It was pretty delicious. The fruit was a little too fresh but better that than it being old. The strawberries and bananas were on point as for the creme being hand made, made it that much more delicious.

Easy to find location and very spacious from the inside. Staff has great customer service and attend to you quickly and make sure to serve you exactly what you are looking for. So far, I have tried the Mangonada and the Diablito and will definitely get them again. A great place to refer your friends to experience.

The lady basically lied and said they don’t do that and then brought a lady and said well she doesn’t know how to do that and I’m really busy right now.If you can’t keep up with orders hire more people or don’t offer online orders, you obviously can’t keep up with your in-person customers. Both customers in-person and online are important…but come on telling someone you are too busy?? By the time you finished telling us that, you could have done your job! It’s called customer service.

First time here and I have the most cool, refreshing watermelon juice I’ve ever had. They have tons of options here from ice cream bars to juice.A very well kept place. If you’re in the are, stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

They would rather stop all orders for one online pick up than to attend to customers that have already been in line for over 10 minutes. Once they acknowledge you are there they tell you your order will be another 15 minutes. There was at least 3 workers there.

Im giving you 3 because you have a unique flavor for a drink that no one has but your service is really bad. I was the only person (everyone else was served) in line and it still took WAY too long for just 2 simple items. Oh and it cost $20. Ridiculous. Not sure if I will come back.

They have great selection and I love their daily specials. The only thing I would improve on is the bionicos, I didnt like the bionicos from here at all.

First time here May 28, 2021 the young man that helped us out I wasnt impressed, he had no idea what he was doing from start to finish, it was clear once at the Register he was new, the drink was beautiful but I was looking for a smoothie drink in that form not ice cream. Mango Chamoy smoothie, I think the young man will be okay once he shadows his experienced peers first.

We walked into this place today 1-6-19 for the first time already thinking that we were going to be delighted with classics. However to our surprise this place smelled so bad that we went in and literally out 20 seconds later.Place smelled like a dead rat decomposing (usually in the celing). I have been to many Michoacana stores but as a 5% google reviewer in the area, I would have to say buy items at your own risk.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Definitely a 1 star all the way....

Some of the staff is nice and friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. However, other members of the staff show zero sense of urgency to delivery drivers who are picking up utems for their customers. I arrived to pick up an order that said was ready for pick up. Not only was it not ready, but the person I dealt with, took her time on preparing the items (6 items!). I waited for over 10 minutes to receive my order. This minimized my opportunity to receive a decent tip. If it wasnt for the lack of concern for the delivery drivers, I would have given this location 5 stars.

It was okay, we waited outside to get in. Took a little while to get helped but understandable since covid restrictions are still in place. We got 3 scoops, 2 of which were good 1 didnt taste like anything was excited about the chocolate abuelita but was a total bust. Ordered a churro they said 10 minutes ended up taking 20 minutes so our ice cream melted. 1st experience and for me it was so so. Well give it another go hoping its a better experience.

Terrible service, super rude employees. Management doesn’t care and will ban you from the establishment if you complain or write a bad review in them.

The ice cream is worthy of five stars but the service has been poor. My family door dashes regularly from this location and the staff always get the orders wrong. Tonight we ordered and even called ahead of time and they forgot one of our items. When we called the guy that answered asked a lady about the order and “oh yeah I forgot one “ and that’s it. Not a way to treat a loyal customer. Unfortunately we can’t continue to deal with this incompetence.

I loved it for a change in cooling off treats when its hot hot. Staff is really polite. Great change. Oh, its Mexican style.

This place has a good variety, its a little expensive for what they serve. I asked for an ice cream cone and there was a tiny scoop in the top of the cone and empty on the bottom. We paid almost $20.00 for a one scoop ice cream cone, raspado and bag of cheetos with cheese on it. Theyre following the guidelines, only 10 people at the time inside with mask.

Great selection and pricing for your wallet. I always end up getting the fruit bars which are great and hubby always get the ice cream. I do agree that at times they need more workers or a separate line for those who only wish to purchase the bars due to a good amount of customers order items that require the workers to make.

Love the fact that they make ice cream from scratch here, but was not quite mentally prepared to have the strong smell of elote when I walked through the door. Lol!!

Our new favorite place for dessert! The regular ice cream is great, but its the fruit and other flavor choices that take it over the top. So much for Yogurtland, theres new competition in town. Oh, and dont forget the frozen bananas and their selection of other Hispanic style desserts!

Wish they had more of a dairy free option with drinks and icecream . But other than that this place is delicious. Recommend
