I bought my first bike from them two months back.The staff were kind, they looked like the were pretty content to work there, and helped me at every step. They made the purchase of my first vehicle a friendly, and unintimidating process.They take good care of the bikes that come through as well. Mine had 45k+ miles, and was in tip top shape.I highly recommend this shop to those looking to buy a bike, new, or veteran. I could see myself returning here when I inevitably begin hoarding bikes.

I bought a 2006 Yamaha FZ6 for an amazing price, and the bike performs and runs perfectly. There is absolutely no Hassel. No last minute fees. No sales tactics. No anything. Which is exactly what myself and many riders want. No b*******. I highly recommend.

Bought a lovely looking bike from here, sadly it developed an issue after I got it home and I’m very pleased to say that they put it right. So while a lot of the reviews very accurately reflect the relaxed buying environment and excellent pre-sale care, I can definitely attest to the quality of their after sales care, which is so important when buying a 2nd hand machine. Ive never spent this kind of money on a purchase out-of-state over the Internet. Thalia and the team at Moto Rado made it easy. They were extremely professional, fast, friendly, and delivered everything they said they would. I have put about 1,000 miles on the 2017 Road King I bought through them and its my favorite of the three Harleys Ive now owned. I would definitely do business with Moto Rado again.

This business does not do adequate safety checks on their motorcycles! While I was there I saw several serious safety issues with the motorcycles for sale including stray bolts sticking out of a motorcycle and extremely loose chains. I told the staff about these dangerous conditions and they did nothing to address them. I ended up buying a motorcycle from them and I wish I hadn’t. The entire experience was a hassle and I recently discovered that the brake light is not activated by the rear brake. I’ve been driving around for months on a very dangerous machine! Do not use this business!

The staff at Motorado are some of the best people I have dealt with in a long time. I live in laramie and got there on a Saturday 15 minutes before closing and they took care of me like the beginning of there day. I was loaded in my truck and ready to come home. Came up from the Springs to buy a bike from Motorado. I was helped throughout the week by Shaun. Worked out a great deal over the phone and told him I would be coming by over the weekend to check it out. I was a little worried about the bike being sold while I was waiting for the weekend, so I was going to put in the $500 deposit to reserve it. However, Shaun assured that the bike will be mine as long I’m interested. Showed up and the bike was exactly how I expected. I decided to complete the deal, I was in and out of the store within an hour. The bike had a major scheduled service done to it recently as well. I had asked Shaun if he could send me a copy of the service records since he knew the previous owner. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get them, but Shaun did follow up and provided the service records a few days later. So they didn’t meet my expectations, they surpassed it. Great place to purchase a used bike.

I recently traded my bike in for one that Motorado had for sale. Shaun was very honest and forthcoming with me and gave me a fair value on my trade. He also worked out a great deal for me and got me on the bike I had been looking at for months. I definitely lucked up! Besides the great deal I received and money I saved, I think the thing that impressed me the most about this place was the level of “above and beyond” customer service I received. Every staff member that I interacted with treated me great. It sounds simple, but really is rare now days. Thalia and a few other staff members really went the extra mile for me. I rode up from Colorado Springs and got stuck in traffic. They stayed almost an hour past close to get my paperwork finalized and get me on my new bike! I can’t express enough thanks to you guys for everything! I’ve been shopping around all year and have visited many dealers over the last few months and nothing can compare to the experience, great customer service, and excellent prices at Motorado. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to add that Harley to the collection too!!

Ive sold two bikes through Motorado over the last couple of years. They have a solid organization and are very professional even in the back office. Quick sales and timely payments. With their traffic and online presence theres no need to waste time trying to sell one yourself.

I had a great experience with Motorado when buying my first bike and referred a few friends to purchase their bikes here as well. I recently set up an appointment to look at a bike. I was told that I would be notified before my appointment if the bike had been sold. I drove 4 hours to find out the bike had been sold the previous day. I will no longer be purchasing any motorcycles through Motorado.

Came in to check a bike out I saw online. Negotiated and decided to sleep on it. Called the next day to put a deposit down. Picked it up a few days later with no issues. I did have a minor carburetor issue when I took it for a test ride before loading it up and taking it home. Although, Motorado made it right and cut me a check on the spot for the hassle. Bikes running great now after a simple carb clean. Ended up with an awesome bike for a smoking deal! Great experience! Would recommend!

Didnt qualify through the two credit unions they use for financing on a 2005 Harley Davidson Road King, They do have a decent selection of bikes, and the prices seem fair. I did have to actually go there for three days in a row being the only thing that updates on their website is when a bike sells it says SOLD, other then that it didnt really help much. And for customer service Ron didnt return me are my wifes phone calls. Luckily I came across a gentleman by the name of Chance he was a big help with all my questions and concerns its hard to find customer service like him these days. But if youre looking to check them out its definitely worth it Thanks.

I recently purchased a klx 250 that had a few rough spots on the plastics but low mileage. Got a screaming good deal with the market being as crazy as it is for used off road bikes during COVID. Motorado staff were friendly and worked with me to get everything sorted. Been riding it hard for a month and don’t stop having fun. They even called me to come get some own parts the owner brought by their office a month later. I will definitely look to motorado for buying and selling bikes in the future! Thanks agin guys!

I bought several motorcycles there, and my father-in-law just bought an Indian last week 4 more than two grand under book, with 91 miles on it. Ron and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. But dont expect it to be like a regular motorcycle shop where you get a test ride the bikes. Because they are private owners Consignments oh, so the prices are usually quite a bit less than other motorcycle stores and the book value...

Went with my wife to buy an R1200GS that we saw on their website. It was impossible to get anyone’s attention, and when we finally did, the guy that we worked with treated us like we were wasting their time. It was an additional slap in the face because we had bought a motorcycle from them a year ago as well. We ended up buying a brand new GSA elsewhere and it’s been great. Had to give them at least two stars because their prices really are pretty good.

I really appreciate what Shaun and the team at Motorado have done for me. Im out of State, unfortunately the office part of the deal is VERY slow taking almost two weeks on paperwork. I wired the funds so that they would have the money same day, and then find out about the paperwork taking this long... I understand they have addressed this and all is good.

Kind of tucked away off 6 Ave frontage road but worth the trip. Friendly folks nice building and a large diverse selection. I really like that the motorcycles are clearly marked so you dont have to have a salesperson hanging over you.

It had never done that before and I was flabbergasted that it chose that perfect time to act up.Turns out it was simply the high/low beam fuse that randomly went out and was the simplest fix.I was happy about that, but what impressed me was how cool and collected the guys at Motorado were in helping me diagnose the issue. They even gave me a ride over to the Triumph dealer to pickup a relay in trying to fix it.After this, they sold the bike within the week for a decent price close to what I was asking.Overall, great experience... When youre looking to sell or on the hunt for another set of wheels, come here first!
