I just called to request a product I’ve been having extreme difficulty finding, and Shannon just gave me the best customer service. As a retail store manager myself, I would love to have someone as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as her on my staff 24/7 - it feels rare to find an employee that exemplifies all 3 as well as Shannon just did. I never take time to leave reviews or call people back, but I even called her back to thank her for her kindness and very, very helpful advice. I hope GNC knows what a valuable asset they have in her!!!

Always an enjoyable experience here and the staff will bend over backwards to help you get the best deal, at least thats me experience.

Who ever is the manager or owner of this location needs to give the employee who worked today 2/17/21 a raise.. ASAP! He made me feel like a friend and not a customer. He helped me with choosing my products and had such a great attitude that made my day better. Thank you to this employee.

Went to this store with my grandma who wanted to get a protein supplement for my grandpa who needs to up his protein intake for medical reasons. I am not a nutritionist, but I know a decent amount about supplements and I wanted to make sure my grandma didnt get taken advantage of.When we went in a lady named Shanon was working and asked what we needed. I explained the situation and she was on point. She did a great job with her recommendations, she was considerate, honest, and didnt try to just push the most expensive product on us. I was a bit surprised and very pleased. She was a great help, and even reassured my grandma that if my grandpa didnt like the flavor we could bring it back within 30 days. The store was small, but very clean and well organized with a good selection of products. (They had a whole keto section, which I thought was pretty cool.) Im super happy with our visit here, so hopefully all the employees at this location are as good. Based on our experience yesterday I would recommend this location.

I liked the manager! Very personable and helpful. I wish GNC in general would allow stores more stock. They offer buy one, get one half off and then only have one in stock.

Staff is rude, EXTREMELY RUDE.They close at 8 not 9 so don’t let the hours online fool you.Once again staff is very unprofessional and I highly recommend you go 1 mile down the road to receive much better service!

Today is November 5 time 12 in the afternoon and the store supposed to be opened an is close. The website said is open. I also call the store an no answer. .

Normally Im skeptical of the people work at these places, I go in get what i want and leave. But this experience definetly changed my take on gnc stores. Shannon the manager is awesome. Knowledgeable about her products, and extremely customer orientated. Definitely wont go anywhere else.

The woman who works here is so kind, she is awesome. In contrast, the guy with bald hair is the worst, he is not friendly, acts to be cool and really unhelpful. Hope he get fired soon.

I like getting my suppliments there after working out. One thing I wonder about is when I went there today, Sunday, and they were all locked up. The sign said open at 11 am, and I checked again around 12:15 pm. Still closed, I wondered if they switched there hours?
