It is interesting to read all of the positive reviews of Sistare Carpet. We certainly had a different experience. Installed new carpet in three rooms and a stairway 5 years ago. The padding underneath has big lumps in it. Within 2 years the carpet needed re-stretching due to wrinkling. (There are only two adults living in this house, so not a lot of heavy traffic.). Within 12-18 months of the first re-stretching, carpet was wrinkling again. Some of the wrinkles are large enough to catch on the bottom of the closet doors. By this time, COVID was an issue so we waited until recently to call about the current issue. We were initially told they would take care of the issue. We were told that someone would come take a look last Monday. Two employees came and looked at the wrinkled carpet and said they were planning to do the work that day. We were not prepared to have workers in our house that day. They said no problem, the office would call to discuss it. When the office did call, we were informed that there would be a charge for the re-stretching. We believe we were either sold sub-standard padding and carpeting or received sub-standard installation, or both. We have decided that based on the terrible experience weve had, rather than pay them to do something that should not even be necessary, we will replace the carpet and use someone other than Sistare. They do not honor their word and evidently money is more important to them than providing quality products and service.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Sistare handled my flooring, my shower, my backsplash in the kitchen and my blinds. They did a FANTASTIC job and such a pleasure to work with!

Sistars was a life saver for us. My fiancé and I just bought our first home and had been doing a lot of renovations to get it move in ready. We hired a guy to sand and stain our hard wood floors and they turned out HORRIBLE!! I was literally almost in tears, so we called Sistars and the entire experience was a 180 from where we started. Junior and his guys were so incredibly nice and hard working. Our floors look like a million bucks and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their hard wood floors redone! They look brand new!

Pricing was extremely fair. The installers were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our home looks completely different in a wonderful way! If we ever need ANY carpet, flooring, tiling in the future, we wouldn’t even bother to look elsewhere, wed go directly to Sistare!

I absolutely LOVE my new floors! Joe was patient with me in deciding on what wod work and explained all the different options that was available to me. I decided on the laminate flooring from Shaw for their durability and even my wild German Shepherd cant scratch these floors! Fast, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Just came across this on google and was wrong to assume from my experience that Sistare Carpets in Lancaster already had lots of ratings. On May or June of this year this store was able to accomodate me a Carpet Installation walk in/call request. Carpet installation had started within 30 minutes at my home after I visited the store to pick a carpet with their assistance, and I could not find a flaw in the project. The flooring contractor was respectful and friendly. His work and space was handled in a clean and safe manner. The store employees were great communicators and were real attentive and understood just what I was looking for. The carpet flooring was thicker having a more soft and cushioned feel. Also had a nice light color mesh to it that looked nice. Perfect rating.

Great customer service and very professional

Our experience at Sistare Carpets could not have been better. Pat worked with us as we made choice after choice for flooring in a newly constructed home. She helped select carpeting, hardwoods, vinyl tile and cermaic tile. Then, she asked us about paint and proceeded to help us with that. I would give more stars if I could. If you need flooring, go to Sistare Carpeting (and ask for Pat).
