The Ladies make some of the Best Cold Coffees and lattes when it comes to Coffee!! I Recommend this Coffee Shop 100%!! We had the Marion Barry with chocolate shavings and cool whip on top. On this day they were out of the Marion Berry to they Improvised with Blue Berry. Still everything was spot on and Delicious. Thanks Again Ladies!!

The last few nights I came batista was flirting with her boyfriend making him free drinks and cars were in line waiting. This was about 930 pm. It took more than 40 mins. Maybe have a manager work nights to keep staff on point. Will drive further to the everettt mall one instead of the one off of 4th.

You know it’s really annoying that they can’t listen to simple instructions. I asked for a blended blackberry lemonade … they gave me it first not blended and I corrected them and then they gave me this stuff that’s all foamy and not blended …. It was also raspberry not blackberry like maybe if they complained less about not getting tips and more about focusing on a simple order they would get more tips …. Ridiculous

Depending on the time of day sometimes you might have to wait for another car too but its worth it. I always get the mythical mocha and my fiance because of peach Italian soda or sometimes the specials they have like the sunrise was delicious. The price might be a touch high but in my opinion theyre better than Starbucks :)

The gals that work here are absolutely great theyre very busy and work really hard they deserve your business and tips!And yes the coffee is good! A lot of unique items!

Coffee is mediocre, but priced the same as places who sell quality products. Service is painfully slow (but always friendly). I used to live nearby, so I gave this place half a dozen chances, but have always been disappointed. Their cider comes from the cider packets, they just add different amounts of hot water for different sizes.

My Mom and I go here at least once or twice per weekend and are always so happy with our drinks and their customers service. They even know my Moms order as soon as they see us pull up. She refuses to go anywhere else. I appreciate the folks here so much!

Love that white expresso

I was always taught to never let your shots go black (letting the shot sit for more than 10-30 seconds depending on how good the espresso is) which I have watched happen the last 3-4 visits. Even with an added flavor, my drink always ends up very bitter. Its disappointing, but the staff is sweet. Probably wont be coming back though.

A terrific supermarket for virtually aspect of Far East food, among the best in the area. Meat, fish, vegetables (fresh bean sprouts!) and a huge selection of frozen bottled and packaged goods. Worth visiting if youre cooking Asian recipes. Theres also a self-service cafe but the food was fairly disappointing.

LOVE how they make my drinks every time and I LOVE their whipped cream, its fire. The customer service is great, they are super kind and fast. I prefer this location because of all of this.

I was at Pep Boys which is adjacent to Big Foot so I decided to grab my coffee fix while waiting for my car. I walk up was there for no more than a split second and the nicest young lady comes to take my order. The service was wonderful and Big Foot Java lives up to its name because my large coffee would definitely have made Big Foot proud! Ill be back!

My go to order is a green tea frostbite, yum! Always tasty and fully blended, which is soooo important. If its not fully blended, the small ice chunks clog up the straw and thats not a good time. All drinks I order here are on point. All locations are super busy and today while waiting in line, a barista came out to take our order. Thank you!

Big Foot Java is always good anytime of the day or night. The ladies here at this location are suoer nice and makes you feel comfortable even if tou dont know exactly what you want. Its a quick 5 minute walk from my place, so it will always be my No. 1 goto for coffee.

Took about 20 minutes to get us 2 red bull italian sodas. Staff on one side were just talking about their day. Took the barista literally over a minute to hand us our drinks after she had made them due to excessive talking about her plans. Our drinks also taste like plain red bull. Very disappointed.

I visit bigfoot all the time and their coffee never fails! One of the best in the area if youre fine with waiting in a long line

The drinks are okay, but the Apple cider should be made with caramel syrup instead of the caramel sauce. I ask for this specifically every time but my drinks are often wrong. The thicker sauce curdles and sits at the top, which is nasty, but the syrup can be blended into the drink. I dont know how much money Ive wasted on this stand because the sauce was used and I had to throw it out. Most good baristas know this is an issue so its frustrating for me, especially when I specifically ask for the syrup. The coffee is usually good though and the staff is friendly.

Again, Bigfoot Java is just outstanding. They are located almost everywhere aló G I-5, 167, 410, etc.I wish they had some more along 405, and one on Monroe, or Snohomish. Maybe near the I tersection of HWY 9 and HWY 2. Hint. Or North Everett near I-5 and HWY 2/Marine Drive. Pacific Ave/Hewitt Ave area maybe.There are just places that are coffee deserts after 8 or 9 PM, we need more Big Foot locations. Please, and Thank you.

I have been a regular customer at this particular spot.They seem to have a good hiring algorithm as I have yet to meet an employee that didnt greet me with a small, excellent customer service skills and of course great beverages!I will admit there are times where I am not the easiest customer (half the time I dont know what I want) but they are trained with enough knowledge to help guide me in the right direction.

The drinks are great, the selection is wide, and the baristas are generally friendly. They wont give out ice or water anymore, which I found odd. Usually when I get a rich blended drink, I get that to go with it. I hope they reconsider this recent change.

My husband and I go to the south point location allot. Coffee is great and normally the baristas are super nice. But the last couple weeks we have been super disappointed in the customer service. Tonight at 830pm was the last straw for us. Lines are super long an its because the 3 baristas are more interested in talking to each other or seeing what guys are in line. When our drink were being made our barista wanted to switch because a guy she wanted to talk to was on the other side and other barista said no because she didnt want to make our drinks. So she stopped in the middle of making our drinks and was talking to the guy on the other side. When she decided to come back and finish our drinks I asked for a sleeve for one of the drinks and she gave me attitude and practically threw it at me. Need less to say I think we are done with bigfoot!! Sad because they are the only one open 24 hours with good sugar free options. But as a business owner my self i refuse to pay over $15 for two drinks and at least be able to expect minimal customer service.

Best coffee in Everett.

Employee meeting was being held outside of stand approximately 10 to 15 people. Including 2 managers. Not one of these employees had a mask on. They were not practicing social distancing. They were sitting on curb within inches of each other. They are representing this company and not one of them was following the guidelines on face masks. Take your chance going here. I have reported this incident to health dept and to Big Foot corporate. The attitudes of these girls were horrible when I pointed this out. Never going to this place again.

My go-to coffee stand. All the braces there are so nice and wonderful. It is very busy and can get long line sometimes, but I think its worth it. The coffee is great as well.

By far, my favorite BigFoot Java location. Drinks are always made perfectly, and the ladies working there are absolutely friendly and wonderful.

The Barista was rude complain she was tired from the shift being busy. She had to ask four times our drinks and then She messed up on two of our three drinks. We ask for light ice, we got a cup full of ice. We said no cream in an Italian soda and she put cream! This was an all-around bad experience! I will not be going back! $15 down the drain, Im very disappointed!

I love the coffee here and most of the girls are great. Today however one of the girls stepped out and started petting a customers puppy on her chest. I loved it but she did not wash her hands or brush off her t-shirt in case of puppy fur. 🤷 That I dont like. Glad I was on the opposite side.

I like to stop by here before work for a hot flavored coffee. I believe it called the Mystical latte, its great. Can add extra shots of espresso if want.

My husband got a hot chai- was warm but not at all hot. I got a simple (I think) espresso drink- espresso and cream, hot. Not blended swirled flavor or anything. Got it wrong on the first time (they added water to fill the cup) I asked for a remake, not sure what they did but it sucked, I think they just poured out some of the messed up drink they made the first time. Not in the mood to deal with frustrated young people who needed more help and coaching than I could offer, so we paid and went on our way, but will drive a little farther to a better place, next time

Great service, always cheerful staff. Attentive to my dog who wants treats before I can order my coffee 🤣 Always impressed with their ability to get multiple complicated orders correct, and also their willingness to ask for clarification instead of making a mistake. When Im in Everett, this is my go to!

She sarcastically asked “do you want to use your coupon?” And we said, “Oh, we can use it today?” And she said, “no tomorrow! Yes of course today”They didn’t offer no help in the beginning. All the employees are not in the same page because the very first time— we had no trouble. They honestly just suck but the coffee is good.“Can you move and park because we have a line?”Umm, no. Well, last year they emailed me on my birthday to tell me to swing by for a free drink but when I did, they wouldnt honor it (just told me their systems were down). More recenty, they screwed up my order on the last visit and today they made our drinks and then told us they couldnt process our card because it didnt have a chip and took the drinks back. Strike three, Ill go to Box Cafe or Starbucks down the street instead, you should too (for the prices we pay, we deserve better service).

My fiancé and I LOVE this stand and are regulars, the only thing I don’t like is the fact that sometimes my Redbull Italian soda sometimes tastes like the chocolate they use for espresso drinks, other than that still hands down my favorite stand. :) thanks for being awesome!

Bigfoot Java is great. Some of the baristas put a little too much syrup in the drinks but other than that, its really good!
