Be careful with this company. I tried to buy two specific printers and was called and told that they are not what I want or need. I was asked to tell them the exact amount of paper I use to figure out the product that was best for me. After telling Sy my usage, he sells me a printer that not only can not come close to handling my usage but it uses a container of Ink every three days. I tried to return for the original printer I wanted and was told no that it was not returnable. I was then told they would keep me supplied with ink at a secret low price but I had to keep it a secret and never tell anyone or try to resell for a profit or they would loose the line. What a joke when I received the ink I checked on Amazon and the same aftermarket product same brand and all was $4.00 cheaper. After another couple weeks of burning through ink and dealing with how painfully slow this printer was I was supposedly given to a supervisor who again said they wont take the printer back but will then sell me a used one that will fit my needs for again a great price. The real kicker here is that the salesman SY swears that I never told him that I used as much paper as I do which is a complete lie. The whole reason the initial order was not sent was because he wanted to know my paper usage so I could get the right printer, he was saying that the one I was buying was most likely an overkill for what I needed. Instead of giving the customer what they are looking for they push to sell you what works best for them and then lie about what they were told. Now what they sold me is sitting in the box in a storage room and I had to purchase what I wanted from the beginning. Horrible Experience.

Customer service was very helpful and responsive. Unlike other online sellers, they know their inventory stock and I was able to order the printer I wanted same day. An easy process working with Sy.

Worst customer service ever, their prices are misleading, when you place order they call and claim the listed price is just for the machine, you need to pay twice of the listed price on website to include consumables. While as far as know all manufacturers include consumables in the brand new units. 2 years ago ordered another printer when I called Konica Minolta for support they said the unit is registered under other business name and cannot be supported.

The printer in our office ended up failing after many years of use. Turned to these guys when looking around for the same model but knew it would be refurbished. The first one had some misfortune during shipping and was having complications printing. Contacted them, let them know what it was doing and they sent another one to replace it. The second one had better luck making its way to us and has worked outstandingly so far. They even took the unfortunate one back. Would recommend this company to anyone. Got a great rebuilt HP M477fnw printer / scanner / copier / fax combo with wireless during chip shortage when few were available new. I found them randomly a couple years ago looking for a printer on the internet. I was looking for a MICR printer and they hooked me up with a printer that was perfect for our needs. Great mix of price and durability. It was exactly what we needed. Then when we were looking to replace our office printer, They helped me pick the perfect printer and it has worked great. I ordered a second one for my other office I liked it so much. Since then I have bought several printers and I always order my toner. Usually when I call I get Sy. I guess the lack of quality and service is due to the fact that not only do they sell printers, copiers, fax machines & their accessories, but also Luxury Watches. Hmmm cant say Ive ever had the luxury of purchasing a $3,000 Gucci watch while waiting on hold...

Im so happy I found this website and was able to get an exact replacement for the small copier next to my desk. Our office has a networked copier in another area but having a personal copier is just too convenient. Im glad someone is willing to refurbish discontinued items like this. The owner and his sales rep were very accommodating and I received the copier within a week of placing the order. It was packed very well, was clean and ready to use.

When I first ordered a MFP printer from Copyfaxes they did not have the model that they advertised in stock which should be addressed with the inventory system they use. So I understand some users frustration of being allowed to order a product then be told it is not available. Not sure why they do not use a live inventory system.I was contacted and was offered a different printer that would use the same toner that I was replacing so there was a silver lining there and they were helpful through the process.When I did receive the printer it did arrive not working and it did take a few days to get ahold of a technician to respond back but when they did they did issue a return label and was faster than expected on returning the printer in good working order. I did appreciate that they added toner with the printer which is why I am giving 5 stars due to the customer service received. Overall I am happy with buying from Copyfaxes and they did make resolving my issue pretty painless. I will definitely buy from them in the future but will call first before purchasing off the site to insure that they have the product I want in stock.

Copy Faxes is a SCAM they sell machines that do not work properly and are not consistent in printing capabilities. The return policy is a joke the 21 one day return policy doesnt make ANY sense. It starts off with 21 days return and the EVERY sentence following the first one states how they will not return the items if its been opened. Ok so one has to open the product to use it or try it there is no other way around it, and once its open it cant be returned ??? The machine is VERY expensive and does not work.

The company advertises they have a refurbished printer for a certain price then tells you they do not have any of those but they do have a reconditioned one for twice as much. Then I go back to their site and they still say they have 1 of the cheap ones for sale. Love the bait and switch. Dirtbag move.

I ordered a printer and NEVER received it. It has been over one week. They do not answer my repeated phone calls over the last two days. I have called ten times. I have left messages on their website. No response. I would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

We had ordered a refurbish printer and since they did not have the one we ordered they called us immediately and then made sure that we could get one that they had redone and at the same price of the other printer. Called about finding a toner replacement for a copy machine that is on their website. The staff member that looked it up said it was on order for them, but then couldnt answer any technical questions, and was very quick to tell me, somewhat rudely, that they arent techs and dont know anything about the products, except if they have them. There wasnt anything else he offered to do, I asked if there was someone else I could talk to who might know the information I needed and he said no. Also No to if the product was on their website. It didnt give me any faith in the company, wont be using them.

I wouldn’t waste my time with this company. I had several hiccups with an order I had placed this year and I was disappointed with the customer service, as well as with the product I had ordered. Being candid, I did request to return an item outside of the return period, but a 50% restocking fee on top of the rigorous requirements to get an RA + shipping costs for a broken unit is an unacceptable offer.

My daughter placed an order for a printer. She received an email saying that due to recent fraud she had to call. She called and then they told her that the printer she ordered would now cost her an additional $50 and then shipping was no longer free so an additional $100 for her to get it. I would be very cautious something fishy with them.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company! So much was never disclosed, such as; we would have to put the unit together ourselves and install all of the extra circuitry components (fax / WLAN) and now, the wireless WLAN unit wont work because they didnt include the mounting kit. They want to charge $200 for the kit and refuse to take the WLAN unit back. I was also never provided the tracking number which caused a missed delivery by Fed-Ex. Luckily, Fed-Ed sympathized with our situation and removed the extra $140 charge. Kevin is very arrogant and has zero customer service skills!! This company acts like they cant make a mistake. Will never do business with them again!

I ordered a copier for a new office we were starting up. I received a call a couple of days later to inform me that the copier was on back-order and I would not receive it for another 3-4 weeks. He proceeded to offer to get me a different (BETTER!!) copier with toner and warranty all within my budget. Customer service like that is rare these days. These guys are very hands on when it comes to customer support. They had constant contact with me during the ordering process which also even enabled them to offer me a better deal than what I had bought online. Without them having been in phone contact with them about my online order I would have never known about other products which may have better suited my needs. Once the printer arrived I had questions about installing it and they helped me with that too. After printing a large number of pages I found that there may have been some problem with the ink cartridge they sold me and contacted them and they sent me a free replacement and asked that I returned the old one. These guys really know how to take care of their customers and they are in it to create long term relationships with their customers. They seem very much to be like the shop down the street and not a shop a 1000 miles away from me. These guys are great! I highly recommend them and I will go back to them for any future needs in office printing equipment.

We needed a printer fast. We went with Copyfaxes after explaining that we needed our printer quickly because the salesman, Sio, told us it would ship that day from Southern California (where we are located) and wed have tracking information that day. After a lot of hassle and no tracking information for two days, we discovered that our printer had shipped from North Carolina and would not arrive for a week!I e-mailed the sales manager, Kevin Revarb, to let him know we were not happy and I would be calling. It took a week to actually reach him on the phone where he proceeded to just talk over me and had all sorts of excuses. He went on and on about UPS, pallets, shipping....all things I already have extensive knowledge of since we ship nationwide as well. He also told me that he did not think we were told the things we were! Very disappointing behavior, he never once even apologized. Not good customer service at all, obviously Copyfaxes only cares about making a sale, not about what their customers need or want.

I,m so impressed with the service from copyfaxes. i was totally confused about what to order and where to go from- which brands a plain copier or maybe a multi function and the more i browsed through the site the more confused i became because there were so many machines to choose from. I called them up and spoke to sy who was really pretty helpful and i just went according to his recommendation...he seemed knowledgeable enough. Terrible service bought a NEW Canon printer went to set it up the manufacturer management codes have already been changed giving me 6316279 access to any of the features the printer came with called Canon they couldnt fix it remotely so now Im waiting for a tech to come out, I can only imagine what thats gunna cost, SY is no help says he has no responsibility but the machine you sold doesnt have half of what I paid for this is now just a printer that holds alotta paper
