Tried to edit my order on Door dash, but they refuse online edits. I called in to make sure my allergy needs were met, the phone ringer has been turned off basically. Took many tries to reach and employee with only 2 rings at a time. Specified to an employee the order and they still got it wrong. Direct edits should be enabled online to provide accurate tickets to the kitchen. Weak service standards despite the pandemic climate. If there arent enough employees the customer should have better access to menu options. No add ons. No remove option. This is managments responsibility to remedy.

Good breakfast sandwiches…when they get your order right. 1st timers, was rushed to put an order in. I ordered Turkey sausage, white egg, Swiss cheese on regular bagel. Hubby ordered bacon, cheddar cheese, on regular bagel. Fast getting orders out, but either didn’t read our order or switched our order with the guy ahead of us. They called their order & ours at the same time, but we got 2 turkey sausages, both with cheddar cheese, & 1 bagel was NOT a plain bagel. Went back up & they wouldn’t even look at our receipt to see what they did wrong. Instantly irritated with me & almost screwed the order up again. Tall dark haired gal, VERY RUDE & snippy. Yes, they were busy, but accuracy is more important than speed. It would have saved every1 time, $, & irritation. We won’t go back here.

2 Stars cause it does taste good. But dont expect to get what you order.They take your order. Then they take your money. Then they tell you what they dont have?! 10:30am and theyre out of more than half of the bagel types offered on the menu. Yet theyll take orders for signature sandwiches which are supposed to be made with certain bagels they dont actually have. 🤬Fresh made is a great idea if you can execute it. Clearly this Einsteins can not!

Really good bagel sandwiches. First time I’ve eaten there. We both ordered the farmhouse breakfast sandwich and they were awesome.

I go to this location a few times a month and every time I am in there it seems like Emily provides the best customer service. Keep it up Emily, and thanks for always being so nice.

I like Einstein Brothers Bagels. It is really good for just a quick bite. I had a car appointment over at Nissan which is next door and it made for an easy way for me to get some quick food while my car was being serviced. Interior looks nice and appealing and again the food is good and always predictable. Parking can be a little tight at times... one more row... another 5 or 6 stalls would be good. I typically go in on the North entrance. While not the main entrance, it allows you to get into line more quickly which makes it easier for those quick in and out trips.

I called to find out why they make my food different everytime. I asked for the manager and the guy wanted to know why. What is was for. Why a manager. Finally he was willing to put her on the phone. He started telling her why I was calling. Ashley told him to hang up she didnt want to deal with it. I called back and Ashley didnt care. She kept laughing saying it wasnt a big deal. Yes it is. You keep messing my food up. And Im supporting a moran. Not anymore. I have reversed my last 3 orders with Visa. I wont support someone who doesnt care. This manager deserves to be fired. I wont send anyone here any longer. I manage hotels I. The area. Never again will I send so.eone here. We will throw all menus to this place away.Ashley you are rude and disrespectful. I dont bel3ive that was professional of you. And again you didnt care.

This shop is a great spot to grab a cup of coffee because everything here is fantastic. The ambience is quite pleasant, and the coffee tastes the best.

The best part of after a hard workout. Good food. The Bagelrito with a Toasted avocado on Cheesy Hashbrown bagel and a side of a Nova Lox on. Cheesy Bagel.The burrito was huge and filling. Well worth the $6.99. The toasted Nova Lox and Avocado was smooth like a smile on a fox.Amazing service, poliet, curtious ans super clean.Smell of a fresh baked bread brings me back to when you woke up and anticipated the nostalgic feeling of breakfast made with care.

Every time I have been to this Einstein Bros Bagel location, I have been met with friendly, excellent service. They seem to have done a great job adapting their service during COVID to ensure it is safe and clean. My orders are always spot-on, and the bagels...well, they are without fail always delicious!

Great people, good food, but still no indoor seating even though most, if not ALL, of their local competition just increased capacity again. This made me go across the street to Panera.

Their bagels and avocado toasts are delicious and their coffee is rich and full of flavor. We stopped their for breakfast before starting our journey back to Houston and it was a great choice for me and all my family. Of course we had to eat in the car because they only serve to go orders due to covit 19. Definitely I will be back and I highly recommend trying their foods and drinks.

I love Einsteins and tried this place out. The quiet girl with glasses at the register informed me that they discontinued their cranberry bagels which was very sad to hear, but offered suggestions like the blueberry bagel or cinnamon raisin. My bagel and cream cheese was delicious, but I do miss the cranberry bagel!

For a chain, the food is reliably good. They make a decent breakfast bagel sandwich and have good quality drip coffee. Service is reliable. The seating space is casual and reasonably comfortable. The ambience is nothing special but hey, its a chain in a shopping center.They open at 5am, which is a rare find for early risers.My one complaint here is that the music is always intrusively loud. Its 530am, Im the only customer, and Adele is blaring. I wish I could read my magazine in peace and quiet, but its not to be.

Employees on the weekend are always super nice. Food is always good. Disappointed sometimes they wont have the bagel you want but they have so many, just try a new one.

1 star because the coffee was hot, another star because the napkin dispenser was filled.That’s about it. Came in on a busy Friday morning, line was stacked up to the door. The lone cashier was struggling to process a payment for a customer using a gift card. Kate (the manager with the lip ring) came over to help but was visibly bothered.15 minutes later, I got my order which was a very basic plain bagel, toasted, plain cream cheese. Whoever prepared my bagel evidently used the same spreader for plain cream cheese as they had for veggie and garlic cream cheese, because that’s what I tasted when I bit in. Two bites in, I just gave up and threw it away. The line was too long to order a new one and my appetite was shot after an unexpected bite of crunchy asparagus.

Quick service and fresh food.

I havent been here for a while and since I had met my friends for brunch at Blue Sky next door I stopped in for a half dozen bagels.I ordered 6 onion bagels and requested that they were not sliced. The total was a lot more than what I had paid in the past ($9.49). On top of that, when the bagels arrived the counter person indicated that they were sliced and asked if that was okay. I said no she claimed that there were only 3 unsliced bagels. The bagels are smaller than the bagels I had purchased before and lacked the flavor of an onion bagel.Although the service was okay, I doubt that Ill return.

Great customer service, coffee is awesome

The young man that took our order was very friendly and cheerful a plus, but service has gone way down hill. This morning we waited 20+ minutes for our order. Last time we were her the coffee was cold. Staffing levels are way down and sadly it shows in the food service. Too bad, we enjoy Einstein Bros. But thinking this may not longer be our first choice for inexpensive breakfast.

Let me first start this off by saying that all of the employees working at 12:20 on 09/24/2018, with the exception of the person slicing my bagels, gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced! As a customer that spends a lot of money for this specific location, I was treated like a piece of garbage and am questioning ever doing business with this store or the entire company in general. The normal order station must have been down or something, but when I arrive that is the one I naturally go with. The woman making eggs in the back directed me to the other one with a sassy voice, even when I had done nothing to frustrate her. As I arrived at my turn to order after waiting in line for about five minutes, only to be told I had to order at the other end. The woman working the cash register was also mean and treated me like I was stupid for coming down to her to order. As I was waiting at the end I started at the first woman then raised her voice at me only to tell me the same information. I explained the situation, she rolled her eyes and said something about how everyone is confused today to her coworker. Excuse me!? The very nice young lady (the only one) then took my order an happily sliced my bagels. I then went back to check out. Before I checked out I did not know asking for a water cup would be like taring someones arm off, but I did successfully get it! I then told her my phone number for the points, she did not take them down but did run my card. After I had already paid then she told me I had to ask for the rewards to be added to my account before the transaction...WHAT DO YOU THINK I JUST DID!? I highly doubt I will ever go to this location because it is such a dumpster fire almost every time I go, this was my breaking point. I cried all the way back to work, thinking that I was stupid and worthless.It should also be noted that I work for a company that shares founders with Einsteins Bagels and know the customer care tradition that both companies still share. I highly doubt that this review will go anywhere, but just be aware of how horrible of a location this is if you ever want to work here or spend any money with them.

I got an iced mocha that had a bunch of chocolate at the bottom like the barista couldnt be bothered to stir it. It tasted more like chocolate milk than an espresso drink. They also only had one non-dairy milk option.

Not bad at all; busy location but they handled it well. Love the selection - though I wish the menu listed what was in the sandwich, I find myself having to always go to the website while waiting in line or before going so that I know what Im ordering. Clean location, friendly staff, looks like there was wifi available (folks camped out with MacBooks like it was Starbucks), food is delicious and fresh. Little loud in there when its busy, but I didnt find it unpleasant - we took it to-go anyways. Overall it was great - thanks for breakfast!

Their egg sandwiches ate always great. You can go simple or opulent. All choices have been great. I personally recommend am upgrade to the spinach or green chile bagel. Really good coffee too.

I showed up once and it was good. Several weeks later, Id been back at least once or twice a week. This stuff is the bomb! Get the farmhouse. I dont drink coffee so this judgement is strictly on the bagel portion and service portions.

I am staying at a nearby hotel for the weekend and yesterday morning and this morning decided to get coffee here. Both times I was here early and both times the restaurant was Not ready for customers. They were still brewing coffee and setting things up. I had to ask for cream twice because they had not put it out. Also, and this is a little thing but it still irritated me, although they opened the store five minutes late and there was a line of people gathered outside, the manager didn’t welcome his guests by unlocking the front door and holding it open. He merely unlocked the door and walked away. I thought that was tacky and not at all gracious.

Saturday morning rush and it looked like 3 aliens who had never worked in food service nor could describe what a bagel is on staff. It was PAINFUL to watch them try to serve food. We waited for 20 minutes and left w/o ever receiving our food. This place should be closed permanently. Staff made no attempt to solve any of the obvious problems or speak w customers.

When youre just sitting there eating your bagel or sandwich or whenever it gets cool in there Ive actually gone up and had them turn down the AC and you told me that or the Einsteins that I go to told me that the AC is controlled in Texas which is a bunch of bull because I was just in there this morning which was the 25th of June and heard the AC go on and off so Im not sure what kind of games youre playing with the customers but youre not pulling the wool over my eyes.

We have been here many times over the years since they have been in business and always had good service. On the morning of 12/29/18 we had just returned on the train from a week with family and ordered egg sandwiches and 6 bagels, a shmear, and 2 large coffees to go. The person running the register not only took our order and payment but also had to bag our 6 bagels. I noticed a long line behind us waiting for her return. Unknown to us until we got home there were only 5 bagels in our bag. Yes we were short one. No we didn’t call cause we didn’t feel like returning as we were tired from travel... just suggest you (customer and server) check the order before you leave. Happy New Year!!

I wish I could give ZERO star if this app allowed me to do so. This is the most ridiculous situation I have ever experienced at any Einstein Bros. Bagels stores. I’m a loyal customer of this chain and have been to many different stores. I presented this coupon to the cashier of this particular location and she very rudely told me that I couldn’t use this coupon. I conducted a bit of research on my own and brought said coupon to a different Einstein store, and “surprisingly”, this coupon works without issue, as expected. If you’ve got any coupons, don’t bring them here because the probability that they’ll reward basic customer loyalty is about the same as finding a unicorn. Lol

Its usually decent food, and fast. Ive been there a few times.Although, the last time I got a bagel there it had a hair, possibly eye lash or eyebrow hair, on it. We were on the road before I noticed the hair. Tossed that part of the bagel. The rest of the food was okay. Accidents happen, I guess.

Food is fine, catering is fine for work, but whenever I go for breakfast the line is to the door and moving at a snails pace.

Terrible service. Just stopped in for a quick lunch. Employees not communicating with each other or their customers. They acted rude, hostile and completely uninterested in taking an order. We ended up leaving because the environment was so bad. Maybe will try back in a year or so when they have new employees and hopefully a change of management.

This place is horrendous. It is totally mismanaged, super super slow, never has actual bagels for sale even though its a bagel store. Its really really understaffed, and they just do a terrible job. If this is Einstein flagship store, they really need to get their act together. Their food may be good, but its so overshadowed by the bad management its not worth going here.

Worst Einstein ever. Waited 25 minutes for my 6 Bagels just Slice of Italy ordered. Counted 11 people who ordered after me to get theirs when I asked the manager about my order he yelled at me said he didnt have enough employees and I just have to wait.

Einsteins is a bit hidden at the back of Chase bank, but it is worth navigating their parking lot to enjoy dense, chewy bagels and delightful shmears. Today, I sampled creamy, pumpkiny shmear on a pumpkin bagel (YUM!) and ordered an asparagus breakfast sandwich. Service was friendly and efficient--employees were cheerful. Thanks, Einstein Bros!

I like it here - good team - good service

Pretty unprofessional place the day I went. Employees busy talking with each other, dancing/singing. Felt like I was bothering them when I placed my order. I dont know if a manager was there at the time, but I would be embarrassed to have been a leader at that particular location on that day.

3 tables with outlets for your laptop or devices. Also a good Wifi connection. Staff is friendly, but the temperature tends to be a bit cold.
