Honest people, great service work. Ive had my vehicles here countless times for inspections, oil changes, repairs, tires, check engine lights, etc.. Ive known some of these guys for 20 years and I trust them to give me a fair price and do the job right. Ive never had to bring my car back a 2nd time because an issue wasnt resolved.

Tim always takes care of us. Just have to mention the car and he remembers.Ive never felt like Ive been overcharged

Best place in town to get your cars taken care of! When I moved to Lancaster, I was led here by all the other good reviews, and they were no lie. Tim and Bob are great, they treat you like family and do their best to take care of you. Oil changes, inspections, repairs, I have never been displeased with their service over the past two years. Prices are fair and for minor stuff they may even take care of you on the house. Nowhere else in town have I had such amazing service. Keep up the good work guys!

My wife and I were on our way back from vacation in Kentucky when we stopped in Lancaster for the night, thats when we noticed the grinding sound in the front end and decided we needed to fix it now instead of taking our chances on the rest of the trip back to Rhode Island. We stopped in and talked to Bob at the front desk and he gave us a ballpark price based on what him and I thought the problem was and said they should be able to get us in at noon and to come back then. We returned when they told us took the car right in and fixed it promptly and for less than the ballpark price. Needless to say Bob and his crew were top notch and helped us out immensely under the given circumstances and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for good service and fair pricing. He once drove around with me and my wife in our 99 Nissan Sentra to diagnose a noise we had been hearing. He gave his prognosis when we returned to the shop; there was no fee, no hard sell, just advice and a pleasant conversation.Then there is Tim, the friendly voice on the phone and the expert advice in store that guides you on your service needs with a concern for quality and cost. Customer service, communication, professionality all 5 stars! My first choice for Lancaster. Pep Boys is typical corporate with hidden fees. Midas drove me back to work, gave my dogs treats and were very personable and compassionate.

I started going here for the cheap oil changes several years ago, and have grown to trust them very much with handling my car issues. They are always polite and helpful, and I never once felt that I was being sold on something I didnt need. I trust them with my car!

I went in to take my car for an overdue Alinement a few month back & it was great service, Tim is great, it didnt take long at all, everything was brand new. Any day here soon Ill be taking it in again for another alinement. Definitely recommend!!

Im here for an alignment and watching the mechanics work is pretty neat, they dont waste time like other places Ive been, and prices are pretty decent, they are very professional and polite, I will recommend MIDAS to my friends and family, excellent job!!!

The younger guys here are actually genuine, kind and helping. I dont understand how not many shops can achieve just being direct and helpful like the people here are. Coming back if I need work done I cant do myself.

They have ripped us off several times and I would not recommend them at all. They took complete advantage of my husband and over charged for two tires and a muffler. I have never been taken advantage of like this with a company before. Think twice before using this store.

I travelled from Philly to lancaster for a gateway vacation, unfortunately we had a flat tire and all my tires were new but fortunately, we were very close to this shop. When we went in there Tomothy OBrien took my car and diagnosed it. He found out that it was not a big deal, he told me he wouldnt charge me for the service and there was nothing wrong with the tire. I am sure other place would have lied to me and tell more issues that the car actually didnt have. People over there are very peofessional and honest. Thank you you so much Timothy.

Dont waste your money here on oil change when you can get one for half price at Walmart.i used a coupon for oil change and it included tire rotation but they never rotated the tires.

I can honestly say that I have went to many sevice stations in my life and never had a better experience than with Midas on Lincoln Highway East. They are super friendly, super trustworthy and the service and price cant be beat. If you are not using them as your garage, you should be!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! tim, bob, and the rest of the crew helped my family get back on the road while on a road trip when our car broke down. they were honest and didnt try to push any other repair other then the ones needed to get back on our trip. they even drove our family down to the mcdonalds so we could go have a meal while they repaied the vehicle. these guys really care about what theyre doing and who they are doing it for. thank you!

Way overpriced for just an LOF change.But they did take me as a walk in, although I witnessed them telling another walk in for a LOF that they couldnt help that entire day !?

I had my brakes changed and less than 4 months later they would not pass inspection.My car used to last 30,000 miles, but after they changed my brakes it lasted less than 8,000. NEVER trust these people with your car. I got a second opinion and they said that Midas probably didnt lubricate everything properly so that you would have to get the brakes changed more frequently. These people dont care about you or the safety of your car, they just want you to have to keep coming back to fix your car. Do yourself a favor, find another mechanic.

Typical garage, they made the problem with my car out to be this huge thing. It took my friends father 20 mins to fix it with the new parts.Edit: Went back to get a quote on an issue with my car and they refused to work on it because we didnt give them our business last time and because of this review.
