Favorite donut was the orange bourbon blossom. Also pictured is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, s’mores, and mocha chip. Great donuts and lovely service. The owner (did not get his name) was very kind and personable. He even let me sample the cardamon donut (if you like chai tea you will like it). Also purchased an iced vanilla bourbon coffee which was tasty. 10/10 would recommend. Defiantly going back :).

WOW! I just ordered from Burning River for the first time and I am so happy/impressed. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and came with hot sauce on the side, like they read my mind. I also got an iced white chocolate peanut butter latte with oat milk--Extra, I know, and I honestly thought this drink would end up being sweet enough to kill me, but it is somehow really balanced. One of my new favorite coffee drinks, for sure. I would definitely recommend this spot for a quick morning bite and I will have to make a point of checking it out in person.

They have this tea called boss tea that the owner makes himself. Amazing! So many different flavors and it gives me the most perfect amount of energy. The owner is extremely kind and super knowledgable. I recommend this coffee shop to everyone I meet and highly suggest stopping in!

This is my go to spot in Lakewood. Coffee and ice teas are always on point. Friendly staff. Very clean atmosphere. Prices are good pastries are always delicious. Their iced peanut butter mocha is always delicious.

I can’t attest to the quality of their coffee or food, however I can say that the associates are pretty rude 🤷🏻‍♂️ Was waiting in line for a hot minute, and the associate would rather have a full conversation with the people in front of me instead of being efficient and taking my order (after waiting in line for a solid 10 mins). Won’t be going back anytime soon.

The owner is super cool and loves his craft as you will notice in talking with him for more than a few seconds. The Grogg is hands down the best cup of coffee Ive ever had and dont forget the donuts - they could easily compete for the best in NE Ohio. If youre a coffee drinker and you havent visited, youre doing yourself a disservice. Knockin it outta the park at Burning River Coffee.

This was such a great find!! My family and I were consignment shopping in Lakewood and came across this coffee shop when we needed a quick bathroom and coffee break- the owner was so nice I was incredibly impressed amount and quality of the coffee and REALLY hope they start shipping to Maryland soon!! I will definitely be back when I am in town!

Will admit I was thrown off when arriving to find out it’s a little gem inside of a shop full of all things CBD.Told the barista it was my first time there and he gave a little informational tour, that was short, sweet and very helpful.I had the white chocolate peanut butter latte and I wasn’t sure if it would be good or not so I ordered a small. I wish I would have ordered a large, it was an absolutely amazing cup of coffee.The only downside was the atmosphere: there were only a few tables to stand at so I went walking instead and enjoyed the weather.Will come here again and again and again... and you should too.

I dont know where to begin exactly. This place is so good. The owner is an awesome individual and I always have great conversations with him while he makes my coffee. My favorite by far is the Honey Nut Vanilla Bean Latte (mightve written that wrong). The coffee in general here is delicious. Everything from the black coffee to the signature/speciality drinks are worth trying out. Ive also bought loose tea here to make at home and that was high quality as well. Each time I go I seem to notice something new that Id love to try. This place has become my go to coffee shop, if it was on my way to work Id probably go everyday.

Being stuck inside a lot due to the pandemic, I wanted to find a good, more local alternative to everyones favorite coffee place....thus, the internet showed me Burning River Coffee.Let me tell you, I am OBSESSED now. I treat myself to their Peanut Butter Mocha once a week (I do switch it up, blue moon milk if Im feeling extra tired, sometimes a donut or other pastry). Safe to say Ive found my coffee place. Of course, PB Mocha is my staple, but everything Ive had there thus far has been great!

This place had such good coffee. I wasn’t expecting too much because it was a little sketchy walking in. The coffee shop is in the back of a vape shop. However I was surprised at how good the coffee there was. Everything Is roasted at home which gives the coffee an amazing flavor. The Peanut Butter Mocha is simply delicious. The barista was a very friendly funny guy. I really enjoyed my time at this place. I definitely recommend to anyone to go and try their coffee out.

Stand back Starbucks, you have a new player in the house! This place has one smooth cup of coffee and it doesn’t leave you with a horrible burnt taste. I wasn’t as big of a fan of the pastries but hey at least I tried it. Don’t be fooled that it’s in a vape shop, just walk in and have the friendly folks show you the way to some delicious coffee! Out of ALL of the coffee shops in Lakewood, this one by far is my favorite. Every time I walk in, i am greeted with a smile and they have such a wide variety of drinks that I dont know if Ill ever try them all. Ordered on Uber Eats. I got the white chocolate peanut butter latte (excellent), the chocolate peanut butter mocha (also excellent), a cold brew (also excellent), and a cappuccino (also excellent). Everything was very very caffeinated which is exactly what I needed, and it also was all delicious! I think I found a new regular coffee shop! Hope to actually stop in sometime and try the tea!

Was super impressed with this place. Very friendly staff and the peanut butter mocha is soooo good. Come check it out- it is located inside Cleveland Vape shop. I dont personally vape they are 2 different businesses under the same roof. The baked goods look delicious too.
