Went to get a zipper put in my leather jacket, waited 2 weeks paid 80 dollars for the work and it looks like a 10 year old put the zipper in. Wild threads, broken threads, purple thread. Terrible work. I definitely want my money back.

The biggest reason I wanted to give Eagle Leather this rating is because of the sales team members who are helping & teaching & giving advice and real feedback. The last 3 times I was there a different person helped me in a different way with a different item. The answers and feedback was not based on making sales. I have huge respect on that fact itself. But I left feeling I had learned & saved money & and spent wisely on the correct item. I see that the owners are innovative with their business because online sales can run places into the ground...but you have a goldmine with your sales staff. Good quality product, caring salespeople, and expanding to meet a more safety conscious market.I know nothing about leatherwork, and have no love for a V-twin.However, pulling into the parking lot an hour before close on Saturday, the sales guy was happy to help me.I first asked to be measured. The salesman didnt know how to tape, so we instead discussed my needs and style preference. The decision was made to just try sizes until we could find a fit. Went to the clearance rack and tried the one Id cased online. Take caution, and bring along a friend because sales guy was ready to go---but my seamstress girlfriend immediately saw it as too tight in the chest.Sales guy did a great job finding an alternative make, with similar styling cues. I bought that, some armor, and went home.(Note: Jackets dont come with pads. I know outlaw types and hobbyists dont care about protection, but commuters and racers do. Dearly.)I got home, tried to install the pads. D3O is the only set they sell, but the shoulders dont fit the given pocket. While trying to migrate my D3O back protector, we found that the mens size is too large to fit. Another salesman (seemed more experienced) said that only the womans back would work.Ill return to the store when I have time off, following the holiday, but if this is the norm, it is a major oversight. Will return to edit review if they make it right during next visit.Otherwise, its a fairly standard featured product.four out, two in pockets. Exhaust vents on arms and back, but not front. Articulated shoulders. Removable liner is minimal, but built in is full mesh with canvas or nylon borders.Will probably wear May-November, if everything works out right. Probably looking into building one or two pockets into the liners too.Edited to keep with the times. They did make a manner of patch job, adding straps to original jacket to hold the armor in question. Rode through four seasons, and got stolen before showing any sign of wear.Came midday on a weekday, and the salesman from the previous visit literally remembered our faces. Knowing what I wanted, and the appropriate size, this time I just walked the floor a bit to see about the clearance rack.No luck, since Im 63. However, their selection of name brand gear has improved a bit. I tried a couple race-ready jackets to discover that they literally wouldnt close across my chest, much less a developing gut. However, sat next to them was THE ONE I was imagining on my first visit nearly a year ago.Im told its a new make, says unik on the label. The liner is slightly thinner, and there are only four vents. But the ribbed style motif blends into great articulation for the arms. The overall weight is heavier, which I actually like. And the pockets securely fit a full suite of d3o protection.Great implementation of the changes. Sorry for not fixing a review on a jacket I actually loved. But Im literally happy it got stolen, and has been replaced with this more comfortable, more protective, more Akira looking, piece.I really want to leave a third comment when I crash in it, but you cant top five stars. The old jacket only saw one parking lot slide, so theres not much to go on.

Scam drop shipper that is unable to keep an accurate inventory count. I was sold a helmet that they supposedly had 5 of in stock (4 online and one in store) and next day I receive an email saying theyre out of stock and theyre trying to sell me a completely different helmet i dont want. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Hoping the refund goes through without having to file a police report.

Place is really cool. Massive variety of leathers and lids. I had a hard time finding a jacket that fit right for me. Sizes run small Im an xl and I was squeezing into 3 and 4xl there BUT I will happily shop their again and again

I walked passed 3 employees who were having a conversation that could not be distracted by a customer.I wandered the store for 15 to 20 minutes, actively picking up and looking at stuff, trying on helmets etc. No one bothered to say anything to me. Pretty good selection. Very high prices.Ill be shopping on Amazon in the future.

Reasonable prices, beautiful store, excellent selection. I walked in a beginner rider, and so long as Im living in the area, Ill be buying all my future gear from here. Very helpful and non-judgemental staff, especially for beginners that are lost from the beginning.Plus, you really ought to try motorcycle gear on in person when your life could depend on a proper fit!

Be careful what you order online from here. I ordered a few things only to have them call me back the next week saying they dont have it in stock and are refunding my order. Disappointing for sure.

Absolutely fantastic experience for a beginner rider. The staff let me try on many helmets to get a feel for what I wanted, and what I needed. No pressure on up selling, with a focus on keeping me within a reasonable budget. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a price I appreciated.
