This place use to be amazing to get your car wash but as you can see they dont even clean your car at all this is what a 35$ car wash will get you....

Too bad there is not a zero star option. 70$ hand wax, they didnt even bother rinsing the top of the car at all - think Im just being fussy? Check out my pics of the very low gloss waxing, the damage to my weather stripping on my brand new car and the overall fact it worse than when I took it in. Every attempt was made to get them to make it right while I was there but they gave us a free (lower level than we paid for) car wash and sent us on our way.

Missed some spots during detailing, but they graciously fixed it when I pointed it out. Took about an hour for interior detail. There is some pandemic seating available outside.

Carlos and the folks that work here are very kind and polite. The price is fair compared to other car washes in the Antelope Valley area. They did a really good job on two of my cars with just a gold package car wash. Both cars were very dirty and they really moved towards getting them clean. Detailing packages are also available as well as shampooing of your seats. The mini market next to the car wash also has a great selection of food drinks and auto accessories. They also offer an oil change with a free car wash!During covid guests can sit outside or in a large waiting area inside as long as they are wearing masks and staying 6 ft apart.

Car wash was on point. But did the full service oil change, a week later noticed car overheating. Checked the coolant level, and didnt even see it. Added some myself and used about half a gallon. Since I added it, after 3 weeks no leaks. Dont pay for full service here, it is definitely not full service. Total crooks at the lube shop.

Fourth time here with my new car. Ive tried to like this place but they just cant seem to get it right. Wheels still dirty after I asked for them to be re-done. Door seal and Piller not even wiped off. Bugs in the grill on the hood and fenders. They didnt even vacuum the trunk after I asked several times. Ill have to find somewhere else. When I see signs up for new ownership I might return.

Please for the love of god do not destroy your car by going to this car wash. This wash has absolutely sh*t service and is overpriced. when they destroy your prized possession they take no responsibility. Just take your car somewhere else. Anywhere else is better, if you left your car out in a thunderstorm that would be a better wash. 0 stars. Words can’t describe my dissatisfaction.

Carlos the supervisor is the best. I dropped protein shake on the car floor - they shampooed the Car. Very helpful and good customer service.

I took my brand new car scratch free and when they gave it to me it looked like a tiger attacked it. The manager insisted I brought it like that which is a lie the car is 1 week old there was nothing wrong with it. I looked at there broom they used in the actual car wash and Im positive it was that, it was tore up and obvious that was what did the damage but of course they denied it. The manager even had the nerve to say my car was dirty i probably never saw it, its 1 week old how dirty could it have been.. Never take take your vehicles here please or good luck to you.

The car wash attendants were so polite and courteous to me, they even checked my tires to make sure they were ok. They do a fantastic job car looked like new.

Well this used to be my oil change spot. New oil change guy can’t follow simple instructions like “no car wash. Oil change only”. Probably because he’s been drinking. You could smell it on him. When you tell the older big lady inside, she doesn’t care. When you call and ask who the manager is for the live bay, they sound confused. Maybe it’s me, shouldn’t you know who your managers are in your business? Can’t wait til the one on ave L is finished being built

Went to this car wash today. $60 to hand wash my dually truck. I didnt look it over until a got to the grocery store down the street. So upset at the job they did. My 9 year old daughter could have done a better job in less time. I wish I could post pictures. Very very bad job. From dirt left on the mud flaps, mirrors, dirt on the bumpers and on the center wheel caps and they didnt vacuum the inside out well. Just horrible !

Always a pleasant experience. The staff really cares about giving your car a thorough cleaning. When they are done with your vehicle, not a single piece of lint will be found.

Piss poor management of lazy workers. I’ve gone a few times out of convenience in the past couple of years but no more.I’ve had to make sure workers finish all items that I paid for on each and every visit. Workers are not held to the standard.DO NOT recommend until management is replaced.

Not sure what is “quick” about this Quick Lube. I’ve never had an oil change that took longer than 15 minutes, and this took 35. The gentleman I was speaking to was very polite, but the service was very slow. Do NOT go here if you are in a rush.

I came here the other day and paid for the gold package. I went inside and paid immediately. I come to find out that the machine broke down and they are hand washing my car which is fine. I understand that things malfunction. The problem was that the supervisor didn’t tell me. I found out myself by watching. When I spoke to the supervisor he was very rude. I was trying to explain that because I didn’t receive the whole package that I should be entitled to a refund and I should only pay for what was done. Nothing was done and we ended up leaving. Not coming back here.

I went in to get a car wash the guy directing me wasnt paying attention my wheels didnt engage with the rollers and after the car wash there were no vacumes available because they closed off every other one better off going to the self serve car wash and its cheaper

Mike did great maintenance work on our car and everything is running smoothly and not to mention cleaned beautifully. Friendly guy. Best on staff. No question.

Nice clean place. You stay in your vehicle through the car wash, then you pull up to the free self serve vacuums and dry your vehicle and clean it out. Very nice place for the money.

My car does not look like I went to a 100% hand car wash. My tires were armoralled. That was pretty much it. Not worth $23. I miss the hand car wash on valley central way. For $15 plus tip my car came out great with air freshener. I couldve paid myself and it wouldve been way better. Dont waste your money.

Went for an oil change and car wash didnt get the oil change or the car wash. There sign says free car wash with oil change but yet they wanted me to pay 70 bucks for a wax job there packages says its included with the car wash and to top it off they wanted to charge me 50 bucks for an oil change a long with a disposable fee for 5 dollars i questioned this to management and they only offered 10 bucks off of the wax job just to keep me a customer but i was already to uppset with the false advertisement and outrageous pricing would not recommend going there for any service...

Do not pay for any service over 25 dollars. They do not clean properly and expect a tip. This has happened to me twice. Still not even worth 25 dollars.

I just visited this location about a week ago( Ive actually been going here for years)some damage was done to my paint due to them using a powerwasher and getting to close to my vehicle. I brought this to the managers attention and then spoke to the owner David who is a complete joke. We reviewed the cameras together and seen my car came in perfect condition and once pulled out the wash damage was done. He refused to take responsibility. Ive never experienced this before and I was wondering why the attendants were acting suspicious once my car was done. no one was at my car to greet me or take my receipt( WHICH THEY ALAWAYS DO BECAUSE THEY WANT A TIP) if u have a luxury vehicle I HIGHLY recommend do not go here.. please read the other reviews regarding items being stolen and other damages.

Went to car wash for the first time recommended by Honda dealership they did a good job vacuum out car, ran through machine, then the guys cleaning car did ok they forgot my fragrance but thats ok, but for the price should have been better

Hand wax for $69.00 was horrible been going there for 6 years or more. Never had a problem till today. Horrible job. Didnt ev3n wax car. Spots every were. Will never go there again. Workers didnt know what they were doing. Place suks and i will let people know not to waste there hard earned money there.

Pretty good car wash with interior cleaning. Only complaint is that they didnt vacuum the trunk. You have to look out the window to see if your car is done or youll be sitting there waiting for a while.

Spent $60 on a car wash and hand wax upgrade and they neglected my interior. My grandma could’ve done a better job. First and last time there.

It’s really funny when I’ve been going in there so long getting my car washed paying the same amount extra for my small suv and the I went in on Mother’s Day and they had another guy doing the tickets he tried to charge me like a big van and my car is nowhere that big and then when I complained the guy went over to the person that was doing my car and told him not to armorall my tires which didn’t bother me I just thought that was very childish and not professional. Well looks like I look for a new place to go.

Went to get an oil change 2 days later my check engine light turned on, check the code and had to do something with the oil. Come to find out there was no oil in the car. Checked for any leaks and nothing. This idiot forgot to put new oil inside. Never going back there, beware

This place is just bad. I only ever go for the car wash, and they just dont do a very good job. Most of the employees dont speak English, so its tough to try to make sure Im getting the package that I want. Whats worse, when I finally am able to make a selection, they try to give it the basic free wash that comes with an oil change, even though I asked for a more thorough wash, like a wax or something. I even once specifically asked for the interior to be detailed, paid for it, then got the basic free wash. When I tried explaining the problem, it was as if I was hassling them. Unless all you want is the basic wash, I would not recommend this place. And at that point, you could just do the Cruz Thru drive thru car wash for cheaper.

So not happy with my visit for an oil change charged 43.00 I brought in my own oil 6 quarts and oil filter. They gave me a 4.00 discount which took care of the disposal fee. Big whoopie. Dont recommend them on this service. I did get reminded I had a free carwash. Whatever get that service else where too.

They do excellent work and the waiting room is very comfortable. If you want a car washed and detailed then this is the place to go!

This place is a Joke. They broke my windshield and when I spoke to the owner he took NO responsibility. Did not offer a solution just a complementary wash. Sorry but you guys broke my window I will never come back here. He could have offered a refund. But didnt.

I miss the one on Valley Central Way. They had my car done in 45mins. Went twice in one week for family members cars one took 2 hours and the next day took 3 hours. It sucks. But whatever
