K&W tire has been my go-to place for tires. People on the phone are not only courteous but have also provided great recommendations for my vehicles. Their technician kept me posted on service progress and actually finished a bit early. Ill definetly return and recommend to my friends.

I was a long time Midas customer for decades. With the changeover I decided to give K and W a try. I could not be more pleased. Nick (Lancaster PA) did a fabulous job repairing the thermostat and coolant flush on my Sebring. In the winter, I must have my heater and it felt great!! I appreciated the fact that you are willing to work on old cars. Even though she is 17 years old, my convertible is special to me and I was completely confident leaving her in your hands. I also liked the text messages keeping me up to date!! You have definitely earned a return customer! Thank you.

Always great to deal with K&W, the customer service and follow up tire support are stellar! Sometimes the wait is a little long, but theyve always been great about finding a tire leak or revisiting any mistakes that theyve made and fixing things for free! We were moving our son to college and had a tire blowout. I had to call around to find a place that could do a warranty replacement. Thankfully they had the kind of tire in stock, and when we got there they were able to get us right in. They were super quick and even gave us lunch suggestions. If I ever need them again they will be my first call.

I was driving home from Philadelphia in the middle of summer when I noticed my floor was saturated with water. K&W were so accommodating and able to get me in that day for a diagnostic for what thankfully turned out to be a minor problem. We have used them for tires for years but were delighted at how wonderful their service department is. We will be using them exclusively from now on.

My car started to have a horrible vibration once I drove It past 65mph, just added 4 new tires to the car elsewhere so I figured tires needed either balance or alignment.. Called K & W and the receptionist was so kind!! I explained my situation and he knew exactly what it needed (balancing or alignment, which they conveniently tell you what is or isn’t needed while looking at your car 😄). Also got me booked the very next day at 10am and problem was solved and vibration stopped completely!!

Prompt, courteous service and I really like the new (to me) feature of texting a service report with work performed, any notes- good or bad - they’ve observed, and recommendations for future service issues. Overall, highly recommend!! -dk

It needs to send out deliveries more often, instead of once a day, especially maybe have a local runner for hotshot delivery, its kinda inconvenient to have to pick it up yourself, when they have more than enough staff...to send out a delivery person...
