Great latte! I got the regular iced latte with a tiny bit of sweetener and it was as delicious!! Great atmosphere. Cute and very clean! Love all the windows in here to make it a nice and sunny space.

I had iced latte and i really liked the smell of it. I wonder what kind of bean they use. Cinnamon roll is strongly recommended as well(ask to warm it a bit)

Tried out this place for the first time today and ordered a latte. I am a barista myself and I must say… the quality was wonderful. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is chill and lovely. Highly recommend for local coffee goers!

Great coffee shop in Lakewood. The lattes are the best. Also very appreciative they allow you to come in with your dog to grab a cup or snack Togo.

Super nice coffee shop in Lakewood. Friendly service and very tasty drinks with a small assortment of baked goods. Clean and modern aesthetic throughout the shop. Only negative is that the seating is quite limited, only about seven individual seating spots.

My girls loved the atmosphere and they had great customer service. The menu was awesome! We loved the special items too.

Very cool coffee shop in Lakewood. Walkable to so many places. As a straight black coffee drinker their coffee was great! Snack options were good and I can picture this as a very nice place to work and hang once were able to be fully social again.

Unfortunately have to update my review. This place is cute & thats it. Came in today for a drink and a pastry. Pastries were super limited and honestly not appetizing. I got a mocha and I literally dumped half of it. It tasted rotten. I dont know if the almond milk was bad or their espresso was burnt. But YUCK. What a waste of $4. We left and went somewhere else for pastries. Wouldnt go here again if you paid me.

Absolutely one of my favorite coffee shops in the Cleveland area. Cleveland has an incredible coffee scene happening.Goodkind serves coffee from the Cleveland local roaster, Duck Rabbit and occasionally coffee from Dorothea roasters. The coffee I have here is always delicious. The baristas are always kind and Ive witnessed them having in depth conversations with customers and investing in them. Always cool to see.The menu is diverse. The drinks are innovative with new drinks being released seasonally.The place is clean and the cafe environment is very enjoyable.

Goodkind Coffee has an inviting minimalist interior that would be a great spot to work or have a casual conversation. The hours are rather limited though so dont expect to hang out here in the late evening

By far my favorite coffee shop in greater Cleveland. It’s locally own and run, and their coffee is superb... frothed just right with high quality coffee beans. I visit weekly and would be there everyday they are open if I lived closer.

Stopped in this morning and ordered an iced mocha. I received what was basically a cup full of chocolate sauce. I thought about going back and complaining. But honestly, I’m just done with this place.From incompetent drink-making (this wasn’t the first time I threw my drink out), to poor customer service, to bad pastries, to too-hip-for-comfort furniture, I’ve given up. And I had such high hopes for them. They could have locked me down as a loyal customer. But instead I take a daily drive to Root Cafe or Rising Star instead of WALKING to Goodkind. Yes, they’re literally a 2-minute walk from my apartment.I was actually one of the first customers when they initially opened. I was super excited and stayed to study at the long table in the back. But I quickly noticed that the table height was much too high for the chair level. So high that using my laptop was a nonstarter. I picked up to leave and helpfully told the owner about the problem. He said he’d received a few complaints already and was making plans to fix the issue.And then he never did. It’s still the same.So I’ve never gone back to hang out and work. At this coffee shop that I can WALK to.The coffee is good. So if you’re stopping in for a basic cup of coffee, it’s fine. But it could have been so much more.

Handicapped friendly. Good access at door. Variety of seating. Matthew and other barrista are polite, friendly, efficient. Coffee excellent. Staff will gladly serve in ceramic mug. Recorded music is determined by staff to match the mood of the season. Always just right. Bagels & pastries high quality.

For some reason Im amazed that all these coffee stores seems to have something that appeals to me. 😁😉😷

I come here as often as I can because the coffee is always great. The seasonal special drinks are unusual and not too sweet. I love the atmosphere, the terrific service and the attention to detail (as evidenced by the amazing bathroom wall paper.)

There are a ton of reviews so I cant imagine mine will be needed, but Im here for my first time and I just have to say I love it - definitely my new favorite coffee place. I was a little skeptical of the flax seed chocolate banana muffin but it was almost ethereally good, and the iced chocolate mocha I got was fantastic and actually tasted like coffee, and not just like a big glass of coffee-flavored chocolate milk. My partner loved their pumpkin muffin and hot chocolate too. The vibe is super mellow, lots of comfortable seating and big tables, and they have two gender-inclusive bathrooms, one that looks like its probably ADA compliant (theres also a ramp outside up to the door level). It looks like a great place for small groups/book clubs/meetups to happen as well.Just all-around love this place. Well definitely be back!

Quiet and quaint little coffee shop with a vintage and classic touch. I love the thought they put into the craft of their drinks and their esthetic. Great pricing, friendly staff, and a great place to sit down and work or read a book. I love when they have the cinnamon rolls, so yummy!

Goodkind is the perfect coffee shop. Great coffee (yay, Duck Rabbit espresso!) in a peaceful, pretty space. The staff is friendly and they pull a great shot. Im appreciative that they offer half-and-half and not just whole milk.

Anytime Im in the Cleveland area and Im thinking about coffee Goodkind is my go to shop. With the crazy times we are having Im traveling a lot less for work but nothing beats a great coffee to start the day.

A good product and good customer service go hand in hand to make for a good business and unfortunately I only received one of those.The tea that I ordered was good but the service left something to be desired. I walked into the coffeehouse and had to wait 5 minutes before being acknowledged by the barista. I know that she was finishing an order but that does not mean that youre blind or cannot speak, a simple Ill be right with you would have been all that was needed but instead I was ignored until she finished the previous order.The place was nice but poor customer service is key to my patronage.

Visited here a couple of months ago and really liked the vibe! The employees were friendly and explained their menu options as well. There could be more seating (and I think I saw they added some via social media), but that was the only issue. Loved the coffee and experience, hope to visit again soon!

My mother, infant son and I were looking to grab coffee and decided to stop in at Goodkind coffee. I immediately didnt feel welcome with a baby although he was sleeping. The place felt very serious and not extremely welcoming. Luckily there were two arm chairs in the back where we quickly had our coffee and left. Barista did bring over our drinks which was appreciated.

A very nice cafe that collaborates with other local businesses to offer delicious drinks and the occasional baked good. In particular Goodkind is nice to sit down while chatting, working or even reading. Has a really nice cafe vibe.

I love the atmosphere of this new coffee shop! Like sitting at your own comfortable office. Its across from Barrio so really close to awesome eateries. They take passion in their coffee making! Making the drinks from scratch and with a little personal twist with out weird regulation measuring. It gets great natural light and you should try some of the classic coffee virgin cocktails.

I like this place. The quality of the coffee is very good, perhaps second only to Rising Star. If I could offer any feedback, it would be to provide better seating. It looks pretty, and you can only do so much with such a small space, but its actually difficult to even fit a laptop at most of the little tables. And it fills up really fast. So in this regard, Id say The Root, La Maison Palette, and the new Rising Star all offer better environments. I found the staff to be perfectly friendly. Ive been a few times and Ill definitely be back.

This is my new favorite coffee shop. The design is modern and clean with personal touches and the coffee is something to brag about too. The baristas know their stuff, Ive never had a bad drink. Much better than chain coffee shops plus theyre local!

Fun hip place- they played old school hip hop classics and it was a great place to do work or have a meeting with your client. Conveniently located, I parked on the street but there are side streets nearby to park on.

I was so excited to have another great place near us in Lakewood. Beautiful inviting interior, great space to huddle. VERY OFF-PUTTING STAFF. Not the least bit interested in being friendly or offering a welcoming smile. They are snobby and indifferent. The Cold Brew was just OK, Dirty Chai was good, but, they never even asked what size you might want. This is information for the owners.. remember management gets what it inspects NOT expects.
