Lazy, Unprofessional, Overcharges for sloppy work. this place really gave awful service. i went in for a new tire and oil change- they added extra charges to my bill that i never needed or asked for without notifying me in advance! my bill was $285!! that is just ridiculous, and i know they over charged me because i’m a young woman. only to find out they clearly didn’t check the pressure of the other tires, didn’t put the hub cap on correctly AND just threw my spare tire in my trunk on top of camp gear and other personal belongings(would have took 30 seconds to move and place the tire back correctly) i wouldnt recommend anyone go here, i actually tell everyone i know now to NEVER go here. did i already mention, professionalism doesn’t exist in the slightest?

We have a 5th wheel camper we were moving to another state. These guys were able to fit us in, no appointment, they had all 4 tires in stock and they got it done in about an hour. If I were in the area I would definitely go back to them for service!

This place is under EXTREALY poor management! Waited almost 45 minutes just to get a tire valve put in. I just had 4 tires put on at Roberts Tires on Liberty St. With ballancing and disposal of old tires for $80. When my truck got inside at H&F I walked over to the guy taking the right front wheel off. I said its the front left valve that needs changed the worker replied I thought you were getting two new tires and a valve so, on top of a 40-45 minute wait and trying to do the wrong job, I got charged $35 for breaking one bead and put in a valve stem. $35 compared to $20 is a big difference from what I got at Roberts and only a few minutes wait!

H&F does great work. However some employees are odd. Went in to patch my tire. Car was pulled in with in 10 min. So nice and quick. The employee was more concerned with killing lantern flies, than getting the work done. He spent a good amount of time on this side project. Then after getting the tire off, he walked around talking to himself and touching random tools. (Could be under the influence?) Some time goes by and he returns to put the wheel back on and tighten it up.Work looked good, wheel and tire looked good. So the work isnt the issue. It was the focus to stay on track that had us worried.

The best job I ever had to be honest.

I found a screw in my tire which I assumed would have to be replaced, but these guys were able to patch the hole and save the tire quickly and efficiently. I think I only spent around half an hour there and was charged a very low price. I will definitely be using this place for all my future tire needs!

Seem to be nice guys in the shop but charged me $35 per tire to mount even though says its $20 and charge me $25 to repair tpms sensor and never called me to charge me this much. They didnt even need to take the wheels off the car I brought in a set of wheels and tires. Got my other 2 tires mounted for $40 total when cost me 100 here.

They are polite and helpful, and prompt with service.

I like these guys, very efficient, no appointment was needed to mount and balance two tires. In and out very quick. I would still call just to make sure theyre not busy as I just happen to pull in when they were a little slow. Overall, I had a great experience with H&F tire and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Had come here to see about tires and didnt have the best experience with an employee about choosing tires. Definitely could have been more helpful with better customer service and they arent seeming to like just anybody come in and ask about picking tires to install them on your own. Looked at prices around the area and tire rack prices are absolutely better. No instant discounts to help out either. Not the best experience from a tire shop.

I dont write reviews but I felt these guys deserved it. I was on my way taking my son to his soccer tournament already running late I got a flat on Rt 30. After replacing it with my spare and going to the first tire servive that showed up on google I could not of been more pleased with the service I received. I explained that i didnt have much money and needed the cheapest tire and was in a hurry. They did not hassle me trying to upgrade or push any other sales and had me in and out within a half hour and we still managed to catch the second half of my boys tournament.

Took care of my truck and oversized tires quickly and efficiently. Balanced the tires well. Recalibrated the sensors in the wheels and added the correct air pressure as well.

I bought tires for my motorhome there the price was good they even had to make special run to get them they have been on 3+ years no problem.

HF tire has excellent customer service and the staff here goes above and beyond the call of duty to assure an excellent service . No complaints. Very satisfied and trustworthy staff. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!!!!

Great experience here getting tires, this is my second time working with them. They are very knowledgeable and efficient, take time to explain things to you,and they DO NOT take advantage of you from lack of auto skills. I highly recommend this shop for if you are looking for an Auto shop or just tires you wont be disappointed.

I called in to H&F just after noon on a Monday inquiring about when I get could tires balanced. I was told that theyd do it whenever I got there. I was in and out with tires balanced resulting in a much, much smoother ride and for a reasonable price. Will surely be back.

Although I did not purchase anything, the customer service went beyond what I expected.I was searching for specialty valve stems and needed them the same day. One of the managers did everything he could to help find exactly what I needed. Unfortunately they had sold what I needed the day prior, but he searched his inventory multiple times and looked through his book to see if we could come up with anything. Very helpful despite the circumstances

I have used them lots of times a dropped off 4 rooms with no tires on them Plus 4 brand new tires To be installed... They call me and tell me that they are done I asked for my total in they said 150.... We are talking about a 15 rim with a factory size tire nothing special.. Normal mounting and balancing on a vehicle driving in is $21 a wheel I made it as simple as possible.. I asked is it not worth my Time taking the wheels off and bringing them in And he responded charge the same no matter what. My receipt shows Mounting in dismounting which is not what happened.... I will spend the next year advertising for every other tire company out there because this is unacceptable I believe theyre getting too big for their own britches

I had gotten several estimates for new tires. I was told that my struts were bad, among other things. Before I made my decision I went down the street to H & F tire. Well, Rob and Michael SOLD the job. I got 4 new awesome tires, oil change and front end alignment. Michael (mechanic) even showed me how far off my alignment was. I drove away and felt like I was floating on a cloud. Thank you so very much to both Rob and Michael for not treating me different, because I was a women, but treating me as a customer. Kudos to BOTH of you. I will return to have my work done there.

Fast and helpful service. I really have no idea how their prices compare to others but when I was in a jam with a blown trailer tyre they worked out what was needed and fitted a new tyre to my rim in no time at all.

Horrible experience!! Brought my car in, got an estimate, when I came in to pick up my car the price was $180 more than what I agreed to. They said they fired the woman who was working at the counter contacting customers because she was giving people incorrect quotes. They would not honor the original quote I agreed to despite them admitting that their employee misquoted and has been doing this to multiple customers, because they would be losing money if they did. So instead, I had to be the one to lose money because of their employees mistake. This is a very unethical way of doing business. I had to pay the additional amount because I needed my car fixed but I will NEVER go back there and would not recommend anyone take their car to this establishment.

Absolutely horrible experience thet destroyed my wifes audi s5 wheels even though they said they could do low profile tires...i talked to the owner he was beyond obnoxious...would not do anything to remedy the situation i said Im not paying he said fine Ill put a lean on your car and get towed away.My attorney said they can so you have to pay companies like this for horrible workmanship...
