Terrible customer service so far! I placed an online order on the 20th and never received a shipping confirmation. I sent an email on the 25th, no response. I called multiple times and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, they never answer. I finally get a hold of someone and then Im placed on hold for 20 minutes, then get sent to a voicemail. I call back and they tell me that they cant find the item and will call me back. It took them 10 days and multiple attempts on my part to even check if they had the item in stock. The person on the phone said well this is an old item, Im not sure we have it. Then WHY have it listed as an item for sale on your website??? Be extremely weary of making online orders with this company. My baby is due in 6 days so Im on an obvious time crunch to locate this item and I just wasted 10 days.

I’ve made an order August 25 and bought non refundable matching pants based on the order. August 28 they decided to resell an item to someone else and canceled one item of the order! I would have still been able to get it elsewhere August 25 and now I can’t. Stuck with the other matching non returnable items. Extremely disappointed! As a frequent online shopper, I never yet had an item canceled after the purchase.
