Great baskets but the extra you pay has no delivery time window! Be careful shipping to an office for example. They do not disclose this. You should be able to pay extra for certain time frames!!! At least this should be disclosed. Can ruin the surprise! Very stressful waiting around allday!

They failed to deliver my gift in time for Christmas. Tracked order and it will be lucky to be there by New Years Eve. But it will be sporting a Merry Christmas gift tag, bitter disappointment.Part 2: Called customer service as now shipping status was voided . Rep Molly checked on order, came back on to say the order was re-shipped but would have a new tracking #??. She emailed it to me quickly, but low and behold tracking number not recognized . Just keeps getting better, but they got their money!

Its the Christmas season and we placed an order as a host gift for friends. Delivery was short 1 item. A quick call to customer service and they went above and beyond to solve. We are very pleased with the service at Broadway Basketeers and will purchase from them again in the future!

I have never heard of this company so was skeptical when I received a gift pkg of treats in the mail.. OMG! Everything in the pkg was high quality and very tasty. I cant thank the gift giver enough for introducing me to this brand.

I live in Miami and i ordered on Friday a kosher wine with a personal engraving. i was surprised to get an email after one hour that i placed my order that its been shipped and will be at my door by august 1st. i had my doubts about it - but i got it today (one day earlier!!) and it is PERFECT! for sure will use this website again and will let my friends know about it!

I regret to inform you I had a horrible experience with your company. I ordered a basket on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday for a Friday event at 9:00 for the Veterans. It didnt arrive on Thursday, I called Thursday, they said it would be there by 4:00 PM. It never showed up on Thursday. I called Friday morning, they said it was delivered, but they didnt know who signed for it. Then I get a voice mail back that in fact it wasnt delivered, but they were bring it this morning. I called back and said I really needed the basket to b e raffled off by 9:30, they said no problem. 9:30 came, no basket. I called again and they said he was on the road and would be there by 10:30. Several more phone calls later, it finally arrived at 11:06, long after the event was over. I personally never got to see the basket, but with delivery screw ups and bad bad customer service, I wont be using your company again.

I recently sent a sympathy basket from Broadway Basseterrs and I have to say my experience was great at every step. Their website is so easy and pleasant to use. Their customer service was great, the package arrived on time and the receipt said it was beautiful and the feed was great. So, great job guys!

Hmmm let’s see .... recently placed order with this company a month early for Valentine day .Once the special day came .. both my orders what delivered on February 15 .2018 after numerous phone call to the company .. The first conversation with Steve who advised give me a refund for the shipping.After more phone calls been put on hold and always advise I will get a call backAs of today still haven’t heard anything February 22 2018Still waiting for Steve Oelbaum to call me back regarding my vday order...NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
