I don’t think I can support corporate chains like this anymore. I have had too many experiences like this where there is barely any cream cheese on a bagel. I’m sure the corporate overlords encourage employees to be “efficient” with the cream cheese, which is a terrible idea if you want customers to come back.

Everything is always delicious and on top of that Sunset is literally the nicest, most efficient person ever in the drive thru. Always a great way to start the day. I appreciate yall

Gave me a burnt bagel, I felt like I was sitting at the window for at least 4 to 5 minutes for a single bagel sandwich. It didn’t even come out warm. The eggs and the chorizo were all cold. There is cream cheese wiped on the outside of the sandwich wrapper. If you’re going to burn the bagel at least make sure the food inside is warm 😑

This store is the best and should be regarded as such. Today I had to wait an extra 4 minutes for my coffee and not only were they very apologetic but also gave me a coupon and an extra drink that was accidentally made. I’m here often and these workers absolutely need to be commended with a raise for their outstanding customer service, day after day.

Excellent service! The employees were very nice and helpful. The hours are a little strange. They close at 3, and while sitting outside quite a few people came up after they were closed trying to get in.

When ordering a plain bagel toasted with plan cream cheese.I guess I should just be glad they at least sliced the bagel before putting it in a bag not toasted and with no cream cheese. It seems simple. But might to hard for this location to manage.

We went to Einstein for breakfast this morning. I had this Ancient Grains bagel with turkey sausage, cheese and an egg. SO GOOD! The Ancient Grains are definitely my favorite bagels EVER!

It was hot as fuxk out and I just needed water and a cool place to sit when my Audi broke down and the weather was above 100°f. The clerk would not allow such rest or Sanctuary despite paying for my water and a coffee.

Sad that the Spinach bagel is no longer available 😟. But excited to try their new Bagelrito...sounds yummy! 😋

Received curt customer service today from the guy at the drivethru speaker. I dont even care about the lettuce in this Farmhouse sandwich (a sandwich that does not come with lettuce). There was no one in line at the time so Im confused why I received that kind of tone... Id excuse if it were very busy. Im one of those folks who is always very nice bc I work in customer service and understand the stress that comes with it. And I know reviews make a difference so here ya go - retraining opportunity.

Really nice staff but the food is a hit or a miss. Ive had great bagels at this location, but the last couple have been sub-par to say the least. Soggy and sloppy.

I went in house to place an order this morning and the customer service was terrible. At the time, I was the only person waiting at the counter. When no one came up to the register to take my order, I politely asked if they were taking orders right now. No one responded and the employees continued to speak amongst themselves. It took an older gentleman walking in for them to finally acknowledge I was there. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I’m understanding when businesses are busy, but they were literally just talking to each other and ignoring the registers. Super disappointed and hope management can help train their employees. I will not be returning

I went through the drive thru and the young lady that helped me was super nice and I got my food and coffee hot and fast despite the line. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was delicious and so is my coffee! I will definitely stop there again!

I never came here, instead opting for the Einstein s 3 blocks down. This one is great inside! The wifi is fast, the seats are comfy, and its a great place if you want to hang out and eat inside versus take it on the goAs for the food, its Einstein s bagels so you know what to expect, and caribou is a huge chain making ok coffee, so you are in for some pleasant but unassuming food and drink.

The Drive thru was fast and efficient. Very nice. Ran inside for sugar, they were training a couple kids (young adults). But they were attentive to my need for a sweet kick. Lol. Great job guys thanks

This location kills is weekly! Staff is great and order is always accurate and pretty quick given their level of business especially in the morning.

I have had my order screwed up a few times at this location but Jacob is always a phenomenal worker who genuinely cares about the experience of his customers and has worked to make our time at this location better. Jacob is a 5 star employee and makes this coffee and bagels better.

They are fast, delicious and friendly. There is some room these days for service people to not be nice, helpful, attentive. But its seems to me more of them have been super good and these guys are no acception.

Been coming here since it opened and I am so disappointed with me last vist. Not only was there a long line in the drive thru, but i could see that a worker making sandwiches was not wearing a mask. Additionally, the egg sandwich was a total mess when i got it. You can do better!

Got my order wrong again

Went today at the same time Ive gone on Sunday for the last 3 weeks in a row. Ordered the same thing was told they dont serve breakfast at this time. The same exact time I had breakfast the last 3 weeks in a row. The breakfast item I ordered is also in their lunch menu. So I can only assume I was being lied to. To bad I used to go to this place every day of the week. Now Ill tell everyone I meet to not bother with this hole.

Nothing too exciting, just a quick place to grab a bagel and coffee.

First timer at this place so my first impression was they are pleasant. Strange crew though; I asked for 4 everything and 2 sesame bagels, sliced w a tub of onion chive then the server asks me if I want a half dozen. Hmmm 6 bagels = what. On a monetary note, I went for bagels & cream cheese but ended up with a latte also. Wow are they a bit pricey; 6 bagels 3 cream cheese tubs and a lg latte was $25. Oi veh!

Very very very slow workers I called ahead to order and the person on the phone couldn’t take my order I got here and they took 20 minutes to get me a half size salad now I can’t eat my lunch because I only had 30 minutes for lunch and I waisted the time sitting at the lobby waiting fir my food

I’ve noticed Einstein never ask about points even though I know they are supposed to, I have found out that a lot of them keep the points for themselves so they don’t say anything. Free things for them..I was frustrated today when I encountered this but luckily a manager stepped in and corrected it. Thank you for making things right!

Had a great breakfast experience provided by the very upbeat Erik at the drive-up window this morning. Great to see such a hard working, friendly young man doing his job so well. My order was ready lightning fast no doubt owing to a great team behind him.

I really enjoyed the design and atmosphere of this establishment. Being that it was my first time here, gentlemen behind the counter offered some great suggestions. While the food was served sloppy, it really did taste great. There were a few concerns. First, as I was waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (as I was trying to get a re-fill on hot water for my tea). During this time, a young woman came out from the back and refilled here own coffee (didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I needed anything) and walked back to the kitchen. Then there was a woman at the pickup window who didn’t acknowledge me either. While she was making the coffee for the customer at the pickup window I saw her licking the syrup from her fingers, never washed her hands and handed the coffee off the the person at the pick-up window. While the woman at the cash register was the only woman to acknowledge me, I had watched her physically pick a piece of food out of her teeth, look at it, and put the piece of food back in her mouth. Neither woman washed their hands after having their fingers in their mouth. It grossed me out. Another aspect that kind of bothered me, (and this was before the finger licking and teeth picking) was that the employees were talking about their personal lives in a very unprofessional manner in which all the patrons in the immediate area near the cash register could hear. That didn’t bother me much, really it was seeing both employees with their fingers in their mouth without washing their hands and I was only standing their for five minutes, kind of gross to think about their unsanitary habits throughout the day.

Great experience both times we have ordered bagels via the drive through.

Fast and friendly

I love that they are making these combined Caribou Coffee shops with Einstein’s Bagels. It is such a great idea and I love this location a lot! It is usually not super packed but it is also huge! Tons of tables and even has a lot of outdoor seating. The employees are always so friendly here and very helpful. I am a fan of Caribou coffee and tend to stop by here once a week. I usually walk in to get my coffee because I love chatting with the employees. The atmosphere is very cozy. It is a great place to bring a laptop and work from.

My guess would be that the day we visited, there was more customers than there were seats. But other than that slight inconvenience, DELICIOUS, everyone was great and all was clean.UPDATE: 11 months later, we frequent this location about for the same reasons. Im guessing Rachel is a huge part of that.I wish them nothing less than success as long as they keep their standards and work ethic as they have.

The food is good as you would expect. As long as you like to eat and drink in a walk in freezer youre good to go. Its always about 50 degrees in here in the winter. ALWAYS! i need to stop typing now because my fingers are getting numb.

Great place to get some studying done or just to hang out! All the employees treated us nicely. The location is pretty easy to access with a larger parking lot and ready to spot from Wadsworth. The cafe offers a variety of snack, breakfast and lunch items. All around a good place for a quick stop or some study time.

Nice place to stop in for a grab and go coffee or sandwich. But, not the spot for any sort of extended time working, studying, etc.. unless you bring your winter jacket. They keep the place like an ice box =(

Nice and clean building and great food. The staff us friendly to us however weve witnessed the manager being less than friendly to the staff. Kind of awkward.

They have a lot to offer on the menu. I like that i can get a great coffee and a bagel at the same place! Super friendly staff, neat layout and easy parking. Coffee was great and pretty much the same price as Starbucks right across the street but a lot less of the crowd. I will be back for sure.

Fast service, and a decent selection of bagels. I also like option to get eggs on the sandwiches.The second time I came in I had to wait extra long time and they forgot part of my order, plus the woman behind the counter sneezed into her hand. Not her elbow, and did not wash her hands before helping customers.

Love the concept. They both got rid of their weaker offerings and combined their strengths. Way better than going to Starbucks. I am sure it doesnt deserve a full five stars, however I thought 4 wasnt enough. Hope to see more of these around soon.

Good food

This is a nice place for quick and tasty food. Not great if youre really hungry, but perfect for a light lunch or breakfast. Unfortunately they dont have the sandwich I usually order at Einstein, but theyve still got great options. I recently tried the campfire mocha from the Caribou side of the menu. It was way better than Starbucks.

The people are nice. The food is decent. The internet though is abysmal. I come here every morning with my son, but have to bring my own hotspot in order for us to get our work and homework done. If they could fix this it would be 5 stars. The speed is less than 5mbps down.

I worked here as a Baker for 2 years. Good selection of food.. But most employees are rude. Wonst say names but not the best place to work full time.

Food is great....people making food are wonderful and smile. The cashier is not too friendly. She doesnt smile at customers and seems rather grumpy. Maybe train her better on customer service.

I have been to this new location about 20 times. Here is the unvarnished review of this new location of Einstein/Caribou.The Good: The space. It is big and nicely decorated. There is a lot of seating, and there are a fair number of electrical outlets. It also has fairly good wifi connectivity (although the signal will come in and out so be prepared to wait a bit). The parking is easy as well. There is a lot that always has spaces right next to the building.The Not-So-Good: The service. I think the staff is well intentioned, but they are slow. There is usually a line, even though there seem to be very few customers. I waited about 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I heard someone else in line saying that he hoped it would be a quick stop. It wasnt. It hardly ever is. The staff does come around to check on the folks in the dining room, but at this sort of place that doesnt seem necessary.Im going with 2 stars here. That is a lower rating than I usually give. But, this place needs to be improved. It should be speedy. It just isnt. That takes a lot away.

Horrible service. Could have had a sit down meal in The amount of time it took to get my food… And then the order was wrong despite clarifying it three times with the cashier. Not a complicated order… One bagel with peanut butter. Liked the old Einsteins, will not be coming back to this mess.

Tasty Bagel sammwich!

I waited over 15 mines in the drive through... This has happened multiple times. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I received an uncooked bagel with cream cheese on one side and the bagels sandwiched together (trying to get some cream cheese on the other side) this has also happened multiple times... I really want to like this place because its a great location :(

The girl at the window was not friendly did not thank me or repeat my total to me before running my card. Also I asked for a double toasted bagel and they game me a cold one untoasted.

Im a big fan of the combination Caribou Coffee and Einstein bagels. Our experience here was good. Coffee came out as expected and didnt take too long.

This had to be some of the slowest service Ive ever received from a bagel shop. The lobby was full of what looked like disgruntled customers who had been waiting far too long. I wont visit this location again.

Delicious drinks and bagels. I love Caribou Coffee!

The whole reason I go to Caribou coffee if for their specialty drinks - the campfire, turtle and mint mochas but this location DOES NOT have them! Bad business move. Beautiful space, lots of room, trendy design, convenient location, clean. I dont like bagel sandwiches, I was also disappointed I couldnt get a Caribou sandwich. I dont get why theyd call this a Caribou coffee if they dont have Caribou specific food and drink.

The coffee is DELICIOUS! SO much better than Starbucks. #caribou However, on the bagel side of things, too damn expensive. Also I waited in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES without so much as a sorry for the wait and then had to sit there for another 5 minutes just waiting for my bagel sandwich which I figured would have been finished in the 20 minute period.

Super fun and laid back staff. The cashier, Anna with the blue hair, was awesome and explained everything really well to me and was super friendly! Much cuter and more quality than Starbucks.

Left my wallet at storage then ... long story short LaSandra was super helpful understanding and was nice enough to offer a bagel and coffee, she said didn’t want me to get “hangry”!! They close their espresso machines 30 minutes before close? Its a coffee shop and you dont serve espresso. What a joke. Will not be coming back.

Best bagels and breakfast sandwiches!

Stopped by for memorial day for a bagel, always try to treat employees of the service industry like human beings and ask how are they today. Our cashier lady looked at me and proceeded to ignore my genuine question.Okay, thats fine. But then when we leave you a name for our foods and she said she would call it out when ready? She ignores that too, doesnt bother to call out because I asked her how she was??? Maybe she was having a rough day, I dont know, but I really felt tension after she kept shooting looks at me.I could understand if it was busy but collectively the store had 9 customers in it, half of them eating already...Bagels were fantastic though! So Im hoping that was a one off experience at this facility, though I likely wont be coming back.

They got my order wrong and are always out of my favorite bagel (spinach Florentine) sat in the drive thru for over 15 min to get the wrong bagel sandwich.Update: I did email my experience and they answered me and also gave me a gift card. I decided to try them again, and while they were again out of my favorite bagel, the service was excellent and fast. They also got my order correct. Thank you Coffee and Bagels for taking the time to listen and taking the opportunity to change my mind. I will be back.

Ive been going to this caribou for almost a year now and used to get great service, lately our drinks do not taste right we get the same thing everytime, sometimes theyre perfect but lately they are watered down and there is not enough chocolate. I used to work for caribou so I know youre supposed to remake a drink if a customer asks because they are paying for a coffee that tastes how its supposed to. I called and had them mark me down for 2 free drinks last week (we couldnt go back at the time) because our drinks tasted horrible. I went to get them today and the manager told us this was the last time they could do this for me, which is ridiculous I shouldnt have to call back or go through the drive through again as many times Ive had to. Ive worked in the food industry for a long time and that is no way to treat customers. I just want my drink made the right way without the manager being rude and inconsiderate their customers.

I apologized in the drive thru & told him I would be back after calling my bank. I sat in the parking lot, called, and they froze my account for potential fraud. (I had been out of town!) Cool. Unfrozen, went back through the drive thru, said this is the lady whose card didnt work. He had me pull forward, then he GAVE ME my items...said I didnt need to pay...that coming back meant a lot... so sweet... hes sweet every time...The food is always great! My drinks are wonderful! ...cant say anything bad about here! ♡♡

Really impressed at how well the manager snapped into action when a rush hit at 11 am on a Sunday. Looked like some miscommunication in the team at them back a little but she remained polite, respectful and apologetic to all the customers. Food was good, as expected, but Ill come back again to see this crew work so well together again. Im glad to know that there are restaurants out there that still stick true to the team values of working in the food industry.

I have been at this place several times and usually the guys at the drive thru around 6am are extremely friendly. Great service. Today was totally different, there was a new lady that screwed up my order. I am from Spain and it is true that I have kind of an accent but my order was a Farmhouse bagel on an asiago bagel (instead than the hash brown bagel it comes with) and regular cream cheese (instead of that pepper creamcheese). When she told me the cost I automatically realize something was wrong cause it was almost 10 bucks, for just one bagel. Once I got my order I saw there were two bagels in the bag, so I asked to check what that was. I got the farmhouse bagel and a plain cream cheese bagel. I explained again what I wanted and they told me that they were going to change my order. I got my change back and a bag with one bagel, supposedly, the one I order. SO, I got to work and when I unwrapped the bagel I realized that it was the same wrong bagel the made in first place that they put it on a different bag and gave it back to me, with the disgusting black pepper creamcheese. I am beyond frustrated, one thing is to misunderstand an order which can happen to anybody and another one to lie and give back the wrong order so they dont make a new bagel. really dissapointed.

As much as I adore this place, ots gone down hill since Ive left it. We got cold press coffees with sugar cream and caramel, the cold press is bitter as if its being used passed the time to be used and you cant taste the caramel at all. Im very disappointed in this location but its still caribou coffee so 4 stars.Update. I came back again because I had gotten enough perks points for a free drink. I spoke to the cashier and explained what happened the last time and he said that I got you me having worked at this location before smiled and nodded. Once I had gotten my caramel highrise with a bit extra caramel, I ACTUALLY TASTED IT! it tasted as if I had made it myself. Thank you guys!

Employees are friendly and fast to get your order out. Not a super busy location so its nice to sit and enjoy your coffee and bagel in peace.
