This place really is awesome. I brought my BMW in for routine maintenance and everybody there was accommodating, I learned a lot about bikes I never had interest in before and now I do. The girls at the service counter where more than awesome with communicating with me and filling me in on everything. Even though I was getting my bike serviced the sales reps I spoke to were not high pressure and showed me by their knowledge how much I have to learn. If youre looking for a quality product with a quality staff I would definitely recommend this place.
I worked with Kaleigh and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the process was quick and pressure free! I started looking at Triumphs about two months ago and just wasn’t quite ready, and she completely understood. When I was ready to move forward, she was attentive and never missed a step! If you’re looking to buy a Triumph, there’s not a finer representative in the state of Colorado then Kaleigh Kitchens. Sensational!
Bobby Clay made this bike purchase quite possibly the easiest vehicle purchase I have made. And I have made a lot of them. Low pressure, same person start to finish, quick on email replies, and a seamless financing deal. No question that I will be getting everything I need for my new Bonneville T120 from Foothills. Service guys are also great, accessory counter person is super nice. All around 5 stars.
First off what a great place! my experiences here have been top notch! I didnt not purchase my bike here but Foothills teams makes me wish that I had. Zach in the service dept has definatley gone above and beyond from what I expected. The rest of the team from sales to accessories has been great during mine visits as well.
Been hesitant to write this, but feel something should be said. My experience with Customer Service and updates was absolutely terrible. I do see a lot of 5 Star ratings for their customer service over the last month - maybe I caught them at a bad time, but your Companies Mission Statement was not held up at all. Long story short - took over (3) weeks to get a repair estimate done that I was originally told would take 2 hours! Called and left messages on (4) different occasions without a return call or update from anyone. Was told on two different occasions that the estimate was ready and sent over to the insurance company, but was never actually done! Finally I called and said Im headed over to pick up my bike. When I got there - estimate was done, but had the date of that morning on it (apparently miss leading and lying to your customer is acceptable) no apologies or anything from anyone! A simple we dropped the ball and Im sorry would have gone a long way, but not even that. I have also noticed the owner will respond to the positive messages (how easy is that) why dont you ever address the other comments? Hopefully the shop gets their act back together, because Ive been their before and had good experiences, but what the heck happened over there?
NEVER GO!! staff does not care about you or your time... forget the bike at this point. Took my bike in there 2 months ago and nothing happened at all. The only time they touched the bike was bringing it outside for me. If I could review this place as a negative 5 star, I would 100%
Excellent dealership! Great bikes and a great staff. Made the buying process a breeze from start to finish. Big thanks to Kaleigh Kitchens from sales for helping me get my first motorcycle! Super helpful and answered every question I had clearly and concisely. Opened the door to a great new adventure for me. Love my new bike and looking forward to the all journeys ahead!
I showed up knowing that I was going to leave with new bike. They were pretty slammed, but Bobby got me in and out in good time. I really enjoyed the experience and will continue to go to them if I go crazy and decide I need another toy.If youre looking for a Triumph, they have the best selection in the Denver area. I cant speak for BMWs, but Id wager its about the same. As far as gear goes, theyre about the same as other dealers in the area. One last note, theyre not interested in tire-kicker test rides- if you want to ride, they want you to be ready to buy. The upshot is that their bikes are brand new when you do want to ride them.
AMAZING customer service!! Great communication, quick turn-around, quality work, and reasonable pricing. Zach in the service/parts department and Bobby in sales are the best! The best all-around experience Ive ever had at a dealership.
These folks are the BEST! Theyve taken great care of my Triumph for many years. And just this week, I found an Indian they got in on trade, that is perfect for me. They gave me a great price - with none of the crazy, excessive fees many dealers sneak in, included brand new tires, and when they found an issue with a fork seal, they insisted on fixing it - no charge - prior to delivery (I probably wouldnt have known about it for a while)Shout out to Jeremy (nicest salesman ever!), Kyle in Service, and Bonnie in Parts. If youre looking for an honest bike shop, this is it!
Stopped by to look at a couple of used BMW motorcycles. Neither of them were exactly right for me. Julian helped me find the perfect motorcycle and was able to get it under my max budget. The service department was great, adjusted the brakes and replaced the battery and checked out the rest of the bike. It rides like a dream! Thanks Julian and thank you Foothills!
I went to 3 different motorcycle dealerships looking for the perfect bike and luckily found this place. They have an amazing selection of motorcycles unlike Coyote Motorsports, which have like 7 bikes total and theyre all lame. If you decide to shop here ask for Julian Maiorano, this guy was awesome! He was super helpful and trustworthy, he definitely was all about the customers needs and listened to what they wanted instead of just selling them something. He even loaned me his gloves and was going to let me borrow his jacket for the motorcycle ride home from the dealership, stand up guy for sure. I would check this place out first before going anywhere else, promise.
Thanks to kaleigh kitchens to make my first new motorcycle purchase a breeze and great experience. After I was researching the royal enfield bikes for a while, I finally made a trip down to foothills motorcycles - one of the few royal enfield dealers in our area.Kaleigh walked me through the process - very knowledgeable, cool and fun to work with. Thanks to everybody else who i worked with and who welcomed me to the family.Lots of smiles on my face since i got my RE continental GT650
Julian was a fantastic salesperson to work with and the GM Chris went above and beyond to make this purchase happen. Really can’t say enough about these guys and especially Julian. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and we had a chance to chat about motorcycles in general which he knew a lot about. If you’re looking for a BMW, Triumph or Royal Enfield, look no further! My new 2019 Triumph street twin is everything I could have wanted and more and I can genuinely say the same about my buying experience. Thanks guys!
Foothills BMW/Triumph was a great buying experience for me.Kaleigh was a fantastic salesperson. Not only was she an active listener, who gave me instant answers to almost all of my questions, but she went out of her way by leaps and bounds to make sure that I was satisfied.Get this... she even called to make sure that we got the bike home alright. Beyond cool.Several others there deserve more mention than I will give them, as time is a constraint. In addition to Kaleigh, Jim (Colonel) came across as a genuine and authentic man, who was easy to build rapport with, and Will (who spent nearly an hour in intense heat helping me to tie down my new bike for transport), were great people whos friendliness and helpfulness will ensure my frequent return to Foothills BMW/Triumph.
Zach is always so helpful and nice. These folks in the service department are always so busy but they do not let that stop them from providing excellent customer service. They have been so flexible on when I can drop my bike off for service and when I can pick it up. They have fixed multiple of my flat tires and all the scheduled maintenance my bike needs. Lastly, this time my bike wasnt scheduled to be serviced for 5 days after I dropped it off. Zach gave me a suprise call that it was actually ready the next day. Thank you for keeping me on the road! - Craig
Horrible place bike was dropped off two months ago nothing was done to it. I was lied to about cool packs being replaced took it to another dealer where they corrected the problem same day
Went to look at their selection of street triple motorcycles and ended up getting a brand new RS model. My sales person Kayleigh was awesome very informative on the differences between the models to guide my purchase decision. She was very casual and made the process fun and easy.
My overall experience with Foothills BMW was very positive. I went into the dealership without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Julian Maiorano was a knowledgeable sales person that continues to go the extra mile. He helped me to find the perfect bike for me (one that I was not even on my radar initially) and he also helped me to get an advantageous financing plan. Following the purchase, Julian continues to offer support and he even dropped off a part for me when I was unable to make it in to the dealership before close.I also had a very positive experience with the service staff. The team worked to make sure I knew how to operate the features on my bike and encouraged me to seek support whenever needed. My only negative experience is around dealership incentives. The dealership did not offer any discounts for military, trade in, or for buying last years model. In my previous experiences buying bikes the dealerships have worked with me at least a little with pricing. The dealership also did not help with any sort of financing promotions (although Julian was able to secure a lower rate by going through a separate process).Overall I was happy with my experience and think the sales team was very professional.
I went to Foothills BMW Aug. 15 for the purchase of a motorcycle. After walking around the showroom and around the building for 45 minutes, not a single salesperson or representative of Foothills BMW approached me and offered assistance. There were associates not engaged with other clients wandering around engaging in conversations about lunch. This is very unfortunate as I had my heart set on a brand new motorcycle.
I recently purchased a used BMW GS Adventure. I had an amazing experience working with Kaleigh Kitchens. She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Zac in Service was also very helpful.
Just purchased my Triumph Trident this morning. Julian helped me with the purchase and gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Julian had to go out of town for a family issue and the general manager, Chris, helped finish the deal. The process was efficient and enjoyable. Despite the family emergency, Julian called me a couple hours after the purchase to check on my satisfaction with the bike. I am so appreciative of the attentiveness and awesome customer service. After working with another dealership for the past four years with my Ducati, it is refreshing to work with Foothills Motorcycles - a dealership that truly cares about creating a trusting relationship with its customers.
I purchased a new Triumph motorcycle here back in February, the sales and parts staff are very friendly and helpful. However, that’s where the good times stop. The service department leaves much to be desired. I called after riding the bike for the break in period to set an appointment for the first service. I left a message for Kyle and waited for a call back. After 2 days with no return call I reached out again. I left another message for Kyle and he finally returned my call later that day. Service went as expected with no surprises. Fast forward another month and I am wanting to change my tires on my bike. I called and was able to speak to Kyle directly. I told him what I was looking for and he asked if he could call me back in just a bit with an estimate. He never called me back. I called again almost 3 weeks later to try and check in, again I had to leave a message for Kyle regarding what we had spoken about 3 weeks ago. Still have not gotten a call back regarding tires, it’s been a few days since I called the last time. A dealership can not run right if all departments aren’t operating properly. I will find another shop to install my tires and continue to take my business elsewhere. If not for the good experience with sales and parts this would have been a one star review.
Foothills Triumph has been the best experience buying a motorcycle Ive ever had! After driving up from the Colorado Springs, Bobby Clay made sure everything was taken care of. He even stayed late to make sure I was able to ride my bike home instead of having to come back another day! I definitely recommend Foothills, and will be giving Bobby a call for any of my future bike needs.
Have visited Foothills for years, toggled between buying a BMW or Triumph and ended up getting a 21 Triumph 900 Rally Pro from these guys. Pre-ordered in fall, and picked up at beginning of this year. From start to finish was an awesome experience--my consultant, Peter Weilmuenster was absolutely awesome to work with. From advising me on what he thought might be the best bike based on what I was looking for (originally I wasnt even considering the RP 900, and it ended up being the one I fell in love with but only b/c of Peters reco) to working with me and giving me a fair price and being a direct and easy-to-work-with negotiator. Also, experience with service department was equally fantastic. Mostly worked with Zach Gough who is a Service Advisor (but Kyle a bit too--who was also great). Super helpful, patient, great advisor about after market accessories, fair on pricing, always on time and super flexible with what ended up being some complicated scheduling (due to me) on my 1st scheduled break-in maintenance. This place gave me the best vehicle-buying experience Ive ever had--super impressed.
This place was great. This was my first bike purchase and my man Bobby made the process seamless and painless. He walked me through the various types of bikes, listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out a world class bike. I couldnt be happier. I would recommend Bobby and this shop to family and friends. Thank you! Super stoked!!!!
Top notch customer service. This is my second purchase of a big touring bike from Foothills and I’ve yet to be disappointed.Bobby Clay, my sales rep, assisted me with my latest purchase of a K1600 GTL. I’d done most of the legwork myself and knew that this was the bike for me. Now, the only question was, where I was going to buy it? Bobby, being quite knowledgeable about this model, was able to fill in some details that I hadn’t been able to find on my own.Now his job was to get the numbers right, and he did not disappoint. With Bobby’s help I was able to get Foothills to make a first-rate offer on my trade-in, (more than I would have expected) and he even managed to get the shop to knock off a few dollars on the sticker price (previous year model) to boot. Nobody else in town could come close to the offer they made me.The sale itself was very pleasant due to the friendliness and the willingness of all the staff to help with my needs, including moving some accessories from my current machine to the new one.If you’re in the market for a new bike do yourself a favor; save time and money and make Foothills Motorcycles your first and last stop. These people are honest, upfront, and very satisfying to work with. I will definitely be a return customer for life with this level of service. Thanks Bobby and Chris.
Went in looking to purchase my first bike. Was helped by Julian Maiorano, got me out of the store on a bike that day that was exactly what I was looking for and cheaper than the bike I had initially come in to purchase. He even pushed it to the gas station to make sure it was full up! When I punctured a tire about a week after I called and they were able to get me fixed up and back on the road the very next day. While this has been my only motorcycle purchasing experience thus far, it was excellent.
Great experience working with Kaleigh Kitchens to buy my new bike! She was super helpful answering my many questions and shes chill and low-key to work with. A very pleasant experience all around with Kaleigh and this dealership!!
I wish the folks who work here had some knowledge on there products, sales or just general info. They are manipulative to folks who dont have knowledge on there motorcycle. Its unfortunate to see the only BMW service/parts/sales around have no other agenda than money. The feeling is best described to best buy experience where the employees have zero knowledge but 100% BS.Hope this helps the future guests to this place.
Just purchased my first bike here and will recommend Foothills BMW/Triumph Motorcycles to any and everyone. Julian helped me find the bike I wanted and the process was quick and easy. Definitely go see Julian if you are in the market for a bike, youll be happy you did. Thanks again Julian! Ill definitely be coming back for future business!!
Kaleigh Kitchens guide me to the process to buy my s1000r, she was super helpful and friendly.Chris Ritter was very nice and answer all my questions.I highly recommend this dealership.
Great purchase experience working with Bobby in sales. He informed me of a recent trade-in that exactly matched my needs; had the bike inspected, held and available to test ride the same day. Bike purchased at noon the following business day, rode it home hours before a major winter storm. Overall friendly staff and I highly recommend Bobby, sale was prompt, efficient and he followed up after the sale.
Just bought a Triumph Trident from Foothills Motorcycle and couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the experience. Kaleigh Kitchens was awesome! She got me setup with the initial ride and had the bike ready and waiting when I got there to check it out. She was aware that I wanted the bike ASAP, but needed to wait on a shipment coming in. She kept me informed along the way, was always available by email, text or call, did the numbers for me so I knew what I’d be financing prior to getting the bike, and made sure when I came in to pick it up, all I needed to do was sign and then ride. Thanks Kaleigh and thank you to everyone at Foothills, especially the shop and finance folks!
Bobby is the man! Top quality service, he was so helpful from the minute we walked in the door, down to earth guy who has your best interest at heart. He was honest and kept things straight forward for me buying my first adventure bike. Highly recommend using Bobby & the team to buy your next ride.
I have bought two triumph motorcycles from these guys. Both times my experience has been really pleasant and easy. During my my recent experience, Bobby Clay worked patiently with me to get a screaming deal on a Tiger 800. Couldn’t be happier.
Service department was friendly, thorough, and kept in touch with progress on my bike. Thank you for taking great care of my Triumph!!
Went here to get my wife a new motorcycle with her. Really great experience start to finish. There isn’t a much better dealer experience I’ve ever had. Adam was extremely knowledgeable on all of his product. He was very helpful on answering all our questions and making sure we picked the right bike for us. These people genuinely just want to help get you the right bike for you they are not pushy at all. We only dealt with Adam and Chris and they were both very professional and personable. We were treated fairly and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks again!
From the first time I reached out over the phone up to leaving the dealership as the owner of a new Triumph I experienced nothing but excellent customer service from the team at Foothills. After giving them a call to show my interest in a motorcycle, Bobby gave me his personal number and was available to answer any questions I had whenever they came up. It was seriously a pleasure working with Bobby and the rest of the team at Foothills to get my new bike. That’s something I can’t say about many other motorcycle dealerships I’ve been to in the past. The showroom felt intimate and was packed full with some of the coolest motorcycles out right now. I could’ve spent hours geeking/checking out all the bikes there. Honestly even if you’ve slightly considered a Triumph or BMW motorcycle I’d go just to see the beauty and quality firsthand. Pictures really can’t do these machines justice. Thanks again to Bobby and the rest of the folks out at Foothills, it was really a great experience doing business with y’all.Also.. the Street Triple RS is probably the most fun I’ve ever had on two wheels! Such a killer motorcycle
Questionable service. Took my Triumph Rocket X in for annual service. Bike had ~1200 miles on it, no issues. Once service/look over was complete, received a phone call that my rear brake was soft and should be fixed (for the low cost of parts and an hour of service for a 5 minute job to bleed the brake line, naturally). I declined since riding in that morning, the brake was fine to me so I thought nothing of it. Took delivery of the bike and discovered my rear brake was non-existent. It wasnt soft, it was non-existent. Simply put, this was not the same status of my brakes when I handed the bike off in the morning. Called service advisor to voice my concern and they again offered to bleed my brake line for $125. No thanks.Staff has always been polite every other time Ive visited, so thats a bonus. Unfortunately Ill probably be taking my bike elsewhere for service needs.
Absolutely amazing staff, Kaleigh contacted me about a bike I was interested and told me it was available for a test ride, she went over and beyond to make sure I was informed about everything and gave me opportunity to own a motorcycle which I wanted for a long time.
Great place! I have ordered parts through them several times and its always great service.
While I’ve had good experiences with this company in the past, I’ve just had a terrible experience with them and would NOT recommend them to others. While they may do good work (?), their customer service is terrible. I took my bike in there for standard yearly maintenance and it took just over a month to complete the service. Dozens of calls and emails went unanswered over that month and with very lame excuses on what caused the delay and lack of communication.I’ll add to my review once I’ve checked that they did the work I paid for and to see if they make any efforts to provide any further remedy for terrible customer service. There are other dealers and shops - save yourself money and aggravation and go elsewhere.
Purchased my new Triumph Scrambler XC with Julian helping me. This is my second Triumph (4 prior BMWs). Honestly, this was the easiest purchase process out of all of my motorcycle transactions. Julian did a great job and the paperwork was fast, accurate, and easy. He handled getting the accessories installed on time and even personally made sure the gas tank was full when I left the lot. Top notch sales service!
Amazing motorcycle dealership. Ive bought my third one from them and all servicing done through them. They truly understand what the customer wants and work with you to give you the best deal. Bobby from sales and Kyle from service are awesome. Thank you.
I worked with Bobby for about 2 weeks, my local dealership didn’t have anything in stock. He went above and beyond, sending pictures, FaceTime you name it! I would recommended Bobby for anyone with in 5/8 hours of Denver! Give this man a damn RAISE!$Satisfied and Happy with my 2021 S1000RR
Super good service and the people are the kind YOU want to talk to. A+ AND thank you.
Bobby was very professional and he knew what he was talking about. Customer service was outstanding. This is the place to do business. Highly recommended. Thank you from a US Marine Veteran.
Bobby Clay is the AMAZING!! He went above and beyond in provided the best service in my search for my dream bike. It was just delivered today (from Denver to Austin). Bobby stayed in communication the whole time with updates. Ask for Bobby by name for your motorcycle needs - you will not regret it!
Great guys in all departments! If you’re looking for the best deal, ask for Jeremy Forcier!
Im typically a Harley man and Im still a Harley man but this RT1250RT is alot of fun to ride other than getting used to the positioning but yet this is another bike for the bucket list again I wish my woman wouldve had a chance to ride along just to see how comfortable she is on the Beamer, and I appreciate Christian for everything.
Had to share my experience with Foothills Motorcycles. From the beginning, they have been super helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I knew I was going to get rid of my current bike. After 7 months, she and I never quite meshed. It was an amazing machine with some quirks that it could not overcome for me. Through my conversations with Chris, the GM, we agreed that I knew what I didn’t want. With some research in my back pocket, we discussed what I thought would be a cool bike for how I use a motorcycle (commuting 12 months a year, a couple weekend overnights and frequent Sunday canyon runs). After watching a bunch of YouTube videos and a test ride, Chris’ suggestion was confirmed! Peter, my sales guy was knowledgeable and helped answer further questions I had and gave me a great run through of the bike. A fair trade in was agreed upon and the deal was done. Paul in Finance had my docs taken care of quickly. The fastest purchase I’ve made buying a bike and it looked almost new when I picked it up. I love my BMW S1000XR and appreciate their respect for me as a rider, a customer and my time. I highly recommend this dealership.
Found the bike I was looking for on their website, made a call requesting photos and more information. Kaleigh was very helpful and responsive. With in minutes I had what I requested. Stopped in the next day and picked it up. Kaleigh didnt waste my time and didnt try and upsell me, I hate that. Executed the paperwork and got me on the road. Thanks Kaleigh it was nice working with you.
Foothills has been professionally servicing my BMW K-1600 GTL for a while now, and they have been nothing less than outstanding. Wanting to downsize to a much smaller, lighter-weight, and more nimble bike, my husband and I stopped-in to Foothills to check out their new inventory. Kaleigh Kitchens sold us on a very sexy, Limited Edition 2022 Triumph Street Scrambler, and I rode it out of the store about two hours later. Kaleigh is an absolute delight to work with. She is not only a rider, herself, but is super knowledgable about the dealers inventory as well as the features (and pros and cons) of individual models. She matched my changed needs to a bike that fits those needs perfectly, all with a warm smile and friendly, unassuming demeanor. Looking for a new or pre-owned bike? Go see Kaleigh at Foothills. You will get the perfect bike, and leave feeling like you made a new friend with Kaleigh, plus the trust and backing of an awesome dealership.
My rating of Foothills Triumph is 100% based on my sales rep Kaleigh Kitchens. I was trying to find a specific triumph model in a specific color and did so on-line at this location. From the moment I talked with Kaleigh on the phone and met her in person she was more than attentive toward my intent to purchase and my specific situation. She went above and beyond in making sure I was informed and comfortable with every aspect of the sale. I was attempting to trade in another motorcycle that needed servicing before it could run. Since I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and was told trading in the other bike was an option I towed the non working bike to foothills. I was then told by her superiors that I could not drop it off there (after being told to bring it there), although I was actually trading it in which made zero sense to me. I was frustrated and almost took the bike sale elsewhere but Kaleigh kept in constant communication with me and assured me that she would make sure the sale and trade in happened, even to the point of offering to pay to have my existing bike towed back to foothills from my home our of her own pocket! I’m assuming her superiors didn’t believe that I was serious or something because it made no sense not to take possession of something I had full intent of trading in. I was in the process of contacting other triumph dealers but because of her effort and level of customer service she made me feel comfortable enough coming back and giving them another chance at the sale. She followed through and kept her word on everything we discussed and she is the sole reason that I continued with the purchase. I am happy with my new triumph and happy with the experience only because of her extended effort. If you go to foothills triumph please ask for her if you want to feel comfortable with a down to earth sales rep. Thanks Kaleigh!
Great dealership! Friendly people!Need a better selection of T shirts though!!
I just bought a Royal Enfield Int 650 at foothills and it was a professional and friendly experience. Kayleigh Kitchens was a pleasure to work with and made the transaction easy and it was overall a very nice experience. The Royal Enfield is a very smooth, responsive motorcycle that makes the price hard to believe. I would highly recommend Foothills and the Royal Enfield Int 650
Everyone on staff was super friendly but especially Laura who worked with me on my first ever bike purchase. I initially had anxiety about buying a bike for the first time but Laura was patient and the buying process was transparent. Foothills made every aspect of buying easy, I feel like I got the right bike for me and a great deal! Cant wait to go back!
Too long, didn’t read version: Great service from a sales perspective, couldnt speak to the service department yet. Bobby Clay is the MAN!!Extended version: So I’m a rather scrupulous university student who intentionally maintained a very strict budget for my first bike. I stopped in the dealership at least 3 times before even getting serious about buying.Bobby Clay was the guy who set me up with my Royal Enfield Interceptor, and he did an outstanding job.As stated earlier, I was pretty strict on the amount of money I wanted to spend on the bike, and I frankly didn’t think they could meet my number. I was shocked when he called and came within $100 of my asking price. Now, I understand that they can’t do that for EVERY customer, given how small the margin of a motorbike sale is (trust me, I have family in the industry, the margin is SMALL). The dealership couldve honestly just blown me off. Rather, his willingness to negotiate demonstrated that he took me and my budget seriously, which I have a great amount of respect for. That will not be easily forgotten.Even the day I came to take delivery and make payment, he grabbed his own bike and came alongside for a test drive to a quiet parking lot to make sure it was what I wanted. The sale itself? I was in and out in 30 minutes. They had everything prepped.I’m now the proud owner of a great starter bike, at a great price, thanks to an outstanding dealership. Keep it up team, you’re doing something right.
Found a bike I liked online, worked out everything we could remotely with Adam, came in to pickup, love the way they do test rides (where a Foothills employee leads a small ride), paperwork was snappy, and I was in and out in under two hours. Great experience so far with the purchase, ai will update after first service if needed, but so far I am a happy customer.
Wish I would’ve came back to foothills sooner but it all happened for a reason bc I got my dream bike thanks to Bobby & Jullien for all their help and knowledge these guys have and do, I wouldn’t have buying my first bike any other way ! Highly recommend buying or of course financing a bike with foothills best motorcycle store/shop in Colorado NO DOUBT they will not let you down !
I couldnt have asked for a better BMW purchase experience than what I received at Foothills BMW. Truly knowledgeable friendly staff that I believe went out of their way to make me feel appreciated as a customer. A huge sincere thanks to Peter who made the transaction seamless from initial phone call to getting me out the door. Guess thats just how you get your customers coming back! Thanks Foothills!
Bought s1000r from Julian. Excellent customer service would highly recommend the shop and Julian to anyone in the market
Just picked up the sickest triumph street triple r with an awesome deal from my man Bobby Clay.
Bobby got my speed twin to me ecen working through situation after another. Handling each step professionally, he and chris had made my experience there smooth and fun
Just picked up a new to me, 2k mileage 2017 Triumph, that looks brand new & that I likely would not have located without Pete the salesman, who took time to listen and recalled what I was looking for in a bike a few days prior, while I was sitting on a new model. Thanks you Pete!! I likely saved a little over $6k from new MSRP, especially with all the extras previously installed. Pete knows Triumph well and the bike was priced exceptionally well.Additionally the finance staff were very friendly, professional without any pressure as we’re other staff members, including their service writer.Their assortment of bikes was impressive. I’d highly recommend them for either BMW or Triumphs!
I was heading out of town for Moab and dropped by the shop to get a quart of oil and just then my battery was dead. Mitch in service was awesome! Understanding that I needed to hit the road to meet people, he got my F 800GS in right away and installed a new battery. Because of the great service, I was on time to meet my riding partner and had an incredible experience! I highly recommend this shop!
I bought my Tiger 900 Gt pro about 3 weeks ago, i was threated with sale and service very nicely, specially with Bobby Clay in sale and Zachary Gough in service they spend quality time with me answer any question i had ( i had lots of questions), i recommend Bobby and Foothill Triumph .
Took my bike in to be serviced for soft rear breaks and a malfunctioning turn signal. After over a month and $1200 they at least fixed the break issue with a simple flush. They could not solve the turn signal problem after recommending and replacing a part. They recommended another part replacement and who knows how many more months it would actually take to get replaced. Turned them down and will be looking for another shop in town to be getting my motorcycle serviced.
Ive now purchased two bikes from these guys, great place! Between Peter and Chris, they always take care of what I need. Having worked in the auto finance industry, I know the drill. They treated me like a colleague, instead of a customer. Good group of guys at this store, theyve earned my future business and friendship. Thanks guys!
Everyone was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely glad to have them as my go to shop now for repairs and services 🤘
I had an awful experience with Foothills BMW so I thought Id pass on the warning. They had my F650 for 10 weeks to do an oil change and fix the stator and rectifier for the electrical system, something that should have taken a week or two tops. They only called once to update me and despite me calling each week to ask for an update, I only heard back from them twice because their service department voicemail was full. Today when I picked up the bike, I noticed a stack of 15-20 notes that had been handed from other staff taking calls for them and only 1 guy was trying to handle the service desk. After asking how they would make it right, he said he could give me a 10% off coupon for parts and labor, which I appreciated, but it is a joke considering they had my bike for 2.5 months. I would avoid Foothills BMW if at all possible.
Nice people i spoke to Julian and he was a great sales person
As of 10 minutes ago im the new owner of my dream bike a triumph speed twin! To anybody in the market for a new motorcycle this the place to go 100% couldnt be happier with the service here, ask for Bobby clay he went above and beyond to help me out and make this happen!!!
I lost my key to the streetfighter 848 I bought from y’all. Great buying experience btw. The key looked like a replica. What’s the cost to make me a new key?
I am shopping for my next bike and rode down from Castle Rock with my wife. Laura helped us and I can tell you this has been one of the best experiences by far. Chris the GM also took the time to come over and answer all of our questions. We were able to test ride a used tiger 800 and a new 18 tiger as well with no issues and no pressure. It was just a great experience. I haven’t decided which bike will be my next but because of our experience with Laura and Chris and letting us test ride the Bikes, the Tiger is a top pick. Definitely check them out
We’ve been dealing with this branch for over a month and it’s been horrible every step of the way. At first they were hard to reach because they said they fired over half their staff. After three weeks we were finally able to schedule an appointment and get the bike picked up. Since it been a combination of not answering phone calls, not getting back to us with updates and communicating wrong information. Last night the technician said the bike was open on the table and my partner said he would come to pick it up in the morning. So we are here and now the technician is saying he said “tomorrow morning it’ll on the table.” After calling him out publicly he fessed up to the lie and tried to make amends. They have wasted our time and our money for the least time. I would not recommend this shop ever. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I thought about maybe doing 4 stars, because of the amount of time it has taken to get my bike fixed, but it’s not Foothill’s fault. Just a couple days shy of a month.A lot of the time was spent waiting for parts in the mail from Germany, and fighting with Metzeler on my behalf. I did experience a massive staff-change in the last month, but honestly it’s probably for the better. They used to have some Bozos working there for a while. Now it seems like they have the right people in the right positions. My bike was there for an oil leak, brakes, and tires on a sub 5000 mile machine. They made it right, and replaced everything I wanted free of charge, including prematurely dry-rotted tires that WERENT under warranty. They replaced them for me in good faith. These guys are good guys that seem to actually care. Almost lost me there for a minute, but all is right now.
Favorite motorcycle shop EVER! My husband and I had a couple of street bikes and fell in love with dual sport riding solely because this shop made us feel welcome, educated us about the sport and even invited us on demo rides! The community that this shop supports is unmatchable. I have been to many motorcycle shops all over the country and the level of customer service, passion, and energy has never even come close to Foothills BMW. We are now proud owners of a BMW 1200 GSA and. Tiger 800 XCA. As a side note, we moved to Seattle 4 years ago and on our trip back to Denver, this was our first stop off the plane. If you live in the area, you should feel lucky to be so close to GREATNESS!!! Choose this shop for all of your motorcycle adventure needs!
These people BROKE MY BIKE 10 minutes after the paperwork was signed. They said they would take care of the problem so this week they picked up my bike since they said the replacement part had come in. Well apparently it was the wrong part. My bike is stuck with them now so I cant even ride my broken bike and have no word on when it will be fixed. Managers are never there or available and no one cares that they just screwed over a customer after spending 16,000 9n a motorcycle. These people will sell you a bike, you just cant ride them... take your money someplace else.Update - They made things right and got me back out and rolling. Still not thrilled with the overall experience though
Super nice guys and gals at Foothills. I was down in Denver for a few hours, I needed to sync a spare key RFID to the bike and original key, the Service guys helped me out even though they were super busy and got me back on the road in the no time. Was able to check out all their bikes in the meanwhile. Even though I was in there for a small service item, they washed my bike for me! Pretty awesome. Great people enjoying what they are doing.
This used to be a 5 star shop. The new owners are driving high turnover. We miss the people that we have built relationships with over the years. When the last of the old crew are gone, we will be taking our business to the other Triumph dealer in Denver.
I was at this dealership yesterday and found the exact bike I was interested in sitting right there on the floor but it had no price on it.I own a road bike and was looking for a dual purpose bike.I was there long enough to look up prices on my phone at other dealerships and comparison shop for at least 30 minutes.Apparently you dont go to a BMW dealership with Harley apparel on because not one soul approached me or even said hello.I wont go back.
What a fantastic shop to work with.I was recently in the middle of a 6300 mile ride with my son as a college graduation present. Him on a new R1200 GS and me on my K1600. Late in the day as were were riding to dinner I got a big spike in my brand new rear tire. That night and as we were approaching the Boulder/Denver area I jumped online and sent an email to Foothills as they were closed for the night.Very very early the next morning I was shocked to get a phone call telling me they had the tire I needed in stock and that I would be put to the first of the line to get it changed out.I own a small business and know great above and beyond service when I see it. This place was fantastic, Stephen and David treated so nice and were on our way mid morning. Our trip was a big success, the rides we took while we were in the area were some f the best of our trip (especially Estes Park). Most importantly the father son time we had will be remembered for the rest of our lives! Thanks so much for being part of our ride experience all over the USA easy!CliffCumming GA
Run me off for the last time. I went to test ride and finalize my my decision between a GS, GSA, and a tiger. They said they have no demo bikes and the only rides are confirmation rides. Funny, we were standing next to a bike plated as a demo. Thanks to BMW of Denver I am a happy owner of a new GS.
Good sales team, excellent people for accessories and fantastic financial help. Love my new BMW !!
Great experience with parts and service. Friendly and prompt service, fair pricing and communicative service advisers. Top notch shop. 10/10 Would recommend
Was quoted one time for a service appointment, and then was told end of day upon arrival. The customer service in the service department is ridiculously poor. I purchased a new motorcycle here but will never do business with them again.
Awesome sales staff and outstanding management and parts department. Vera is so awesome! I really like the welcoming vibe and no pressure approach. I highly recommend coming down and seeing what these guys have. Its great being able to purchase a bike where I know Ill be back for parts and service.
