Super nice staff, & a pretty good selection! Wish there were a few more more plain styles of boots but still pretty great. Really liked the jeans and button ups. Cute clothes for women too!

Boot barn is a pretty good place, they have a variety of different types of boots, from work boots to cowboy boots to even boots that you would wear on a Friday while you out smoking a joint and getting a nice barbeque going with the fam. Good selection of footwear which is what i went in for an exchange but the hired help, namely a woman by the name of Megan, needs to be trained in customer service skills? It was bad enough i had to just ask for my money back. Sad thing is she was showing new help the wrong example. Ill take my business elswere.

The employee Michael was very patient and helpful. He guided my husband and I as we were to purchase our first pair of boots. Being some of the last customers, we were not rushed and left very satisfied with our purchase.

Hubby shops there alot..last week I bought 3 shirts for him. As I cashed out I watched the Clerk roll his shirts in a ball and shove them in a bag. I stopped her and asked if she would please FOLD THEM..She pulled one out, acted like she was going to fold it, shoved it back in the bag and gave me the amount due.. They were NOT busy at all.Customer Service is sorely lacking here.

You cant go wrong shopping here. I always seem to fine belts that are made well and in all size and patterns. My last I bought 4 years ago is still being used.

Been here twice, the first time I could not get any help whatsoever or no one asked me if I needed any help nor was I greeted at the door. The second time I went I still was not greeted at the door but I did get immediate help, they didn’t have half sizes in certain work boots, but I did find a good pair boots at a very reasonable price.

I got really great customer service on Easter Sunday. Due to my work schedule this was the only day I could get me son to try on Cowboy hats. I needed to find something for him to wear as part of his outfit for his sisters Quinceanera. Esmeralda was very nice and helpful as we tried several hats. Everyone there was very nice. It use to be the best place to get boots, now its not so good. They had boot brands I had never heard of and the quality not good at all. Many brands made out of this country. They did have some good brand names but the selection was not as it use to be. I will go else were.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of boots from work boots to western boots for men, women and kids. They also have great western wear, and heavy duty work gear like carhart. Theyve also got a lot of nice things for the ladies as well, necklaces; clothes; belts; wallets and handbags. My wife and I had a great experience there and will definitely be back.

The selection was good and the prices were decent. But the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The people working never one time greeted me or asked if I needed help in the hour that shopped there. They were gossiping about other co workers and when I went to pay they neither one of the girls working wanted to ring me up and acted as if I was making them do something outside their job description. I have been shopping at boot barn for many years and I will never go back to this location. I hope someone in management reads this and does something before the horrible employees chase all the customers away. Disgraceful

Terrible customer service. My father needed help and no one was around to greet or offer him any assistance. When we did find someone she was extremely unhelpful and short with him. Seemed like this woman didnt want to help. Nice store, but overall VERY poor customer service.

I went to return a pair of boots that I had bought in Newhall. The girls were awesome. I ended up spending almost $300 because I just live boot barn. Great stuff and not just boots. I bougjt some Jewelry, belt, hat, boots and beautiful crosses.

I was so disappointed with Boot Barn. I came from Alaska for the local rodeo and called regarding hat shaping. Was told they had 10 hats and they were backed up and couldnt get it done for a week at least (I was only in town for a few days). I walked in a day later to see what the store had to offer and see if I could talk to the shaping guy. I asked the cashier who shaped hats and she pointed him out and I walked up to him and said hello, not realizing he was helping someone else sitting down I apologized for interrupting and he said it was okay they were family.. so I continued then to ask about hat shaping and he said he had four hats that had to be done and it would take him a week to do. I have had many hats shaped by Sheplers and other shapers and it doesnt take much longer than 30 minutes to shape a hat, maybe a little longer if the crown needs to be done. I found it hard to believe it would take him a week, especially since his steamer was off, and if was going to take that long maybe he should have been working on them and not talking to family for the whole hour I looked through the store. After hearing it would take him a week to work four hats I knew I didnt need him touching my expensive hat anyways. NOTE: a friend of mine with rodeo celeb status was able to get hers done no problem the following day.The prices for the clothing was expensive and the service was not great. The store was clean and so was the restroom which was also used as an extra storeroom.
