We cannot say enough good things about Fast Signs! We had them here at our office recently, to put new colorful signs on the front windows of our office. Of course they looked amazing, so when we needed an event tent made and we were having issues finding someone to get it to us in a rather short time, we went to them. This is when they really showed how amazing they were. First of all, they were super fast with getting us a mock up of the tent- which most other places wouldnt even do without a deposit. They sent us several mock ups with each edit we requested. We asked to have it made in a rather short amount of time, and not only were they able to make it happen- they got it done a day early! The communication was impeccable from everyone we dealt with, the price was far less than any other quotes we received and I cant tell you how great the quality of the product was. We of course used it for an even right away, and had SO many compliments on it. Our team LOVES our personalized event tent, and we cant wait to use it again in the future.

We had a large custom storefront sign created and installed with Fastsigns. The project started in late December and it just now was hung in early May, and it was a complete nightmare of a project over the 5 months! I dealt directly with the owner, Clint, and communication was terrible. I didnt get prompt emails, and I didnt get timelines for the job. All I received was late excuses. When the job was finally installed no Fastsigns employee was even present to oversee the job. Instead they hired some second rate installation crew who was another nightmare to deal with and never communicated when they were coming to actually install the sign. When they did install the sign they hung it wrong! They came back and finally moved it into place after leaving holes in our building. The project should have never been taken by FastSigns because clearly they did not communicate or know how to properly install our sign in a professional manner.
