Id give no stars if I could. First time ever in the place, we didnt know they closed at 6 on a Sunday. We walk in the door and in the middle of helping a family the manager in white yells across the store, WE CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES. At that point I knew I wasnt going to buy anything but we proceeded to look around. While looking around a female employee asked if I needed any help and also informed me that they were closing in 5 minutes but she was much more pleasant about it. Seems that the manager needs some customer service training! I wont be back.

So, I offered to go shoe shopping with the wife today, after 3 stores and no purchases I was losing interest in life pretty fast...We end up at Rack Room Shies and not only did she find 2 great pairs but it only cost me $15 because of the promotion going on. Lets just say, bullet dodged, this could have been an expensive day.Thanks

This is our favorite place to get shoes. My partner uses Merrills for work and they have the best prices. Everyone is always so friendly, but not pushy.

Tried to make a return of a buy one get one free item and clerk literally took the returned shoes and said you won’t be getting any money back, this one was the free one. I know of no other retail establishment that processes returns in this way. Clerk claimed to be in retail for “x years”. Very first rule of customer service is to seek to satisfy customer and assume they’re in the right instead of taking an argumentative stance.

Great variety of brands and styles. Neat and well-organized store. They have range of price and style options. I walked in looking for one pair but they had some good deals available, ended up buying couple of them. Staff was friendly. Will be back to check more out.

They have great deals and a variety of shoes. I bought some Fila work shoes for 55$ and they are very comfortable.

Please post the right hours. A lot of us do not have the time to waste driving to a store that closed and hour earlier then posted. We were spending our time and our money at your store. It was your profit. Respect your customers enough to do the right thing. Common decency.

Staff was super polite. Were cognitive that I had a service dog with me. Shoppers were not as polite

Wide range of popular shoe brands for men, women, and children. Accessories available for shoes. Well lite store and well stocked. Just could not find anything for me. Large free parking lot. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair access to all stores in shopping center.

Some of your workers are very rude and don’t have any manners, they weren’t wearing the mask correctly.

Really really nice staff asked if I needed anything I felt so bad Im socially awkward and just smiled and nodded no. They were super nice though and I bought 3 pairs of shoes for $86. :)

Bought shoes there, they were too big and made a sqeeking noise after a day of wearing them. Stretched out or something. Tried to exchange for smaller but they refused. No refund, no exhange. Poor customer service.
