A great place for affordable shoes. While the products might not last as long compared to other brands or other stores but there is value here.

I love the shoe carnival. Most employees here are very outgoing and helpful when it comes to finding a particular product that the customer desires. I also enjoy being accommodating when it comes to trying to save some money and offer different forms of rewards to members and other alternatives as coupons. I appreciate this a lot!

Absolutely one of the best places to buy shoes in Lancaster. Prices are really awesome, the management knows how to run the place and the selection is more than adequate for a shoe store. bought myself a pair of Chuck Taylors for a really good price and Im super satisfied with my purchase. The store layout is a bit wonky compared to other places, but once you get used to it you could find what you need quickly. The staff is super helpful as well and always eager to help. I highly recommend this place if you need shoes.

I had a hard time finding what I wanted.

I have never had a problem with this store and all of my previous shopping experiences with the store until this afternoon have been pleasant. Today as I was browsing the items for sale at the entrance of the store a woman who I presume was the manager started to shout at the top of her voice to her staff stating that “a staff member should be at the front at all times because people could just come and steal stuff and walk out”. Now mind you I was standing there when she said all of this looking at the items for sale and I could have taken the comment as an indirect towards my person. I understand the concern for the merchandise at the store during this high time of thefts as it is the holiday season, however it was extremely unprofessional. Not only was the manner of her shouting at her employees as though they were servants offensive but the fact that she did not take into consideration that she could also be offending customers. If this store does not want to go the way of other retailers due to people turning more and more to online shopping, they should invest in customer service classes and classes on how to work with their employees to prevent high turnover. What happened today could’ve been handled very differently and as a result I will probably take my business somewhere else from now on.

The sales clerk was very helpful as I needed to find reasonably priced shoes for my grandson in a pinch.

The store is clean and conveniently located in Park City mall. I feel the prices are good here-they are always having sales. There did not seem to be enough help working the day I was shopping there. That was a little frustrating.

If you are looking for adult shoes at a good quality and price this is the place but if you are looking for kids shoes go elsewhere

This was my first stop into a Shoe Carnival. I took my potential purchase to the register and the shoes rang up $15 more expensive than they were displayed at. The agent was friendly, but explained they were improperly displayed and priced. She said they would not be able to honor the price as, Nike is weird about things. I would not shop with this chain again based on this first impression.

Awful selection of mens shoes. Ive been walking around for twenty minutes and have not been acknowledged once. I walked by two employees when I entered thw store and wasnt greeted. The employees all seem to be clustered at the front of the store discussing movies. Wow!! Two women just entered the store and were greeted right away by one employee and another came over to help them. Not sure if it is a racial thing or a sex thing but Im highly insulted.
