This is a clean, well-organized retail outlet with helpful staff members. The clothing is distinctive and of high quality. It seems to never wear out, either in terms of aging, fraying, etc. nor in terms of looking au courant.Any garment purchased from J. Crew is among the top few most likely to satisfy and to keep giving pleasure to you for years, if not decades. Im thinking of a long sleeved, light weight ochre colored mock turtle. Gosh I wore that for years!I work at the front door of our financial services and statement printing company. We have many customers drop off jobs throughout the day. More than once Ive complimented a regular on his shirt asking, Is that a J. Crew? Ive never been wrong about it. They are so great: you can spot them!

The store wasn’t very busy had a decent variety and some good sales going on. Samantha, who was running the store during my visit, was super friendly. If you have any questions during your visit she seemed like the put the go to person who could help!

Some of the staff were really nice, but others were very pushy and would barely allow me to look around the store without trying to sell me something else. Purchased sweaters for my wife as a Christmas gift, and was from out of area- assured me the extended return policy of 60 days was ongoing due to quarantine, and that they would refund me as long as items had been unlaundered and tags still on. Come back a month and half later, they refused to honor the extended policy because their receipts had not been updated and said a 30 day return policy, and was issued store credit.

Ridiculous it says they’re open till 7 PM and at 6:45 PM they are closed with lock doors. Lost opportunity for revenue!

Sometimes youll find some really good deals here. Love their items. They have a kids section here as well. The staff is friendly. If youre a student, theyll often let you add a student discount into your purchase!

Good clothing stores

I rated this retail store so high because the staff are so great with my wife. They always remember her and are so nice to her.

This place is really, really cool. Wonderful style combined with totally reasonable prices. This place is great for young men who dont want to spend too much but want to look nice.I wandered around and didnt find much at first. Lots of jackets and suits that didnt interest me.Then I happened upon the mens button-ups. They have slim and regular fit and WOW. The patterns are extremely handsome. I recommend going with the checkered patterns (e.g. red and blue), since the plaids are generally pretty tacky. They fit extremely well - not too loose around the chest, not too tight around the stomach (even if you have a bit of beer belly), not too long in the back (so you can show off your.. jeans) and not too short on the sides (so you dont show skin if you reach up). Id say if youve got an average body type for men youll look quite good in these shirts. Theyre quite flattering.I went here during the Christmas shopping season and all the shirts were 50% off. This meant $60 shirts were $30 - a fantastic deal. I got six shirts for under $200, which is doubly impressive given how snappy they look and how well they fit.The person who checked me out explained that they take bestsellers from the previous year from regular J Crew and then recreate them for the factory stores. (Whether they actually redesign them, I have my doubts). What that means in practice is you get popular styles at mass-produced prices.
