Here is my experience with Toyota of Lancaster, I come in to repair the drivers side mirror on a Toyota sienna as the motor needs repair. Pay $900 to get it fixed which is already a lot, yes I know the piece is not sold separately but its high to begin with. Heres the good part ... I walk out to the car and unlock the door, the door does not open and its stuck locked. I crawl into the passengers side door and attempt to open the door. I soon realize the drivers side door is busted after the repair. I speak to the manager about this, they see it, then I get passed on to the advisor again. HOWEVER, after speaking to the advisor for service I am told that it was unusual timing and that it is going to cost close to $500 to repair the drivers side lock. MIND YOU IT WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL BEFORE REPAIRING THE MIRROR. After haggling Im still paying an additional 400 to get it fixed again after their repair look I know they busted it and now Im paying for it, they just made more money. They didnt take responsibility for it. I am disgusted by the management😠 Im usually a really nice guy, but its sad Ive totally been taken advantage of at this dealer. Id never consider purchasing a vehicle with Toyota of Lancaster.It is VERY UNUSUAL TIMING for the customer to have repaired the drivers side mirror and then as I walk out have to repair another piece at the same location. These guys are actual sharks you can buy a Toyota anywhere else but at this dealer. I am very unsatisfied with the service here and avoid any future transaction with the dealer. I do not recommend getting you car serviced here.

Sales person I worked with wasnt very professional just OK. No coffee, coffee area area was Dirty, Empty Box of possible pastries was left on the table not clean. I Felt Un-welcomed. Staff sitting at front desk at the entrance with nothing to do, Perhaps cleaning is not An important part of their job, Or environment. I decided not to buy from there.

4th time back getting a key fixed that was programmed using my old key and 3rd key was a defect so was told come back today..Now my trunk doesnt open with any key Old Key ..To begin with air bags were being done because of recall only reason had to have keys done because original key that was given back was bent..cause they are soooo busy Now have another appointment.. Also was told have pay $150 an hour for them to find out why locks arent working😬😵😲😩

Took my car in at 730am they said they where at full capacity for walk-ins. Called to make appointment and no openings till a month later. Thats why I always like to go to HAMER TOYOTA way better service.

I had an issue with an item that was shipped to me. Although it was UPSs fault (it seems), this dealership was quick to make it right. They had my missing part overnighted with no hassle or questions about it. Very happy with their help.

My recent experience with Toyota of Lancaster was positive. I had to have warranty work done, I was able to get a convenient appointment, my service tech. checked me in on time and communicated about the wait, kept me informed, and I was out in a reasonable length of time. The only thing that I would change is that I would rather have not had to go for a previous appointment for the service department to verify the warranty work, as previous routine maintenance appointments should have determined this earlier--this problem existed from the time of my first maintenance appointment.

If you are looking to save a lot of money and appreciate honest sales people from a family owned dealership the drive to Lancaster Toyota is TOTALLY worth it.

Very good, but took a long time for everything (which wasnt much, simple oil change, multi-point inspection) to get done. They arranged a ride to/from the dealership through Lyft for me.

The only reason why I gave it this rating was because of the waiting in the service department. And also I live in Rosamond an the cortasi shuttle doesnt go to Rosamond an I have to wait until there done. They should do something about this!!!

Have gone here for multiple vehicles and have a positive experience for the most part, but when lush came to shove, I was disappointed.During the pandemic, some dealerships have taken to marking up their truck inventory by 3 to 5 thousand dollars. As a business practice that is unacceptable. Individuals paying these mark ups are only negatively impacting future customers.With the lack of incentives and high mark ups, many have asked me if Id recommend Toyota of Lancaster and each potential customer has been told the same thing. Dont go to this dealership. Other dealerships might not have incentives either but theyll deal on MSRP without any mark ups.I personally went to the Toyota of Clovis dealership where I was able to get a couple thousand off of MSRP on a special colored trail edition Tundra.

We were nervous as first-time buyers, but the buying process was smooth and Tony and Andy were easy to work with. From first stepping foot onto the dealers lot, Andy was knowledgeable, attentive, and customer-service oriented. Even though we werent ready to buy that day on the lot, Andy showed us around and encouraged us to test-drive every car we were interested in with no pressure to commit that day. We decided to come in to negotiate a price the following day. Because of the low-pressure environment and the sales members receptivity when discussing market prices, we felt confident in our decisions and left satisfied with the deal we received. They gave us time to think things over and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Maricella in the F & I office was wonderful, as well as the in-dealer chef who gave us a delicious free meal while we waited for our credit to be checked. The toyota Service in lancaster very bad communication by MICHAEL SANTAMARIA first the car had to stay more than 3 days by force, nobody answered the calls or they left me hanging and they never told me that the car was ready until i had to go upset to pick it up. You know the saying you wont get a lemon, well I was the needle in the haystack. I purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry AWD SE & My transmission went out @ 2,700 miles in just 3 weeks of buying it with only 19 miles on it. They dropped a new transmission in and gave me a courtesy vehicle while waiting to be repaired. I am only giving 4 stars because this is a rating on the dealership itself and not on toyota. I am now stuck with this vehicle due to the fact that I bought the car @ 32k package deal, car was appraised @ 25k after being repaired. Car depreciated 7k in 3 weeks and they wouldnt let me swap my vehicle. Very irritated, but at the end of the day, I love my lemon. ❤ 🍋 ❤ Sales team was awesome!

They have great customer service at this location. I have always loved Toyota however I have to admit, Im a bit disappointed in their service plan; its not what it used to be. When I had my Camry it came with free oil changes for the whole 2 years or 25,000 miles. My Tacoma only gives me 3 freebees. For the price I paid for it this should be taken care of by Toyota for the 2 years or 25,000 miles. Its still a better plan than any other car dealership offers, at least the cars I would consider buying. Just wish the old Toyota plan was honored.

Maintenance (oil change) required for brand new vehicle. Made an appointment for 1 PM, I arrived at 12:30 and gave them my vehicle. Its 3 PM when I decide to check the status; still not working on vehicle yet. It took 3 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. It wasnt even busy. Ill never go there again.

Raed was very helpful and patient he really made us feel comfortable honestly the best employee Toyota has hands down!!

I am beyond impressed with the service, organization, and most importantly the employees at this dealership. Not only was the service organized and timely (oil change/tire rotation/checkup), but the staff went out of their way to help me with questions. On top of all this, I happened to dislocate my shoulder and concuss myself while skating home from my appointment. With no car, and no lyfts in the area, Anthony from sales actually drove me to the ER to relocate my shoulder. 5 stars because they did an awesome job on fixing my road trip hazard(a faulty water pump). I am indeed happy however, my service tech told me to text message him a video of my smart key not working and he would get right back with me with an answer. I tried for 3 consecutive days. .... Crickets. He had definitely responded when there was $1000 coming their way. But after that. I never heard from them again.
