Whenever you need something they always have it! Helpful staff that can tell you where to find things. My kids always have are party needs met when were here!! Thank you party city and nice friendly staff. Stores always cleaned and organized too!!

You can find almost everything you need for birthday party, and they have all kinds of balloons so you one want to make one stop for all your needs then party city is your place!!!!!

This is a decent store. But Sunday was a bad day,most items werent in stock. Then to top it off, purchased balloons for a balloon release and they were deflated in an hour.😡 (Never again)How does Dollar tree and the 99 balloons last for days...and you all are more expensive?

The employees ‘working’ at this store at 6:30pm today are the most unprofessional people I have ever experienced. Everyone except Kendall should be terminated immediately. Following me and my family out of the store screaming racial slurs. I will never spend another dollar at any Party City because of this. I hope management reads this and reaches out.

Employees were helpful and friendly. They were out of stock on several items I wanted. They took 30 minutes after I arrived to bring out my order after I called to let them know I was there. They are a very busy store. Id give 5 stars bit the wait time was something that matters to me.

The helium for the balloons is terrible, they last a day if that. I will no longer purchase balloons from here, not worth the money.

Love how easy it is to find anything and everything I need inside the store. The associates are always friendly and helpful. I recently ordered online and curbside pickup. Didnt get my confirmation email but I was greeted by an associate while still in my car by an associate, also named Monica, as soon as I pulled up. She found my order right away and answered some questions. Excellent service at the Lancaster location, as always! Cant wait until my next party!

I am going to take a step back and re-write my review of this merchant. Party City is amazing, when it comes to looking for the EXACT THING for your event, be it wedding, childs birthday party, retirement, surprise, baby, you name it: they have it! My one minus star is for the price.Other than that, the candy, cups, plates, napkins, masks, hats, tablecloths(paper), all color-coordinated, its amazing how well organized this store is! Something for everyone, youll have to take some time to see everything Party City has to offer for your next event.

Wow, this place makes me want to through a party... Theres a lot of items here. And you can find Halloween all year long. And Hawaiian theme, yep they got that too. And wow a princess themed party, cool theres stuff for that as well.

Being from the UK and arriving and visiting this shop just before Halloween there was a massive selection on costumes.It looked like they were getting rid of their last season ones cos I managed to get a couple pretty decent costumes quite cheap ($15).This shop also has party goods and sweets.Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Thank you party City on Lancaster. The one on Palmdale sold me a incomplete costume and didnt check before they gave it to me. I mean thats their job right? Well I returned it here and they were willing to give me a new one. All times in! Thank you Lancaster for helping me out here. Youre all the best and shame on you party City at Palmdale.

Very rude service at the store Party City both locations in Palmdale and Lancaster are the worst. They dont help you they walk off and give very bad attitudes. Whos training these people. This store obviously has very low standards for their employees.

Party City is fantastic they have everything for a party that you can even imagine!!! They have a candy section that is unbelievable 15 pieces of candy for a dollar, and they have some old-fashioned candy there is well which is a lot of fun!!

Love going into this store, mostly cause I love decorating for events/get togethers & Party City has a VAST selection. Prices on some items tend to be on the high end though & costume price for so-so quality is high. Still, fun to shop there.

Everything you didnt know you needed for a party...any theme. Was in on New Years Eve...all supplies right in front, easy to find, and extra staff to take care of all us last minute buyers.

I initially bought a costume on November 1st on the 50% off Sale. But the employee forgot the mask. I went back November 3rd and they made it right. But I give them 4 stars for forgetting in the first place.
