Horrible customer service!! I ordered the brown decal in the picture and received the blue custom monogrammed decal in the picture. Clearly someone elses order. I reached out to them and was told to send item back. I had to continually ask for a return shipping label. They finally sent me a RMA#. I sent item back and received a refund only for the item and tax. They will not return the original shipping I paid for the wrong item. When I ask, I keep getting told a refund for the item has been processed. YES.. I got the refund, but where is the refund for shipping do to your fault?

Hey guys, DO NOT buy anything from UnbeatableSale.com. I purchased 10 = 20 Amp arc fault breakers from them at $236.45 and not only did they send the wrong product, but they sent old, used merchandise. I ordered new in package. UnbeatableSale.com is now refusing my return due to not being able to resell.I dont want any of you to go through what Ive been going through since August. Below are pictures of what I ordered and what they sent.I am also going to contact the BBB.

I ordered my 3 year old a costume on 10/18, it is now 10/25 and I still haven’t received a tracking number or answer as to when I’ll get the costume. Trick or treat is the 28th so I’ll have to spend even more money for another costume. On June 11 2021 I ordered a 4 piece patio set and a pair of wicker chairs from unbelievablesale.com. About a month later I received the patio set. When I Inquired about the two wicker chairs they informed me that they are on back order and will be shipped to me by 18 August. Today is August 29, I’ve emailed and called customer service no one has provided me any updates. This company has very poor customer service, to include a lack of communication. Should you decide to order from this company be aware you’re taking the risk of not receiving your order on time or not receiving it at all.

I ordered a Cheval mirror through WISH.com.Unbeatable sales was the third party vendor, said mirror arrived one leg fell out of the box broken in half. That was September 7th since then I have been through hell with this company trying to receive what I purchased undamaged. They asked for a series of photos then they said the photos were blurry. I since have tried correspondence every day took more and more photos and now they are just shining me on no answer to my messages. This is obviously a scam of a company, I was sent the wrong items, would have to pay to get them returned and the after I paid shipping twice would not be reimbursed for any of the shipping which by this time will have cost me approx 150$ . I don’t even want to leave one star because they don’t deserve it. This company is selling under Walmart’s online website and I trusted them as being a reputable company but was sadly disappointed. I’ve been trying to get resolution for 2 months now for a product I ordered. It took over a month for the item to arrive and when it did, the package was damaged. Upon opening, the product was also damaged and had missing parts. After numerous attempts at resolution, nothing has been done. I have contacted my credit card company as well. The products ordered totaled over two hundred dollars. I am at my wit’s end. Please, buyer beware! This company does not value customers. I will never use them again! Walmart needs to vet their sellers, especially since they can easily tarnish the store’s name. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but when a company deserves it, I’m going to give an honest and open review.

Terrible company. No one answers your calls or returns emails. The track my order link on their website doesnt work. When I finally got someone on the phone I was talked down too and was told I was sent an email with the tracking info which I wasnt. The man acted like I didnt know how to check my email. I ordered my item 10 days ago and never got an order confirmation or tracking info. Calling my bank now to dispute the charge.

The absolute worst. Ordered two items, rings and a bag to hold the rings. Shipped the bag and not the rings. Advised two and a 1/2 weeks later the rings are not coming. Now I have the bag and nothing to put in it. Contacted the company and advised I needed to send bag back and to provide shipping label. I ordered through Walmart.com through a baby registry. I received a totally different product. After a week of speaking with the company on finding out how to return the item, I returned the item and never received a refund. I have called at least 10 times to Walmart with many many conversations in the last month with no resolution. I finally received an email from unbeatablesale stating I would receive a refund on Aug 4 and never was credited. I received another email stating I would receive a refund on Aug 10 and again never received. This is totally unacceptable. Be careful when ordering through them or Walmart.com

I called unbeatblesale.com to verify an item on their website because it looked to good to be true but I wanted it. I spoke with Martin and we verified the part # and the SKU#. He called the warehouse and verified all the parts that were included with the product and it was just what I wanted. He advised it was not a scam and everything looked good. I placed the order and waited for the shipment. When it arrived, it was a completely different item and not what I ordered. I called customer service, they apologized and offered a refund. I advised that I wanted the product that I ordered and verified before ordering and they said there is nothing they can do. Refund given but 6 hours wasted. They do sell the product I want but wont honor the price.

This vase was available on other sites, but Unbeatablesale.com certainly lived up to its name as the least expensive. I was worried about using this site as Ive never even heard of it before, but all went well. There is no tracking available, but it was delivered by FedEx quickly.

I received my order but I was never provided with tracking info. I never knew it shipped. I didnt even know it had been delivered until my husband opened the front door to go outside. I like the price and delivery was fast but wish I was provided with tracking information so that I could have been on the lookout. Good thing the package was not stolen.

I placed an online order January 23rd for my fiances Valentines day gift February 14th. They waited until February 5th to let me know the item was sold out. I had to purchase from another company, and pay 16 dollars extra for faster shipping. It shouldnt take more than 2 days to contact your customer to tell them the item that was available online is no longer available, and is sold out, because they cant keep an accurate inventory.

The bird baths I purchased were delivered timely. They were well packed and showed no evidence of shipping trauma. i was kept well informed via email of each stage of the purchase process. No problems with this vendor and would use again.

My package was delivered, to my neighbour. Apparently the fedex driver Left it at my neighbours doorstep. Thank God I saw the truck and knew it was on its way so I was able to go to my neighbours house and retrieve my package with my name and address on it. It did not fit the ironing board i purchased it for. It did fit another board in the house.. .

I got a good deal on a gift I got for myboyfriend. They are always updating me one when it’s delievered and you can track your packages. The one problem is I did a home delivery which took a little bit more time, but you can always manage how your package wants to be delivered.

I have been shopping for over three solid months for a L-shaped computer desk because I have limited space on both sides. This was the only place I was able to find something that fit and it was affordable at a reasonable price. This same desk was sold @ Walmart and I was able to buy it from Unbeatable for a cheaper price.

Deserves no star review. I ordered something and cancelled it the same day. They would not refund the shipping or the cost for me sending it back. They managed to see the order but not the cancellation, so I am out $25. It is best never to order from them because the shipping is expensive and the items were higher than I could get elsewhere.

I ordered an item on 12/13 and it said at the time of order in would be in 12/23. Before I ordered the item, I called to ask if I could get it expedited and the customer service rep said we cant expedite until the order is placed (duh). So I placed the order and called back and as directed to corporate to expedite the order. Corporate told me that they dont expedite orders. I called back I watched everyday to make sure that it was shipping and it didnt ship. I called again later in the week letting them know that it still hadnt shipped and was told that they were confident it would be there by the 23rd. I called again on 12/20 and was told that it hadnt shipped yet and it was coming from California, but it could get here before Christmas. NOW, I get an email stating it will NOT be in and WILL NOT ship out until after Christmas and will take NO LESS thank 5 business days. I wish I read the reviews from this company before ordering. What an awful company. Poor customer service. Just Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, nothing I can do. There is, dont lie to customers and make up for ruining their kids Christmas. Just a terrible company to deal with. And they dont care how they effect people at all.** Update. I got an email stating that my item shipped and would be here on 12/27... SHIP DATE RANGE FROM 5-1 to 5-10, TO 5-1 to 5-11. Totally unprofessional for Seller to move the est. ship date range without notifying the customer, totally unreasonable cancellation policy.
