I bought a nice Citizen watch here, the lady at the jewelry counter was extremely patient as I tried on about 25 watches, left to check sales and the came back for the one I liked. She also helped figure out it was in sale. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the shopping experience. Would definitely shop here again if I needed to.

Customer service has changed here at JCPenney. I used to be a tailor ready to take care of you. There linen Department was always impressive now it just seems like a regular Target display. Their product is always good quality though although sometimes its very limited. And I really hate when they say to you should shop online you might find it there.

A good local JCPenney, but there big and tall section is not that good.

Great Facility and excellent pricing! Every employees Ive met with were excellently helpful, kind, supportive, and kindly dedicated to our shopping! Each professional would greatly help us find each product we were shopping for and their assistance was and is greatly productive!

Staff was lacking. 2 of 3 registers were closed, and the wait in line was too long because the cashiers wanted everyone to apply for their charge card, slowing everything down.

Have always loved this store but they never seem to have enough cashiers the wait in line to pay is way to long. They need more people to help customers.

A young man named Adam was my cashier. He was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and get the line moving.Every employee that I encountered was helpful.I swooped up the basics while it was buy 1 get 1 50% off.

The sporty clothing selection was great but I wish they had a better jean selection for men like they used to have.

Hadnt been to a Penneys in years. And now I see why. Found exactly what I was looking for on clearance. I added a matching item at full price. Go to pay, clerk says, oh we cant sell this. It shouldnt have been on the floor. I offered to pay DOUBLE the price. Nope, we cant sell it! Stunned, I just said, well dont have items on your floor, even on the clearance table if you cant sell it. I said Id not been to a Penneys in years, and wont ever again. I see why online business is taking over. Things might show out of stock, but at least if you SEE it, you usually buy it! Disappointing to say the least.

Well my brother was visting from Oklahoma and wanted to exchange some pants that he had purchased last time he visited Lakewood mall but didnt have his receipt told him dont get your hopes up this isnt oklahoma but i was wrong the manger was great and so was the checker send to help us. Two thumbs up jcpenny for having great employees.

They had what I needed and some other cool things too.

Pennys is an old school retail store, but the merchandise offered is a good selection @ affordable prices.

Curbside was a little slow so I recieved a message to go inside to pick up my items but other than that it was in and out and I recommend going early, like right when they open, to avoid crowds and get your items a lot faster. Thanks for all your efforts to make getting items easy.

Very nice Cee Cee from Sephora helped me get to an OPEN dressing room. And the clerk who checked me out helped me find additional items in my size available online.Great experience!

JC Penny is such a nice clean place but they do have great sales but it is hard to tell because the sales signs are so small. The staff was hard to find unless you went to dreading room or register. Nice the Sephora place within there was a great addition. But still has great clothing and a variety of clothing available.

Came in to Salon for a hair dryer and the one I saw at the counter was more expensive than the one I saw online . I spoke with Salon Manager and she was extremely helpful. She found 3 other dryers to chose from that were more reasonably priced and got to use my coupon too.

I was looking for special occasions to dress but I couldnt find nothing on grey color and medium size.

I absolutely hated the whole pick up experience through online ordering....I didn’t receive any email or message for pick up. No one picks up the phone at the store to answer questions and now my order will be put back because I’ve ran out of time to pick up. Very frustrating.

Customer service was fast and easy. The employees were very courteous.

I placed a queen mattress order and they ordered a twin. I had to cancel and wait a whole week later. Just to place a queen mattress. So inconvenient for me.

Havent been to this store for years however, this store is well organized and looked very cleaned. I didnt really find much on the juniors section but they do sell nice cute basics tops which I like their clothing for it is good quality, however this store is pricey and other than that is their customer service is friendly and there was no long lines which was great.

Lakewood Mall is wiped cleaned. DO NOT waste your time coming over thia week end. LOTS of junk leftover.

The prices right now are great, a $120 jacket I got it for $45 only with the discounts they have!

The plus size options are basic- not fun or exciting! Store overall is clean and organized. The mens section has some great deals and I was able to get my fiance some workout clothes for cheap.

Ok so I’m use to walking in a store and honestly not too many people ask me if I need any help while I’m wondering around lost. However, there is this lady that sells mattresses in this JC that is absolutely amazing and adorable. She was so welcoming and nice that we are seriously gonna purchase a mattress from her.There’s just something special about people who greet you with a smile when you enter their establishment. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that we really enjoyed the time she shared with us. It made us feel at home in a store 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️. Thank you so much and we will see you again.

Good prices

Excellent photographs and professional photographer. Definitely great options I am very pleased with their service. Joseline did such a great job offering different selection of poses too. We basically came and she guided us through the entire process. The photo taking is about 15 min and about another 20 min waiting for her to assemble everything so it was very quick!

I had to wait about 20 minutes to be serviced. Im not sure what object the clerk was working on however I think it could have been placed aside. Im not clear why or how the choice is made to assist someone calling on the phone over assisting someone who have spent gas and time to actually show up in the store. So the store clerk make the choice to make me wait🐽

This particular JCP is my favorite, I can always find what I’m looking for at great prices. I especially love the fact that they have a wonderful big and tall section upstairs. The store sometimes can be in disarray meaning you’ll have to dig a bit to find your treasure lol, but I must say it’s worth is.

GREAT deals! I love shopping at this Jc Penny. I went in today for my online pick up order and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed by several managers there. The associate at the pick up location was very kind and friendly. Everyone was so helpful. Will be coming back. :)

This Penney’s right inside the Lakewood Mall which make it convenient with plenty of parking. However, it’s a smaller sized Penney’s and doesn’t have many merchandise that a full size Penneys or Target would have.

In fine jewelry please ask for Maria One AWESOME young lady great non sales. Sales person, if not ask for Lucy they took the time and sold me an Fabulous tennis bracelet for my daughter..They are Simply the best!!!!

Ordered same day pickup called multiple numbers and no one could give me answers I made the order well before there 3PM deadline yet the store claimed to not have recieved my order waste of time would have been better of going in and getting item

Bought swimsuit here 2 weeks ago. Going on vacation and was packing suit. To my surprise security tag still on it. Im leaving in 2 hours have to stop everything and run to store!!!! Only one check out. Service area open and when i asked if there was another area was directed to a register that had nobody there!!! Waited 20 min and finally got somebody to help me. Never shopping at this store again. Staff is rude and has no knowledge of how store is set up. Never shopping here again!!!

Good sales

I would of stayed and shopped more, spent more $ if the store was comfortable. It felt like the heater was on in several areas of the store. I was miserable hot. I tried on one top couldnt try on any more clothes so hot in the dressing room area for the women and throughout the store.

Did not find what I was looking for. Nice bath rugs. No one offered help either.
