us and kept a smile on their faces while working so hard. My entire home was done within 2 1/2 days. The installers even came to where I was staying to get my keys since I could not get over to let them in. They took pride in their hard work and did not miss one detail. There arent enough positive things to say about my experience doing business with them! Thank you all so much! We are so happy we went with Boulevard Flooring. We had the old tile flooring replaced in the kitchen/family room, powder room and laundry room. They did such a fabulous job, we also ended up having them do the granite counter-tops in the kitchen as well as a bar in the family room.Mike was extremely helpful during the shopping process. He helped us select the perfect tile for our floor with some added flourishes and it looks beautiful.We were undecided about the back-splash, and it was many weeks before we requested matching granite tile. It’s unbelievable how close the granite tile matches our counter-top. We don’t know how Mike did it.All installations were done quickly and efficiently at the cost and timing we were quoted. The workman obviously knew what they were doing, very friendly and caring.

My husband and I went in today for the 2nd time in a week to pick out tiles for our shower. Today I had made a choice on which tiles I wanted and was ready with how much I needed. The owner (guy) kept repeatedly asking why I would want to buy tiles from his store (my hubby works as an Installer for many different stores in the area) and I told him its was because he had a certain tile I liked that I couldnt find in other stores. He kept saying in a very rude tone that it didnt make sense since I could get similar tiles anywhere. (Duh, I like this particular tile!) Then he said I have real customers coming in soon, (raising his voice) so I dont want you in here! Excuse me?! We have brought customers in here to buy tiles from this store so my hubby could install them. This was the first time I ever dealt with him before so I dont know what his problem is. Guess you dont want our business anymore!

Recently purchased title for a job. Was told i would recievie it faster if i picked up from van nuys myself. Seeing as how i want the job dons with i agreed to it. Two days later when it was time to pick up the title nothig. I was told by the gentlment he would check first thing monday and i should be able to get from there store. Today is monday. After calling the store im being told it might be in wendsday. Youve already had my money for almost a week and i cant have a guarante date. This is the 2nd time ive delt with them. They will get no more of my money.
