I had called around about getting a flat tire replaced,they were the only ones who had reasonable prices and were able to do it early enough for me to go home, grab lunch and my daughter and go to work.They were extremely nice, polite, helpful and were able to work with me when I only wanted two new tires. They did recommend me getting the other two replaced as soon as I can afford it.

I had a tire that was slowly leaking air, so I stopped in on Saturday (5/1) to see if someone could take a peek at it for me. The two men who were at the counter (the store manager and an employee) came out to my car and checked to make sure it wasnt the valve stem, explained that they were booked full for the day and offered for me to bring the car back on Monday. Then the manager asked if I had a spare tire, which I did. He told me to pull the car around to the side of the building and hed put the spare on. Then they could work on the tire and I could come back Monday and have it put back on. Instead of just saying, sorry, were too busy they went out of their way to make sure I had a worry free commute whole they fixed my tire. Fantastic service!!

Made an appointment online and was informed that they had the tire I chose in stock. The online service even gave me the option to pay right at that time. I chose not to, thank goodness. I arrived 15 min early for my 5pm appointment and while standing in line was asked if I was his last appointment, my response was I guess I am your last appointment, 5pm for 4 new tires. Now hes telling me that they never take 5pm appointments because they close at 6pm, so I told him maybe the company should fix their online service options then. He proceeded to ask if I called to confirm, I said no because online it says you have the tire in stock. So he goes on and on about how many issues he has with the online not matching what he has in stock and for the future I need to call. Then he tells me when hes finished with the other customer he will let me know if they have them. After waiting, he goes outside to get info off my car. Comes back in an inquired about the 1 new looking tire I have and give me his opinion on purchasing used tires which I did not ask for. After talking about randomness he says he now needs the mileage off my car. After waiting again, he comes in and tells me its my lucky day and they have the 4 tires. So I leave and I am gone about 20 min when he calls to tell me he only has 2 tires and that I am going to have to come back tomorrow. So today was a complete waste of my time and we shall see how tomorrow goes. What a huge inconvenience.

Made an appointment at the store on Manheim Pike Lancaster, showed up early. after an hour of waiting I asked if they had an ETA and was told no not at this time. 20 minutes later I looked in the bay and did not see my car. I asked if they had even pulled it in yet and was told no. I said give me my key its been an hour and 20 minutes and I even made an appointment. the clerk said I understand to which I replied no I dont think you do. They were very disorganized and the communication was the worst. Thank goodness I did not pay for the tires ahead of time online. Not going back to this place.

I would not recommending coming here for services. I had an appointment last Friday to patch my tire because it had a staple in it. Upon arriving, I was told I may be waiting hours because they were short staffed. I didn’t have anyone who could pick me up, so I said I could wait. Not a big deal. The man at the front desk looked at my tire outside the shop and said it couldn’t be patched and needed to be replaced. I said that would be fine. Eventually my car was taken back - the wait wasn’t too long, less than an hour. The man then came out of the shop to ask where my wheel lock key was. I said it was in the glove box, and after a few more minutes he said they had “searched my entire car” (I have a Mini Cooper - there is not much to search) and couldn’t find it, so they couldn’t change my tire or help me. They filled my tire up and I left. When I returned home, I decided to look to find the wheel lock key. And there it was, in my glove box. I should’ve checked right in the parking lot before leaving, but I guess I just assumed they knew what they were talking about. I felt unwelcome while I was there and overall that they were rushing me out due to being short staffed. I will not go to this NTB location or any other after this experience.

I called for an appt for 4 new tires. I was told if I could leave my car that would be best. I dropped off before they opened, I called around noon to make sure my car would be ready by 4 pm and stopped by at 4:20 pm. Not only was my car not done but they hadn’t even started. I was then told they would get right to it and it would be ready by 5 pm. I came back at 5:35 pm and STILL the car had not moved. They lost more that the $1200 for tires, they lost a customer who knows a lot of people and will NOT be singing any praises. Thanks for nothing, POOR customer service.

They never answer their phone, when they do they put you on hold till you are TIRED of holding and hang up. Nice way to do business boys!!

Didnt have the tires and let me sit for 50 minutes. I setup an appointment on-line, picked my tires and showed up on time for the appointment. After 50 minutes of sitting in the lobby, guy comes out and tells me, sorry, we dont have the tires you asked for. Why in the world does their website say they have the tires? Are you luring us there just on the off chance you actually have them? Called customer service, she told me they talked to the manager and would have the tires (in 3-4 days), but in the meantime the manager called me and told me again they had the tires, so which is it? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Avoid if you’d like your tires changed in less than 3 hours. I scheduled an appointment to get new tires and showed up on time and it took over two and a half hours to do. There was only one other customer there. I asked the guy if they could speed it up and he goes “oh I didn’t know you were in a rush.” Changing 4 tires should not take more than 1 hour.... especially with an appointment...

I came in to get four new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I was impressed by the professionalism of the young man up front. I believe his name was Stefan. I had no idea what tires I wanted and he was patient and extremely helpful. Went over prices and tire performance and everything with me. Another gentleman who worked in the shop named Steve also went out of his way to assist me. You guys have an awesome staff and everything was done by the time they said it would be. I will definitely be back next time I need car service. Thanks

Broke my tire pressure monitoring sensor then proceeded to tell me that the “dash light should be on, that’s how you know it’s working.” I will never return.

First time I came here I told them I needed a sensor replaced and waited TWO HOURS and they didn’t do anything so I waited another hour and STILL nothing was done and I needed to get to work so I just left. Second time I came for the same thing, mind you it’s a 10 minute fix and THREE PEOPLE that came after me have already left and my tire STILL ISNT CHANGED.ONE TIRE. 2 hours later. Every single time I have a problem coming here. It’s ridiculous.

Horrible service. Scheduled appointments at different times for alignment and brake repair and I show up and magically their technicians dont show up or end up going home. Happened with my roommate too. Save your time and go elsewhere

Overall I have to say that this place was a great place to visit. I have a tesla and needed new tires. Called probably 20 places and everyone of them said that they dont work on tesla. This place was 1 of 2 places that said that they could change out the tires on my tesla. Honestly they were obviously not completely aware of how to jack up tesla and such to work on them, but what made this visit great is that they listened to me on how to appropriately lift a tesla and the specific spots in where to place the lift points and such. So kudos on the staff working that day that they listened. Otherwise I have to say the place is dirty and the bathrooms are atrocious. So the staff is what made this visit 4 stars.

Went in for a brake issue, they took me out in the shop and showed me what was going on. The salesperson Stefan was very honest and professional. He worked me out a great price to get the service done and get me back on the road. Would definitely recommend this place for any of your car needs. Will definitely be going back in the future!

This place is amazing! I called 45mins prior to them closing and in a bit of a hurry as I had a flat and needed to get back to DC. Gabe answered when I called and explained which brand of tire would work best with the other three tires. He assured me he would be able to fit me in prior to their closing. Isaiah was a great help, coming out to my car to get the old tire and climbing to the top of their stock pile to get the tire I needed. I highly recommend them and hope you choose to visit for your next set of tires.

We were traveling out of town for a family event on a Saturday when we got a flat tire. After calling several auto stores, we reached NTB who had the size tire we needed and fit us into their schedule. Stefan Holmes was amazing; he was kind, understanding and professional and got us back on the road in no time. He was a life-saver! My son got new tires from NTB, after they mounted the tires they told my son that he needed a wheel bearing and a sway bar. They quoted my son $1400 to do this work. I shopped around & got a quote from two other stores one was for $260 & the other one was for $375. How can this be this store tries to take advantage of the younger generation. That is around $1,100 different. WOW, WOW be aware, shop around before letting NTB do any repair work on your car. BE AWARE. This store is located at 1431 Manheim Pike - Lancaster, PA

Went here for the last few years (Oil Change/alignment). Really nice group of guys.Unfortunately I had a bad experience where the tech messed up during an oil change (wrong type of oil + forgot filter cap). They have reimbursed me for the mistake though.Most of the techs are awesome though and friendly to talk to.I was being lazy and didnt want to do the oil change myself but I have learned my lesson.

No respect for customers time, they take more vehicles than that can handle and delay others.I have visited them more than 6 times for oil change, out of which 2 times I did not have an appointment.The average time I spent just for oil change is hour and a half.I have been to other business too where they hardly take 30-45 min for an oil change.Writing this review because of my last visit, rude behavior from the employees.I walked in without an appointment, they attended me and after clear conversation I was told that they can accommodate my walk in and it will be an hour for the oil change.After an hour waiting on the lobby when I went and enquired about the status, I was told that are very busy at the moment and it will take another 30-45 mins. I was frustrated and argued with the front desk guy, mentioning he should have informed me earlier about this instead of wasting my time.When I asked him to fix sooner he said it cant be done now it will take 2 hours. The moment he changed the time from 45 min to 2 hour I understood that these is no respect for the customer here and I walked out.No future servicing here..!!

I had my wifes car in for inspection and oil change, the big guy at the counter told me he treated everyone how hed want his mom and sisters to be treated, then told me they couldnt change oil cause the oil plug was messed up, and told me it failed inspection because the brakes and tires were bad, I knew the tires were border line, but they wanted several hundred to change brakes, so I decided to get my oil changed next door at mister shine, and change the brakes myself, when I took the brakes off, they were still 3/4 thickness or more, definitely not needing changed! I usually do mechanic work myself, and experiences like this make me more convinced to keep doing it myself!

Service here is very consistent and on the occasion that all does not go perfectly management has stood behind their work every time and fixed issues on their dime. Can not ask for much more than that. Watch for specials on oil changes and other maintenance.. Offer great specials online all the time to help keep the budget under control. Highly recommend and if something is not right, talk to them. Chances are they will fix it and take care of you!

Chuck warned me of the potential for a new tire, educated me on the possible damage due to driving with so little air, talked me through the pros & cons of getting one new tire versus two, then suggested we wait and see how things looked. Well, I left with a plugged tire, no charge. When I said I wanted to pay for the service rendered, Chuck and the technician wished me a happy Thanksgiving! Wow!! I came in last week and received excellent service and was greeted nicely by Stefan and gabe. I got tires and an alignment done and I was in an out in an hour and my car drove straighter than ever! 10/10 recommend !!

Stefan the manager is the bomb! Courteous. Went out of his way to help us in an emergency. Replaced a tire shredded on our way across the state. Got us in and out in 30 minutes. While there noticed all customers got treated attentively and courteously.

My son got new tires from NTB. After the installed the new tires they stated I needed wheel barrings and a sway bar. They told him the cost would be 1400 00 and wouldnt give him back the keys. Called the next day and told me it was miscommunication and would only cost 600.00. Sounds to me like they were taking advantage of someone with little vehicle knowledge. Beware!!

My sister recommended that I go to NTB to have my car repaired after receiving a very high quote from the dealership. Not only were they able to perform the repairs at a much lower cost, their customer service was excellent! It was a pleasure working with Stefan and I will definitely be back in the future!

AWESOME service. Called because I had a very small leak in my tire. Told me a time to be there. Took it into the service bay as soon as I got there. Found the leak (it was VERY small and had to be drilled for the plug) and fixed within an hour - EXACTLY how long they told me it would take. These guys are pros - courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. THANK YOU!

I had a bearing replaced at the NTB in Culpeper, VA in my 2017 Ford Escape. The noise continued to pursue after the $432 bearing job was done. We brought it back. They test drove it and said there was nothing wrong with it. When we arrived in PA, I took it to the NTB on Manheim Pike in Lancaster where I’ve always taken my car for oil changes and tires when I’m in PA. They test drove the car and said it was the bearing. They replaced the bearing and the car rides smoothly. They said the mechanic left the bearing not completed punched in and they also left an “S” hook hanging under the wheel well. Stefan and Gabe were absolutely fantastic when I brought the car in. They charged the VA NTB for the work and I can’t praise them enough. They are honest, hardworking guys who I recommend anyone taking their car into them for service. They get 5 Star ratings for their service and solving of our problem.

I placed an order on friday and had an appointment set up for installation on monday at 8AM. At 4PM finally called to check status, tires never left the warehouse and wouldnt be there until friday. I drive delivery for Amazon and my tires are already pulling me off the road and got told i could buy their $190/tire coopers brand. Not even offered any discount for losing a day of work and having to tell them i cant work until friday. The poor guy behind the counter apologized, and said its a seperate conpany who does the tire shipping and i shouldnt have been able to make annappoibtment for monday - BUT i had no way of knowing and got shafted hard. Fortunately, Jack Williams was able to take me next day, and for same priced tires, alignment policy and tire balance and install, came out $40 less than NTB. If nothing else, i highly suggest calling jack williams before these guys and take this into consideration. Very unprofessional, losing work hours etc and a “sorry” just doesnt warrant good word from me on this sketchy company.

Updating my previous five stars to one star....Went in to NTB for my state inspection on a Friday. Got a call midday telling me that I needed a new axle boot. I agreed to the work thinking it would be pretty common procedure and needed it to pass.Went to pick up my car Friday evening and immediately noticed the ABS sensor light on..went to ask them if they test drove the car - got the run-around.. current people in the shop were blaming the state inspection guy... Saying he was new this/that. Okay... Left the car to be fixed.Heard nothing on Saturday. Called them Saturday afternoon - told the part was defective from manufacturer and that it just happens sometimes. They needed to order a new part but were having trouble finding a new one on the weekend and they would need to keep it till Monday.Heard nothing on Monday. Called Monday after 12:30 pm. Was told that the part was not the correct part for my car and that it needed to be order directly from dealer and it would take 5-7 business days. As it is 2 days from Christmas, I did not really want to accept this answer but told them I would call back.Called corporate. Spoke to someone named Ken for about 2 hours... Explained how unsafe it was that this shop did not test drive my car and on top of that were perfectly fine slapping my inspection stickers on - knowing I had the wrong or defective axle in my car!!! How unsafe and negligent! Finally after asking to speak to multiple supervisors - they agree to let me come pick up my car so that I could take it to the dealer to fix what they had done to it.Went to pick up my car and could not make it half a mile down the road...had to call a tow truck to get it to Mitsubishi to get the correct axle put into my car. I was told it is highly possible my transmission is now destroyed because of this situation.I DO NOT recommend this place for any serious mechanic work.

Couldn’t be happier with the friendly and professional staff. I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced here exclusively for more than a year and the work has always been done quickly and correctly. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need and always have my best interest in mind. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I arrived without an appointment with what I thought was a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. I asked to have the tires balanced and an alignment done while it was in as well. They quoted me a few hours before it would be ready but within an hour and a half everything was done and it turned out the nail didnt puncture the tread and the culprit was the valve stem. They replaced the stem, rotated and balanced the tires, and completed the alignment all at no cost to me since I purchased the tires from NTB. I was very happy with the customer service and overall experience here.

Scheduled a time slot to have new tires installed. The car wasnt started till 45 minutes after time reserved. Service tech pushes services on you that you might not need. Good work but service is only ok.

What a great place. I was traveling through the area, and my low tire pressure light came on. I put air in and started calling the few places still open at 7 on a Thursday night. NTB was the only one who could help. They said come on in, and well get you fixed up. I was there in 15 minutes, half an hour before closing time. The manager, Gabriel, went out, saw the problem immediately, and said well get you fixed quickly. 20 minutes later, we were good to go! Wonderful guys, exceptional service!

Ive used this NTB a few times over the past several years, mostly for tires and alignments, and have always been treated well and found the work to be done in a timely manner. I have never experienced pushiness or attempts to up-sell here, unlike many other garages Ive been to. My wife has commented the same. The staff changes from time to time Im in, but the customer service is always excellent. Pricing isnt always the lowest but, depending on what you need, as long as its in reason I highly recommend this NTB based on the level of customer service Ive experienced.

Manager worked with me to make sure that I was getting the best price and tires for my car. I ended up paying less than what my online appointment said. He also worked with me to understand the work that was being performed.

I’ve had a few different experiences with this company. First I needed new tires in November so I got new tires and they didn’t tell me their balancer was not calibrated correctly until I called to tell them my car was shaking when I drove it. They said to come back at my own convenience to get my tires balanced after their balancer was fixed. It wasn’t convenient for me to bring it back until February because of traveling for work and other things. So the end of February I take it in and I had an appointment elsewhere to get my car inspected as it needed done before March. They noticed my stickers and asked if I wanted to just get it all done then. I told them no because I had an appointment at a place where my parents recommended because they knew the owners and they are good and know what they’re doing. Well NTB asked again and I finally caved because I was already there and they asked multiple times. I got all this stuff done in addition to my inspection like spark plugs, brake fluid flush, new rear brake pads and rotors, oil change and also to get my tires balanced which was the reason why I went back there. They get all of this done and told me my front brakes didn’t need done and had lots of life left and I’d be good. Fast forward to now, 2 weeks later and my brakes started making a noise. I knew I shouldn’t drive it so I waited a day to take it in and didn’t drive it until I took it in. Well apparently my brakes weren’t fine and they told me my caliper locked and I also needed new brake pads and rotors and brake fluid flushed AGAIN to get it fixed. They quoted it at about $700. I was frustrated but didn’t say anything because I needed my car to be drivable but the next day when I went to pick it up I said something and they discounted it $250 and told me they didn’t know the situation and some bs about how brake fluid should be flushed 2-3 times so that could’ve caused the issues and I “shouldn’t have to pay for something they already did” so I didn’t pay to have the brake fluid flushed again and I didn’t have to pay for the caliper. I obviously was frustrated because this sounded fishy but wanted it to be done with. When I started driving my car on the highway to go home it was shaking again so I called and they told me to bring it back in to look at it. They brought me back and one of the mechanics drove me around in my car for a test drive and I told him it didn’t drive like normal and felt like it was shaking so I told him about my tires should’ve been balanced and he said they weren’t so we took it back and he balanced them. Well my car is still shaking and it’s making a noise as I slow down and press my brakes (keep in mind they are now new brakes). This place is sketchy. Do not pay them a DIME and please for the love of God take your car to someone you know. After all this time and money spent I should’ve kept my appointment and not had them do any work.

Ok place to get tires. Claim they price match but have had issues with them matching prices to places they are supposed to match.

They did a great job on my tire replacement, and they even found me some savings! They also replaced my wipers, which have been perfect ever since. They broke down my bill for me throughout the process, and I plan on returning for some other maintenance work; dont let the name fool you, its a great full-service shop.

Got tires here once and they worked great, no problems. Figured Id go in there to have my oil changed as well. Well, while waiting they say Ill need a whole new oil pan and gasket...totaling in the neighborhood of $1200. I took the car to a great mechanic whose honesty goes years back and he thought they were crazy! Not only was the oil pan and gasket fine, but he did the oil change right there and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Since that I dont trust NTB. Quit trying to rip people off and maybe Ill return, but boy itll take a heck of a while to earn my business back

I have been a customer for awhile now. You have done rotors and brakes on my Audi A8, worked on my Range Rover, I just ordered tires for my wifes Fiat, and for my Ford Escape. Gabes personal attention is great. he calls a day later to make sure everything is ok, calls us by name when we come in and shakes our hand. As long as Gabe is there, we will continue to get our cars serviced there.

Lost a loyal customer today!Went to Store to get Two new tires for front and one plugged in rear. They said they needed to order the tires from another store so I said no problem and I waited. After waiting all day for the tires to arrive and be mounted they tell me they can’t plug the rear tire because it was outdated. That is fine and I understand company policy but if this would have been relayed to me right away after I showed them what tire was needing plugged then I would have asked for all 4 tires to be replaced. Now I have two new tires and still have a screw in the rear because they would have to wait until Two more tires were brought from the other store. The lack of communication was terrible for this. Oh and he gave me a whole 15 bucks off the bill. Really a slab in the face for someone who automatically goes to them when tires need replaced. No more will I go!!!Oh and the bathroom was filthy, toilet rocked all over the place and no TP. A very disgusting bathroom to say the least.

Dont even know if they did the work or not...I ask for alignment results and they told me the printer was mess up? Like really....then email them about the results and Im still waiting a week later smdh

Decent prices on tires, especially when they run sales. Its best to schedule an appointment because theyre usually pretty busy.

Got a bad lump on tire going to Lancaster from Spring Grove, it shook so bad i didnt want to dive all the way home so we went to NTB, they were great, got another tire, replaced it quicky, reasonable price. We were very happy, thanks

Rude service. Untrustworthy staff. They take advantage and try to rip off their customers. They told me if I dont use synthetic oil for my oil change my engine would blow up. So I went ahead and did it but was worried since I had been using conventional. I called Dodge and asked what I should do. Dodge (the maker of my SUV) informed me I can use conventional or synthetic and they are both equally safe for my vehicle. My owners manual as well says conventional or synthetic. I told NTB and they said well, next time go to Dodge for your oil change so they can blow up your engine. The lady told me this with the manager standing right next to her!They quoted me $60 for my vehicles synthetic oil change (had given the VIN number when I scheduled appointment). Well, turns out my total was $88. An extra $28 for 0.3 Liters of oil (bc $60 only covered 5 Liters, when mine needed 5.3).No thank you, no come again, no smiles, no friendliness! There is so much competition along Manheim Pike for car repair/maintenance, I advise to take your vehicle elsewhere.

Went there to get an oil change, new battery and tires rotated. My husband went to replace our brakes and couldn’t get the lugs off. Took it back to the Manheim pike location and asked if they could loosen them up, they said they never rotated the tires and didn’t have anyone to do it. But two of the workers were just standing there having a conversation. Unprofessional if you ask me. I will no longer go there.
