I am horrified at the treatment my friend received today when her daughter attempted to return an item with a security tag that had not been removed at purchase. Does your store truly think its okay to CALL THE POLICE on a mother advocating for her daughters right to make a return with a receipt if, through no fault of her own, the tag was not removed? Please address this immediately.

Rude employees. Never greeted us and just ignored us the entire time. But they did make a point to greet the only white person walking into the store. Funny.

An employee neglected to remove security tag from purchased item, which resulted in the customer not being able to return the item per the stores return policy. manager threatened to call police and had customer removed from store by security. customer feels like they were discriminated against based on their race

Why is this store refusing to give a refund to someone who has a receipt for their purchase??

I ordered a pick-up in store order, got a text and email confirmation, couple days later got a text saying it was ready for pick-up. I go to the store and ask for the order, gave all the information they needed, etc. Then they proceed to tell me that they cant find my order and its not even in their system despite confirming that I had the correct location and date and receipt. They said they couldnt refund it to me. And they couldnt just give me the item despite having it in stock on shelves. They told me Id have to take time out of my day to call customer service, get a refund on there at some point, THEN come back in and repurchase the order without getting my discounts. Worst company Ive ever ordered from. The workers were useless and acted as if it was my fault theyd lost my order. Pacsun needs to hire and train better employees and update their computer systems and strive for better customer service policies otherwise theyre going bankrupt. Screw them.

Found some great deals at this store location. Staff was helpful and super friendly. I would recommend coming to this location if you want to shop at a Pacsun.

Horrible service, rude employees. I was waiting to get a dressing room and they didnt see me or my friend for about 5 minutes because they were too busy talking. When we finally got one, they yelled at us about going in the same one even when we only had two items. They did not honour the sales that were offered by the store. Racks were messed up and we got so fed up we just left. They do not deserve our money nor time.

Horrible customer service I will not be returning to this store until a certain employee is fired. I walked into the store with my baby and my brother my brother went shopping on the men’s side and I went up to the register for returns and the 2 employees a male and female sat there and talked for 5 minutes didn’t say one word to me. So I sat there and waiting patiently but when he finally decided to help me he had a horrible attitude and I’m a very kind person I was very patient with him and he still was very rude. He went ahead and told me I couldn’t even get store credit for 2 shirts tags on with the receipts. Which in their policy it says I could have gotten store credit but he didn’t even try he just said he couldn’t do it. Then my brother informed me that the same male and female working were talking about my baby the male was making horrible comments about my baby and his excuse was “oh it’s just a baby” and when other customers needed help he went to the back room so no employees were present in the store for quite some time. I’m furious at the comments this employee made about my baby and the way he carried himself and had a major attitude. Words can’t describe how pissed I am and I will get this kid fired!! Wish I could give 0 stars

False advertisment. Ad said buy one get 50% off 2nd item. Entire store. There was no fine print. When I went to pay the items I did not get the discount because the items I purchased do not qualify.

Not a great set up its like your traped in a circle and the only cut through is the food court and if you go the wrong way you have to circle all the way back round
