Ive been going here for almost 10 years and I’ve loved both Dr’s I’ve seen here. The ENTIRE staff is extraordinarily helpful and seemed to do everything they could to help me out when my insurance changed for the worst. They’ve even fixed my frames for free! Definitely my forever home for eye care.

Super professional staff! I was able to get in at an early date due to a cancellation & was very thankful :) The staff was really nice and patient with all my questions. Taj patiently helped me pick out exactly what I wanted even though I was being totally indecisive. Will defiantly keep coming here in the future!

I had such a great experience at this place! I had to take my three-year-old daughter with me, and I was so nervous. Every single person there was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The place is nice and easy to find. The ladys up front r very rude. I deal with people all day at work and most people r very nice but they r very rude!. Went there and the staff appeared upset with me right off the bat for unknown reasons. Then told me I need to pay for my eyes to get dilated or have a picture takin of my eyes and I had to pick one I order to be seen and it will cost out of pocket for the option that I can drive home because if I picked the option that my insurance covers they said I will have problems seeing for 3 to 4 hours. I told them I just got this dont a month ago and I can have the place fax the information over they said NO u need to pick one to be seen today. I wish they would have told me this b4 I took time off from work...so rude!

Every single person is extremely friendly courteous and professional. I am saving special kudos for doctor Naidu because she is probably the best eye doctor I have ever been to.

Great vision care everyone were very professional and polite. From the minute you walk in the door safety and your personal care are their first priority, I was very impressed with my entire experience and I will always go to Bridgeport family Vision clinic for my eye care and glasses. This is a best Vision Care Facility in the North West.

This man is an amazing human. I went to urgent care and was miss diagnosed. It didnt set right with me so I drove to his office to double check. The front desk said he doesnt do emergencies. He was in the lobby and waved me back. He thoroughly examined my eyes with a different type of eye problem. Thank goodness he was able and kind enough to see me. Thank you for being so kind and considerate for seeing me. He is the best

For as long as I can remember I’ve needed glasses and have been to different offices for exams and I never really had a great experience. Some offices were unimpressive and some were terrible but this office is amazing! My daughter and I were both seen and they made it so effortlessly. Thank you for providing excellent care. I am a forever patient of theirs for sure! From the doctors to their assistants - they made me feel at ease, thank you again for taking care of my daughter and I.

Fantastic clinic! Everyone is friendly, and welcoming, and are very good at putting you at ease. My doctor is knowledgeable and supportive.

My husband was the first to visit, and hes a hard-sell. He was impressed with the staff and how they do eye exams. So I went. Just as impressed. I even got the nose pads changed on my old glasses from another clinic.

The doctor is wonderful and everyone on his team is so polite & helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. The contacts and glasses are very reasonably priced and they have a good selection! They accept many types of insurance too.

I called with a bit of an emergency and was able to be seen for the first time as a new patient that same day. I received a very thorough exam and was able to talk through options for new contacts and glasses at this same appointment. Insurance coverage is always a mystery to me, so when they were able to provide me with what my Insurance covered, and what options I had, within minutes, I was able to make the right, informed decision for me. The staff and doctors have always been cheerful and extremely helpful!. Ill definitely continue to come here!

I was a patient of the previous doctor, Dr. Williams for over a decade. I always had the best care. Thankfully, when my son had to be seen for a sudden eye issue, we felt that same dedicated care with Dr. Igbinoba!

I dont remember how to spell his name but Dr. S was wonderful and very patient with my daughter. She was very fidgety and made it close to impossible for him to get a good reading but he kept his composure and worked with my child. He even gave me a coupon for a free pair of glasses. So not only did my insurance pay for her glasses completely but they also gave me a free pair for her. ❤ they had toys to entertain my other two children as well. Very awesome experience.

I was thoroughly blown away by the excellent eye appointment. I learned so much that Walmart or Costco eye doctors never told me about my eyes. Seriously I highly recommend this place, they do so much more. The doctor checked EVERYTHING and I learned a lot. the appointment lasted 45 minutes and I learned everything from my slightly reduced depth perception (I was told previous I had none) to the perfect size and fit for glasses I should order. I left feeling these guys do it right, very professional and nice to boot

Dr. Brett was great. Very upbeat and patient to make sure he checks every detail of your eye during the exam. Staff was friendly. You can tell Brett sets the mood of having a positive attitude for the whole team.

My wife and I both needed check ups and knew that we needed new glasses. We had vision insurance which wasnt much company paid anyway. The receptionist let us know all the coverages that our insurance would handle a week in advance of us coming in for our appointment. Both my wife and I have used the discount vision stores in clinics previously, though we decided to try out a more reputable establishment. I have to say that we were not disappointed whatsoever! Everyone in the clinic was polite and courteous as was the eye doctor. We ended up with three sets of glasses and are very happy to have Bridgeport Vision Clinic as our go to for eyecare!

I am very impressed with this clinic and highly recommend it! I have a history of retinal tears so yesterday when I was experiencing increased floaters and flashes, I called at 3:15. Karen, the office manager, told me to come in right away. Although I had to be squeezed in between existing appointments, no one made me feel like I was an imposition. Everyone was reassuring and caring. Both Monica, the eye technician and Dr. Igbinoba took time to explain every procedure thoroughly so I felt comfortable. Dr. I. Is very knowledgeable and will use drawings or examples from the internet to explain the condition. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, caring and helpful!

Dr. Brett Igbinoba is fabulous. I have a complex glasses prescription that has never been quit right at previous eye doctors. Dr. Brett got it right the first time. I got a really cute pair of glasses that my friends all complimented me on. Dr. Brett is personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was the best I have ever experienced. I am recommending this clinic to all my family and friends.

Dr Igbinoba is a phenomenal optometrist. He is at the very top of his profession. I interact with many optometrists. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He cares deeply for his patients and goes to the extra effort to ensure that they have the best care possible. You are in the best possible hands with him.

Dr. Igbinoba was so awesome and friendly, taking a new patient as an emergency. He really helped me out of a tight spot (if I can’t see, I can’t work) and my family and I are making the switch to this office as our permanent optometrist.

My wife just came in for an eye exam. Apparently there are new doctors who dont charge the same co-pays. (increase of 200% without changing insurance) Which would not be a problem if these increases were not discussed until after the exam. Yes you read that right: the increases were not discussed until it was time to pay. There are many more professional and honest optometrists in the area. Do not go here.

He was patient with my son and provided courteous service. He gave us a military discount on our eyeglasses. I thought the exam was very thorough and covered all of my concerns with much thoughtfulness.

The staff here is very friendly and Dr Igbinoba is the most pleasant doctor I’ve ever encountered. My vision is not quite bad enough to require glasses and he did not not try to sell me any knowing they aren’t covered by my insurance.

The doctor there Is amazing. The best eye exam that I have ever had. That being said, The ladies at the front are extremely rude. I have called a few times asking if my glasses have come in yet because it has been over 2 weeks now and i still dont have them. Each time I called I was given and attitude. the customer service is none existing. Also their lenses and frame are EXTREMELY over priced, between that and waiting 3 weeks to get my glasses. I will NEVER order glasses from them again. But I will go their to get an eye exam.

Ive come to this location every year since I was a child, when it was owned and run by Dr. Johnson. Ive had a +15 year history with this office. Although I think Dr. S is a fantastic optometrist, the front staff is short, rude and not helpful. Unfortunately I will no longer be supporting this small private business because of inability to correctly pronounce my name, sassy attitude from the front desk, and the inability of the staff to figure out how to run a valid insurance card.

Front desk staff was friendly and made sure we were taking care of
