I was a little skeptical about selling to a dealer as some are not as honest and forthright as they should be. However I did respond to their correspondence. I am an old school hand shake guy and through the whole process and I found they were good to their word. Its often hard to find people that are honest and upfront. Do your due diligence before buying a vehicle from here! They put the minimum energy and care into selling vehicles. I luckily had my mechanic inspect before buying so I knew what short cuts were taken on repairs.The garage had said that they had seen other vehicles which came from Auto Connection with questionable lifts, and other sketchy maintenance. Even with my shop checking it out, the battery died the day after purchasing the vehicle. I was all the more suspicious given that they had it pulled out and running when I showed up to buy it which makes me think it had been jumped before my arrival.

SHADY DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY HERE!I purchased a RAM 1500 from this dealership and was happy at first. However, a few months later I went to change my oil and noticed the pan was dented around the plug. I could not get it out myself so I took it to the shop. They told me the plug was screwed in so tight that it broke and cracked the welding. The entire pan needed replaced which cost over $600. Auto Connection was the last place to change the oil per the sticker on the windshield. So they botched an oil change and didnt fix it or say anything. But wait! Thats not the worst part.Another month or two goes by and the front left brake caliper slips out of place while Im on a back road. I had to get AAA to tow the car to the shop. They said the caliper was put on backwards and caused a slew of other damage to the axles and the brake hose. All in all the repairs cost me another $2,400 not to mention I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED had it happened on a highway. Ive attempted several calls in hopes they would try to make it right but to no avail. Thus they have absolutely earned this 1 star review. If you are thinking about purchasing here, you have been warned.

Amazing! so professional & saved us money!! after a hectic day of car searching and coming up on sketchy salesman, we called Auto Connection of Lancaster shortly before they were due to close. They stayed open for us and did all of the extra footwork that they didn’t need to (for example, i needed to change my address & he did it for me on the computer!). If I could, Id no star this place. AC had an overpriced Tahoe LT, but I was willing to come from out of state to check it out. The one thing that was attractive about this particular Tahoe was that it had upgraded wheels and tires with a good amount of tread life. The wheels and tires looked pretty awesome, but AC marked it up over $3K, still a bunch of miles on the engine for a two yr old vehicle. When I called, I was told that it was available but a couple of days notice was required to get the vehicle ready since the boss was using it day to day. The boss gets to drive whatever he wants. Needless to say, I found other deals worth while to go check out. No way Id want to buy a vehicle that the boss is joy riding and using as a personal vehicle. BAD FOR BUSINESS. No sour grapes here, just want others to be aware and pay attention to the history reports (highly recommended) and the mileage reported when the vehicle was bought by the dealership.

I was looking for a used Jeep and found one on their website. I worked with Jeremy and ended up really liking the vehicle. Jeremy was no pressure, answered my questions and concerns, and even worked with me on getting new tires that were discounted. The bad news was that I waited too long to pull the trigger and the Jeep sold before I could get a pre-purchase inspection done. Overall a very good experience and the company seems to be ethical and not shady. My only critique is that their lot here is super small and packed with cars. Parking and moving cars for test drives is organized chaos.

Bought a 2010 GMC in May of 2017 and a year into owning it, a whole bunch of mechanical gremlins took over, and, the warranty they sold us, didnt cover any of it! Traded it in before we even owned it for two years. The salesman was nice, of course, he wanted that sale.

I am extremely picky about cars and have high standards for condition. I always wait for surprises like hidden fees, and items not included in the price.The fees were negligible and fair and lower than others I inquired about. Jeremy got me financing and I was out the door in about an hour with a BMW priced below market. I took the car to my BMW mechanic and he said the car was in perfect condition with no hidden problems. My new go to dealer.

Jeremy was very straight forward and got straight to the point.

The truck I bought had some problems crop up soon after I took it home. A slow leak in a tire, and an EGR valve needed to be replaced. They stepped up to the plate and covered almost the entire cost. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because these things should have been taken care of from the get go, like the slow leak in the tire. :(

3k over market valve on EXCELLENT condition KBB. So youre paying for the lift wheels and tires. If you want a lifted truck with everything done, then go for it but check market value because some vehicles are overpriced for the amount of miles they have on them. You could get a truck not lifted with less miles, pay less, install lift wheels and tires and be up in the same price range as the one that is already done but with more miles. Im am currently doing that with my 2015 Z71 1500.I think anyone can agree some prices they ask for are rediculous.

Salesman was nice however there are two (2) complaints. They said Kelley Blue Book price is what they would give me, the trade was below Kelley Blue Book..Thats my fault, did not do my homework . I took them for their word. I would have just kept the car.The vehicle i bought went to dealer for repairs a week later.. Check engine light went on and upon diagnostic testing, 9 sensor modulars were bad. You shouldnt have to go through this when buying your dream car. Doesnt matter if i have a warranty or not...it should be a clean car for the money. Very disappointed.
