Went to have my computer tuned up and the odds and ends fixed up to see if that would benefit my gaming experience which was lacking, and ended up being helped by Travis who gave me the right things to actually improve and take a big step upward for the quality and performance for my computer for a good price and he was also just a great helpful guy. I appreciated the service and am confident for continuing to go here for future needs with such a good first time. Very fast as well

My experience was exceptional. Took my laptop for repair and was greeted with a smile and friendly yet professional greeting. The store is immaculate looks ready for business. They said it could be up to a week depending on what it needs. They put in new operating system, that was which was much better than the original and it was ready the next afternoon. Works perfectly, better than new. They are my computer go to guys and I think you will like them also. Highly recommended.

5 months. Thats how long they had my daughters 3DSXL. Everytime I called I was told they were waiting on parts. Finally went in today because I hadnt heard from them. First the guy cant find the order. Second hes saying that it might have been recycled because after they finish you have 30 days to pick it up. Thirdly hes telling me that other than the screw set they keep everything in stock. So which is it? So $40 and 5 months later we have her DS back still in pieces. He also told me they sent me several emails. No, I received 3 right after I dropped it off, nothing after. I will never bring anything there again.

Great place, quality work, and excellent service. Excellent turnaround time on repairs as well. Willing to work with you and won’t gouge you on pricing as well. I came in with ps4 issues and they fixed it right up. One of the only places in the Puget Sound that can solder on mother boards. I’ll put it this way. I live north of Bellingham and I’m willing to drive down to see them for computer and game console repairs. They’re that good.

I had a computer that was totally fried from a baby turning it off and on. I took it in to two places, trying to get the pictures off. No one could help. Broke my heart but I just couldn’t throw it away with so many memories on it. I saw a friend used Travis’ services and thought, what the heck? It’s been in my garage for 10yrs. Can’t hurt? What an awesome surprise that he was able to retrieve pictures I haven’t seen in a decade!! I’ve also messaged him a few times with computer questions, totally willing to pay him for his advice and he happily helped me for a couple minutes via text. Thank you! Amazing service!

I am an it professional and i know this gentleman personally. there are few instances that i require help or a consult. when it comes to computers, the owner is the man i talk to about computer support that is beyond me skill set. they will be able to take care of you for whatever reason and need that you should ever need or desire. if your a business that needs an IT guy, this is the pace to go.

Hands down the best tech support in town. The owner Travis is respectful, hardworking, ethical, knowledgeable and a nice guy. It can be hard to find all those qualities in one business owner. I’d totally return for any future business and highly recommend!

Mr. Longley is wonderful at what he does. Whenever we have a tech question we always go to him! If he doesnt have an answer right away, he will definitely find one. He has fixed a few of our computers now. We definitely save a lot by going to him for all our tech needs. Our computers last longer than the warranty thats for sure 👍

Very knowledgeable and friendly

Customer service is ok, I brought my game to this place to get the lens cleaned and they took apart my whole game and broke it before I brought it to them it was accepting disks just fine, when I left it could no longer accept disks. I was referred to them and I went off the person who referred me. These guys are NOT PlayStation savvy as they say. They have no knowledge what so ever I am very upset and I will be leaving a Yelp review also. Absolutely ridiculous.
