I showed up as a walk in on a busy day and was taken care of right away.I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the customer service.Dave R. Who assisted me provided excellent customer service. The doctor who examined me answered all my questions. The entire staff was kind and courteous and I was very happy.They worked with my insurance and got me a great deal.Very happy with the experience.

I cannot say enough about this Walmart Vision & Glasses. I was in town on a business trip and completely forgot to pack my contacts (rookie mistake). I was panicked because I have daily-wear contacts and was in town for a week. I had called a few private practices before I reached the Walmart Vision Center and spoke with Kayla. She was incredibly professional and caring. She helped me come up with a solution and even offered to run the contacts out to my Uber to save me money on a separate ride. I am in the hospitality industry and I dont often run into someone as caring and thoughtful as Kayla and the team at Walmart Vision & Glasses on Colfax Ave.

Came here due to the location. I have had an extremely positive experience. The Dr. and the staff are all great and very responsive with needs. They did not try to up sell me on anything.

Originally I picked here for convenience, but I had a positive experience. The doctor was patient with me and helped dial in the best prescription possible for my issues. Then Larry out front went out of his way to find the best fit and explain all the differences between the types of lenses, frames, etc. Much appreciated.

Going was a complete waste of my time I had been over charged for a exam I didnt even take or need and the optometrist was very rude and disrespectful and obviously does not respect his patients. There is no need to take your bad day out on someone else

Inexpensive, but quality eye wear. The front staff take their time with you, and the doctor is experienced and does very thorough exams. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else!

DONT GO HERE ! my son autistic went in & by the time this dr was done he was charging him sooooo much money he needed this and that.. no he didnt! taking advantage of the fact he didnt understand! When this exam would be $150 anywhere else. Simple easy glasses and contacts HOW dare them take advantage!!! Azzhole. Walked out with nothing but an exam!!

Went in for an eye exam and contacts. Was helped by Dave who helped me track down my insurance even though the insurance was difficult to work with Dave set me up. Very helpful and informative. 10/10

No one is picking up the phone. I have been on hold for 45 minutes. (Getting dropped ever 10) and no one is picking up. Good luck trying to get your prescription details or making an appointment!!!

Nice front desk staff, horrible doctor. I had a MAJOR panic attack because he forced me to get the glaucoma testing. He didnt care. Very rude man. Never introduced himself, never explained what he was doing. My eyes were so red and irritated from my panic attack, puff test, and from trying on 3-4 contact lenses that I had to take the contacts out before I left the waiting room. I wore them today for 2 hours, and realized that one eye has the wrong prescription. My eyes also have a burning sensation and are red.

This place is garbage, they are so rude and inconsiderate!! I wish I wouldve read the reviews, they are right!! They make all walmart vision look bad!

Dont go to this place,, go to the one on first or even Look Optical on 44th
